I miss this so much, a glimpse of genius, short and sweet, but why so brief? ...

So join me in sending a message to the CVS ... It's been 3/4 months since the dreaded terrace hug between Shyam and Khushi and all the chaos that ensued from that point.

Despite all the best efforts, all the stops being pulled, all our optimism, the show hasn't been what it was before but most of have stuck through it whatever our reasons, ArHi, Barun, ASR, Sanaya, Khushi, Rabba Veys, intensity or the rest of the cast.

It has had its rare moments of genius, no doubt in the past few months ...

But we've been patient for too long. Period.

The show is about hit the one year mark.

REVIVE THE ROMANCE .. already!

We've laughed, cried, awwwed, despaired, glared and what not watching this beautiful story unfold between Arnav and Khushi yet we've only been given 2 weeks worth of complete, blissful romance between them despite the concept of the show being based on love/hate - why is the hate part so favoured? Yes it provides more content, drama, enlongates the story but it's reached it's peak and now heading for a low, reducing the number of viewers with it.

The show hasn't been slot leader for months nor has it been in the top 4.
When these episodes aired it not only beat Balika Vadhu and be slot leader it was also in the top 4 sometimes top 3, people were tuning in for this romance injected into the story: the rude, arrogant ASR who charms, a Khushi who is usually found blabbering left speechless - it was fresh, interesting and captivating!

Barun is away but when he comes back, I really, really hope he brings with him a fresh phase of IPKKND .. all this hate, angst and oddly timed comedy is placed aside so we can move onto scenes/episodes which induce laughter, happiness or just engage - they don't have to be romantic, just heartfelt. Meaningful with substance and the rest of the IPKKND magic will fall into place.

- We know for a fact that 4Lions check the forum, help me send a message to them to REVIVE THE ROMANCE (and real Rabba Veys) please - we've stuck it out long enough!

I can be a cynic or a realist. Complain, cast doubt and state the show will never be what it was it .. but I want to keep faith because a show like IPKKND is based on a figment of someone's imagination - they just need to choose to take it into that original, magnetic direction which attracted us to this show in this first place.

That is all ... all we have to do is ENCOURAGE them to do so and the rest falls in to place...

Today I was going through the November (post-Divaali) and December episodes.
There was so much of a draw between them then.
The 'forbidden' fruit.😍

I feel the PH does not know when to say 'enough'.
If they think the viewers are responding to comedy, they pile on 'caamaydee' until we are scanning dictionaries to make sure we understand what that really means as opposed to the farce they heap on us.
If they think we like the leads, gosh, we get them in every other scene, till frankly, even I get cross-eyed watching them gaze into each other's eyes.
If they think we like the Rubba-Vays, then, why not?! Let's insert it left, right, and center; whether it makes sense or not!
Talk about desecration of almost a prayer for the forum! (grumble, grumble)

If they had stuck with the story, then they need never have worried about IPL. Their ratings would have stayed on top with the way the story is now, finally - two months too late - progressing.
They gave up the fight about TRPs during IPL without even landing a blow. Talk about surrender!

I do have hopes for when Arnav returns. The story has to progress one or the other.
Either Arnav will somehow get to the know the truth and the repentance track will start; or Shyaam will create further MUs between them. Either way, something will happen.
I am sure they are planning a grand 're-entry' for Arnav on June 6th. Isn't that when the show completes one year? Someone stated it was posted somewhere that he will be back with a 'Bang'.
By then, Anjuli should be ready to deliver the miniature baby she's been carrying.
That should crank up the matters more.

We might get some rain scenes! Monsoon is around the corner.

the story is coming back on track all the useless tracks like bubbly have ended. and they are trying to strengthen other characters like anjali, nani, payal, akash, shyam.

Ditto, I agree with you completely...we need the magic back...romance back..been watching the old episodes to content myself...and boy those were the days...they look so good together..even now after watching them umpteen times don't seem to have lost the feel...so please CVs get them back together..enough is enough...we r addicted and and getting withdrawl symptoms...give us our fix!!!!!..Barun Sobti ,Sanaya Irani and the entire IPKKND team..u all rocked before and its time to hit the the mark again !!!!!
