501 words can be so touching, I never knew that. I never knew that just 501 are enough to portray so many emotions.

This was awesome. Loved it!!

Rae !! Seriously man ! You just made this day so damn good, pehle YNTON, then Finally and ab Numb !!! All I can say is Ive grown so addicted to reading your posts, FF/SS/OS everyday these few days I wonder what Im gonna do without them !!!

This was so fantastic !! Her going numb when he finally confides in all !! And my heart went out to her specially when she says, that this time he put her in pain knowingly like all the other times... He had taken her test !! Damn man, they are so complicated and yet they're so simple !! I just loved reading this one sooo much Rae !!

Really tonned of thanks for updating this, cause you know what kind of a mood I was in !! I just loved it Rae !!🤗

Wow! I could literally see the scene playing out in front of my eyes. You know like in a scene on the show, when the camera keeps circling around Khushi and all sounds are blocked out and she is looking at Arnav who seems to be doing everything you described but it just isn't reaching her. She's numb. Nice work Rae! Beautifully envisioned.

I never thought Raat Hamari Toh could be applicable to Khushi. Its a song I love. But Khushi is scared of the darkness. But in this situation. While she is numb, she is letting the darkness almost close in on her.

Only you can pour so many emotions into 500 words!😊

I don't know if you meant for this to be felt, or if I am just overanalyzing, but I felt the separation between the reader and Arnav's emotions. You know, numb to his words, his actions, in a way. Sooner or later, he is going to push Khushi too hard, I am actually surprised that she hasn't cracked yet! And this OS shows that broken Khushi. Love it!

Okay, you asked for it! 😆I feel like Arnav was numb to his emotions, until Khushi came into his life. He tried to fight feeling even then, but Khushi was persistent and broke down the walls. In "You put your arms around me" (To quote meera "too beautiful to be shortened") I felt like he came out of his self-induced numbness completely. I find it ironic that the girl who evoked emotions in him again, is the one broken and numb now, and he was resopnsible for it.

It was probably easy for Arnav to come up with the plan to disappear without thinking about the consequences. He learns (I hope!) that his actions, no matter how logical they seem, cause irrevocable hurt to the ones he loves. It is so much harder to reattach a person's heart, and Arnav is going to have a lot of work to do to bring his Khushi back again.

I am gonna stop my analyzing now, cause this might get longer than the actual post! 😆

That was amazing but i sincerly hope something like this doesn't happen in the show coz I don't like the mere thought of a quiet and numb khushi and actually seeing her going through this misery would be even worse
