Heyy All,

The wait for the ME was worth it , wasn't it...No wastage of time with unnecessary scenes.. required characters used judiciously , No OTT antics, No Melodrama ..A finespun, exquisite episode which left you feeling satisfied and hungry for more !!

Wonderful acting by every one and a bang on Direction by AK ..After a long Hiatus everything meshed well !!

"It's crazy how you can get yourself in a mess sometimes and not even be able to think about it with any sense and yet not be able to think about anything else. "

The show opened with Sunlight beaming on Arnav's face, Brightness spreading its wings in the hitherto darkened Bedroom ...Khushi declines the partnership with Shuklaji and docilely hands over the towel to Arnav without fighting for bathroom rights !! Arnav does not like the change in her nor does he seek any clarification for the change While Khushi is getting quietly desperate to get the Signature , so that the smirch on her integrity, on her honour , on her love be unstained..

Quite obviously The case of from frying pan to the fire ..In her frenzy to get herself cleared Khushi is wading into deeper waters by stealthily trying to get Arnav's signature ..Little does she comprehend , that once she gets caught in the Piranha's jaw, he will get her to dance to his tunes and every time she resist he can always dangle the threat of How she deceitfully she got the signature from the man she purportedly loves !!..Arnav would never pardon deceit from her esp after trusting her ...In other words , in her fervour to be rid of the stigma, she is laying herself open to more slander...With Shyam behind her like a shadow, she is not even getting time for a rethink

Arnav who had torn the feelings of love by its roots from his heart, who had heaped scorn on Khushi, who had eschewed her version of the tale finds himself thinking only about her, He remembers the sprightly girl who was full of beans and took the mickey out him, he contrasts that mischievous girl with the present pale shadow who has lost herself in the merciless maze of life , who looks like a fragile flower who has been crushed and left to die by cruel fate ...Arnav admonishes his mind, his heart..Orders them not to think about her, assures himself that SHE DOES NOT MATTER !! but the throbbing in his heart makes a mockery of his claim as its every beat whispers the name of Khushi !!

There is a knock on the door, Anjali comes in informing a vacillating Khushi that there is dried mangoes kept out in the Sun , Shyam uses this opportunity to substitute the Papers and places the will inside the file removing the red herring that was used to allay Khushi's suspicion and uncertainty !!

Again we the recurring theme of Mango !! ..We saw the Mango pieces drying up on the terrace on the day Arnav burst out with the reason and we again have Khushi with Mangoes today !! ..what then is the significance of Mango ?? ...Mangoes historically has been associated with Attainment and with giver of Life , a vibrant life ...Khushi has been cheated of her attainment, Shyam has baulked her, pipped up with his false tales that Arnav believes it as the Gospel truth !!..Khushi is trying to disprove Shyam's lies but has not met with Success so far, ...but now Shyam himself sends a means for her to attain her objective, he sends Anjali and brings in the real papers ..If U remember the terrace scene , U will notice that Khushi walks backwards , away from the Mangoes whereas today she is lead to the Mangoes by Anjali on the say so of Shyam !! .. Anjali it is who will give Khushi's life back , Shyam being the unifier, the reluctant Cupid and this time Khushi gets the fruit of life in her hands,,,she will be successful in winning back her love, her self-respect, her dignity !!

Khushi who was thinking up a way of getting Arnav to sign is given an unexpected helping hand by an unsuspecting Akash, who wants a signature from Arnav..Khushi takes this opportunity to kill two birds with one stone as she offers her help in getting Arnav to sign it ..Akash accepts it gratefully..Khushi places both sets of papers in front of Arnav and gets it signed .Half her mission has been done or should we say Shyam has accomplished his mission but victory will not come so cheaply, Now Khushi makes her move as she quickly hides the document inside the pot , thus preventing easy access to Shyam and gaining herself a strong bartering chip ..

A few days back I had spoken about chess moves and on of my friend Sree had spoken about Gambit and I had replied that I can see Shyam making a counter gambit and Khushi turning the game with a move called Enn passant... we saw both the things happening today ..Khushi's has begun ..Shyam has made his move... what is Counter gambit , you may ask..It si nothing but sacrificing a pawn for greater advantage and here Shyam is offering to come clean so that it may gain him the advantage by getting the papers signed while Khushi who almost is on the verge of eaten up has turned the tables as she stands side by side and is now the master who can swallow him up..Khushi is now armed and Shyam better keep a look out ..

