The moment he found Shyam was a liar and betrayed his Di, both their lives - Anjali and Khushi's life was in danger.
Chalo let us only look from Anjali angle now.
If Arnav was worried about safety of Anjali, he never in a million years would have accompanied Khushi to GH and stayed there for 3-4 days.
Right now be it Arnav or Anjali only see Shyam as a liar, cheat, betrayer. They have no idea he is a psycho wannabe killer.
Arnav has no way of knowing about Anjali's accidents which only Shyam can blurt out.
Similarily Arnav and Khushi have no way of knowing about Bauji unless Bauji recovers or Shyam again tells the truth.
So life danger may hai thought will not occur to Arnav now and they both are in the presence of his family who dote on both Anjali and Khushi.
Which is why I feel we are in for a single terrace confrontation - Argument between Shyam and Khushi witnessed by Arnav where Arnav realizes how much Khushi loathes him.
Arnav will come in between them again an argument this time between Arnav and Shyam.
In that heat of the m oment Shyam will blurt out about Anjali and Bauji and only then Arhi will realize they have a psycho at hand here.
