Redemption Track: Why and Why not?

I desperately want a redemption track, I want Arnav to realize all his mistakes and apologize to Khushi but then again, he has already kinda apologized and regretted his actions and I have no idea how the CV will portray the redemption so i am not really sure...

If you havent caught it yet, I am kidding!

On food, I used to be vegetarian, not anymore!!! I have eaten pretty much all kinds of disgusting things and there is no dearth of those in China! Taiwan is actually awesome. I found food in Malaysia to be weird while Vietnam probably has the best food of the region even counting Thai food. Vietnamese food is a fantastic mix.

Back to what is most relevant!!! SANAYA ROCKS, Barun is just OK.

Actually for a girl I am more fond of Sanaya than Barun. But if I say it people will find it weird. She is quite literally the life of the show. I started out watching due to Sanaya. But I ust say in the process I absolutely adore Barun. Now I can't choose at all. But yes I am tilted towards Sanaya.

If you read many of my posts it tilts to applaud Sanaya.

But I strictly refrain from choosing sides as I love the package deal of Sarun and ARHI.

I dread traveling to China and Taiwan etc. I leave it to my globe trotting brother. I just cannot even eat agg!

Sanaya carried the show for a long time but Barun picked up quite a bit from about the 75th episode. I dont know if you noticed, they changed his diction and voice modulation over time. In the first 20-30 episodes he sounds different than later. The way he was saying his lines also changed completely. Quite honestly his pronunciation of the word "KHUSHI" is the best of all the characters in the show -- He says the "Kha" part very well -- every time he says it he shows concern for the girl.

So, in all it is now settled into a good cast. If the idiot writers get their act together and bring back that magic -- I am just watching the episode where Khushi thinks Arnav is doing "jaadu tona" on her!!!

this forum is not full of doves at all! just peek in any time and you will see 10 debates going on. I too love the way he says 'Khushi'. I simply adore it. In the episode that Khushi finds the truth about shyam and she cries on his shoulder he said it almost 13 times with different modulations. watch it.

i did not like the jaadu tona episode but i liked the before and after of it especially when khushi drinks the kadha.

I agree that redemption would be good, and for all of the reasons you've listed.. A realization that he has wronged her many, many times in the time he's known her.. A feeling of remorse for this.. And ideally a sorry for all of it.. And then an attempt to make it up to her.. I'm not an advocate of self flagellation, so no self harm. But a healthy dose of guilt and remorse is definitely in order..

Yeah u r right but she never proposed him and also he thinks she is having an affair with shyam...or may be he thinks she is a two timer which is definately not the case...thus i think he doesn't know she loves him...

That is where the love shows I think -- I firmly believe that our subconscious mind knows what we like and what we dont -- so the way we say the names of the ones closest to us is very different from the way we say other's names. So, it is an important part of the show -- it shows that the guy really cares for her.

I am getting close to the Depaavali stuff now. Will go to bed in a couple of hours -- have a reasonably open week -- you know I havent even rushed to the theatres to see Avengers or MIB III. this is very special.
