MISSING background music theory - Page 3

Lovely post Mary. And, couldn't have agreed more with you here. Not that the present background music isn't good but there most definitely was something captivating about the tunes they used to play before. I felt that they were so perfectly in sync with the poignant emotions displayed in the scene.

I distinctly remember this unique background score that PayAsh had. It was truly befitting. I am unable to post the link right now (since accessing IF through my phone from work) but the Teej scene at the Mandir plays that particular PayAsh tune along with ArHi's background tunes, and it was beautiful.

Wish the CVs would bring that back into the show. It truly made all the scenes doubly beautiful.

i guess they do that to fit the situation... if you notice some tracks are specific to payal and akash, one to arnav and anjali, one to khushi, one to khushi and arnav... and so on..
But yeah 1:07 one I just LOVE that..
and the really like the new one.. the one with the heart beat in it... you know the one played when arnav goes to khushi to point out that her nose is red 😍

Some of the background musics are still there. they play them rarely though. I think its because of the track. Now its all about misunderstanding and kidnap so the music is sad. I think tunes got a bit mild, sad and not so great since the wedding. Though there have been happy, bright scenes, they were more of a way to avoid and ignore the reality.

Everything was much much much better then. In one of the interviews Barun Sobti did say that. He said the show started off really good in every way but as they progressed its not the same anymore.
So my theory is that they cant afford to keep up the quality continuously. It requires money and time.
Though I wonder what money and time is needed for the background music.

Anyways so before I get more off track I think its because of the current story. There arent any scenes where they can play those tunes. they already got their sad rabba ve version. And there is no arnav for the tunes to be played :). Maybe when Barun gets back (I mean when arnav is released from the kidnappers...for good), things get back to normal, maybe they'll pick them back up!

Whenever I watch the old scenes I really do miss everything I loved about this show. That is what had caught my attention.
I am really hoping its gets back to as it was before.

ohhh I couldnt help but posting this - I think akash is wearing arnav's blue shirt for the havan day at this party! ;D

that's a good theory, and it does seem that way but then again Arnav and Khushi's circumstances aren't as playful as before and their relationship has matured so much so idk if they would fit now but def as soon as Arnav goes back to court Khushi they would be awesome

I so agree with you. The old batch of BGs were so melodious and they gave an extra edge to the scenes. I don't know why the CVs don't use those more often. One of my absolute favourite BG was used on ArHi only twice, once when Arnav and Khushi talk about their parents becoming stars, and the second time when Arnav helps choose a sari for Khushi.

But lately, they used it for Payal-Akash scenes and I was none to happy about that. Talking about Payal-Akash, their signature tune is very nice too.

heyy hi5!!! ive observed this too closely too! i remember i used to look out for opportunities to scrap that part for mp3's but sadly couldn't coz all the time they had dialogues over it!!!

problem is there's shyam in this so its a mood kill..but there's more of the tune here. You might be able to rip out the parts that doesnt have the voice over and combine them together or something

(you see I have quite a craze for these Background tracks..i keep a very firm look out for them 😆)

hey yaaa that's a great idea had thought about doing it too! but i had lost track the amount of times it was played! hell yes i can rip all the different parts and club them! finally we can have a music piece of our own 😆
