There was so much of a draw between them then.

I feel the PH does not know when to say 'enough'.
If they think the viewers are responding to comedy, they pile on 'caamaydee' until we are scanning dictionaries to make sure we understand what that really means as opposed to the farce they heap on us.
If they think we like the leads, gosh, we get them in every other scene, till frankly, even I get cross-eyed watching them gaze into each other's eyes.
If they think we like the Rubba-Vays, then, why not?! Let's insert it left, right, and center; whether it makes sense or not!
Talk about desecration of almost a prayer for the forum! (grumble, grumble)

If they had stuck with the story, then they need never have worried about IPL. Their ratings would have stayed on top with the way the story is now, finally - two months too late - progressing.
They gave up the fight about TRPs during IPL without even landing a blow. Talk about surrender!

I do have hopes for when Arnav returns. The story has to progress one or the other.
Either Arnav will somehow get to the know the truth and the repentance track will start; or Shyaam will create further MUs between them. Either way, something will happen.
I am sure they are planning a grand 're-entry' for Arnav on June 6th. Isn't that when the show completes one year? Someone stated it was posted somewhere that he will be back with a 'Bang'.
By then, Anjuli should be ready to deliver the miniature baby she's been carrying.
That should crank up the matters more.

We might get some rain scenes! Monsoon is around the corner.

Jayne - well articulated post!

This is one of my biggest issues with IPKKND ..

In the name of intensity, the writers lose sight of where to draw the line and they end up airing questionable scenes, likewise it happens as you said with comedy and even the romance which isn't simply ticked because a Rabba Vey moment happened. They used to work magic before because Rabba Veys used to draw connection between Arnav and Khushi when there was little between them except hate. Now when so much time has elapsed and their relationship deepened and matured, simply gazing Rabba Veys don't cut it .. we need meaningful conversation that is was Holi was well received but it all went downhill from that point whether IPL or not!

This "MU" has been dragged enough, we've been patient enough, time to move onto the phase of the story .. a part of me believes they know what they're doing but I'm doubtful whether they'll survive if they continue to balance really heartfelt romantic moments with half-hearted ones. It's demeaning for us as viewers!

I believe Incandescent (Fari) made this post and I love the idea but 6th June is a long time away!
Can they confess on 6th June instead?!😆

sure when barun is back we have have the mu cleared from his side, confession, repentance and arnav and khushi making up, all of which will be romantic.

so i think lot of romance in in the future... story wise! cuz their love story has just started. khushi and arnav both finally admiting they are in love with one another.

👏 YES! I whole-heartedly agree with you 100%! I definitely think that it is time that the CVs give fans an honest-to-goodness love/romance track between Arnav and Khushi. Not just for 2 weeks - as we had in late Jan / early Feb, but for at least a few months. I actually think that, as fans, we have been incredibly patient. We've gobbled up every little hint of romance, which has always been followed up with pain or hatred. Now it is time that we get Arnav and Khushi IN LOVE. It's time to give fans what we want to see! Honestly, if Arnav comes back, and there is another misunderstanding, I will be VERY upset. I don't know if I can sit through another round of misunderstandings.

So, CVs - listen up!!! Bring some true romance for our beloved Arnav and Khushi! We will ALL be glued to our television sets if you do! 😃
