I think it's definitely the 2nd option coz Shyam very well knows that Khushi loves Arnav.

He didn't want to hear the obvious answer that Khushi loves Arnav.

Just like Arnav didn't want to tell her the reason he married her fearful that her confession may be that she loves Shyam.

And I don't understand why that stupid Anjali keeps sending Shyam to Khushi's room. Today she could have given the mobile to Khushi herself but she sent that scum bag.

option 2 is obvious😃 because shyaam cannot bear the fact that khushi has feelings for arnav... he was so angry that he called anjali instead of rani sahiba😆

Hi i was looking for a post regarding this sequence.Thanks for making it.I don't know the exact reason. i think its 3rd option.Shyam well aware of Arshi's feelings for each other. In hawan episode he watched Arnav "I am ri8 You are watching Khushi " then ho looked at Khushi to know her response and many situations

Huma Def 2 there was no doubt on tht one! It was a slap to him without actually touching him from Khushi and it kind of shocked him that she told him tht 😆