Khushi is inside her room going about her task when Shyam comes in demanding the papers ...Khushi puts down the condition before Shyam, Shyam tries to buy time, time is given but Khushi will not be stopped from her Goal ...Khushi is debating on how to get the truth to Arnav when she is jolted to discover that today is the day when Arnav's mother was born and that it is 56th birthday !!

It is not time for either of us to be quiet !! what a revelatory statement and one which really is a throw away hint ..A connotation that there will be no holding back, the time for truth has finally arrived

The Number 56 ...Thanxx to Shwetha who brought Typhon to my notice ...Typhon was the last son of Gaia sired by tartarus to avenge the death of Titans in the hands of Zeus, The Lord of Gods and the ruler of Olympus ..In appearance he is said to be very tall, his head touching the star, eyes glowing red ...Gaia urges Typhon to take over Olympus , the seat of power ...Typhon will approach Olympus , wrecking destruction en route..The God will be so scared of him , that they slink away into their hiding places leaving Zeus alone except for Athena who stays by him and fights Typhon defeating him after a long drawn out battle ... [One version]

The other version is that Typhon was so powerful that it took combined efforts of all lords and in the first attack , Zeus would be comprehensively defeated , his sinews torn out and left to die ..Two gods somehow manage to retrieve the sinews of Zeus ...The moment Typhon gets to know that Zeus is alive, he begins to flee with Zeus in hot pursuit ...Typhon seems invincible until the time Furies , The three ladies take a hand and trick Typhon into eating a fruit from the Garden of Dionysus which causes stupor and lulls him to sleep, Slowed down by the Furies, Zeus finally catches up with him and releases his thunderbolt , Splitting the earth and opening the world of Tartarus ...plunging Typhon inside the abyss and securing the opening by placing Etna over it !!

If we take this analogy for Shyam, Arnav ..Then we see a long drawn out battle between Arnav and Shyam where Arnav will face a setback , and mount Olympus can either be AR or RM or even Khushi !! There will be a fight for ownership ..It will require combined resources of the family to stop the ravaging Shyam ..or It will be Anjali who will put a stop , standing by her brother and causing the downfall of Typhon/Shyam and securing Mount Olympus ..

We again saw Anjali becoming the hurdle in the way of Shyam's and I think this is the presaging where Anjali will be the one hurdle Shyam can never cross and in front of whom he will always face defeat..

A spazzed out Khushi races against time to stop Arnav and to clear ehr name, She reaches the airport but is stopped by the security, her heart cries out for the man whom she adores, whose name is on every breath she takes, Arnav hears the unsaid voice and turns, a brief moment of exquisite solace for the aching heart, A heart which is crying out for love when once again, a curve of lips as he sees Khushi standing by the door, reality intrudes , coldness seeps back ..The happiness n love retreats ...Alas, she has not got the evidence , the clincher that will let her into his heart, the doors shut again with the Guard saying You have not yet found the key .. Khushi pleads with Arnav for a chance !! Arnav appears to be inured to her pleas , her entreaty , He begins to walk away from his happiness , his heart in a turmoil, Khushi's love tugging at his heart string, pulling him towards her...while his clinical mind rejects her words, preferring to believe its eyes ,His sense of outrage impelling him to move away from her while his instinct commands him to go to her ...Love wins and Arnav finds himself heading back to Khushi, giving himself one chance at happiness , allowing the trust to sprout again !!

Arnav gives 10 mins to Khushi , Khushi clucthes at it like a drowning woman , calls up Shyam, Shyam delays his arrival intentionally , while the bridge between Khushi & Arnav remains Intact !! The crowds begin to surge . shoving Khushi like a rag doll , Arnav takes the first step and becomes the shield , protecting her from the blows ..Khushi tries to find a bridge, a way to cross when she is politely reminded that she has got 3 mins !! The time soon runs out , Arnav prepares to leave her , Khushi latches on to his hand in a last bid to stop him..Arnav removes her hand which was stopping him and proceeds towards the terminal ...but not before hearing that he is some one special and he means everything to Khushi !!

We have already discussed the significance of 10 in our previous REDUX ..Today we got another hint at the numbers ..we got the fact that she has got 3 mins ...3 is for trinity , 3 is the most positive number ..It is a number which denotes past,Present & future !! ..It is a number which stands for attainment , It is a number which symbolizes success and reward ...Looking at today's ME.. The backdrop is Mother's B'day..Arnav's past and in front him stands present , promising truth and love ..His future !!..Attainment..yes Khushi will succeed in her goal of attaining his love by proving the truth !

