I don't go around much on Forum these days and stick to Crooner and CC, but from your post I can imagine what would have happened on the forum yesterday. You put it in the best possible way.
Especially I loved your post on GH article. That is what everyone should do.
My personal opinion on GH article is that he should not have done that. There was no need for it. Like you said they should concentrate more on Product then on Consumer. It's very nice that this PH is trying to take their viewers views in account and try to accommodate that in their storyline, but I feel they should stick to what they have decided to do. It's great they take into account fans requests and demand and try to fulfil them, but it's not necessary. Cause they can't satisfy all the viewers. Like Barun said, with daily soap, you can never satisfy all the viewers. There would be some who would like it and some who won't. There would be some viewers whom no matter what you show, will always be happy with the show and some unhappy.
So GH and all should not bother much about these negativity. They don't have to justify themselves. Their product will do for them. I know it becomes frustrating if no one recognise your work and keep criticising it, how it feels. Ask me all about it. I am going through the same phase in my career. But sometimes, silence and better performance is the key to stop those criticism.
This is my personal views on GH article and yesterday's uproar. Not intended to hurt anyone's sentiment. If I did, I apologize, it was not intentional.