I loved the moment where Khushi holds on to his hand , The relationship established when Arnav begins to forcibly remove her grip , not realizing that while he is loosening the grip of one hand, he himself is tightly holding on to Khushi's arms not letting her go ...

Next comes Shyam's ominous words..Now is not the time to approach, time has to change !! It filled me with foreboding ..The lovers are slowly moving towards one another and Shyam has decided not to interrupt their journey and is stalling himself .. he will burst on them when they are least prepared and bring destruction in his wake But as we saw , Arnav moves swiftly to protect Khushi from the blows ..same way Arnav will deflect the moves of Shyam, sometimes taking the blows himself but not allowing a hair of Khushi to disarrange !! Shyam's tactic will blow up as his manoeuvres will actually strengthen the bond from the fragile hand holding..

Arnav what Can I say about this Young man, A man who preferred silence , who buried his own sorrows and never poured it out , each sorrow killing his soul little by little until the time when the fires of his soul was rekindled by Khushi, Khushi lit the lamp dispelling the darkness cast by his Mother's death ... His heart begun to thaw, the rhythm of life begun to drum , the lack lustre eyes begun to glow with love , with faith , with trust when one black day, everything turned to Night, the lamp flickered , almost extinguished ..He retreats back into the abyss , the weight of his cross doubled , the torture multiplied many times over , His heart is lacerated again and he goes back into the shell , clamming up ... Arnav is leaving happiness behind, once again preferring loneliness , preferring the solitude or so he thinks but he had not configured on his heart , On the bond that he has formed with Khushi ..he had not calculated the force of love, the depth of his reverence , the purity of their passion ...He had not realized that he is bound to Khushi by a flimsiest chain but he has not understood that the chain is unbreakable and everlasting ...The Bond pulls him back and he turns once again towards his destiny when...

Sometimes we let affection, go unspoken,
Sometimes we let our love go unexpressed,
Sometimes we can't find words to tell our feelings,
Especially towards those we love the best.

Below is my analysis

Mistakes Mistakes Mistakes!!!

In a war, one mistake can change the whole game, it can change a win to loss, triumph to defeat and the players of this game have been committing one mistake after another. Is it desperation, over confidence or simply mistrust, I have no answer but what these mistake will cost these players and who will pay the most, will be an interesting thing to see.

Shyam's mistakes:

Shyam is one person who knows the whole truth, who knows the whole story but his mistake is in underestimating the love and protective instincts, the two women in his life have for Arnav. First is Khushi, second is Anjali.

Khushi: Right now he thinks he understands Khushi, her instincts and her thinking. He knows Khushi will go to any lengths to prove her innocence and that she cannot bear any kind of blur on her character and he is playing on her these feelings. He thinks he has her in his clutches and he is counting on her desperation to achieve his objectives but he has not taken into account or has turned a blind eye to her love for Arnav or the protective instincts Khushi has for Arnav. He does not know that however desperate Khushi is, however bigger problem it might create for her, she will leave it all aside if she for a moment thinks Arnav is in danger. For him, she can go to any lengths even to the extent of putting her life, her values m her beliefs in jeopardy. He does not know that her love for Arnav, can make her the women who will fight the "Yama" for her husband. Shyam is no Yama and hence he will stand no chance when this lionesses roars and when that will happen he will in the worse position then from where he started on the day when Arnav played his trump card. Also, if the lionesses roar is going to stagger him, the lion's roar is going to eat him alive especially when the lion's realizes that fox has fooled him not once but twice.

Anjali: Unknowingly, Shyam has been caught by Anjali four times, all four time when he was thinking of harming Arnav, that person who is like a son to Anjali. Shyam has not taken these incidents into account and he thinks he has fooled Anjali but this is his very big mistake because Anjali might seem dumb but she is one shrewd woman. Today, she has not connected these incidents, today she has forgotten about it and accepted Shyam explanations but one day she will connect all these actions, and that day will be the doom's day for Shyam because whatever her feelings for Shyam they will never match to her feelings for Arnav. Arnav is like her son and she is very protective towards him. The day she realizes that Shyam has been responsible for his pain, for his hurt and for all the bad things that has befallen Arnav, she will be like the Parvati who stood against Shiv to protect her son.

Khushi's mistakes:

Once before Khushi had made a mistake. She had decided to protect Arnav, not thinking of the consequences or the effects it will have on her life, her family's life and the lives of the people that she is trying to protect. That time she thought that it was the only path open to her and she decided to walk on it. Today she is paying the price for that mistake. Today, because of that one mistake she lost the credibility and trust of that one person who is very important to her. Today, she has no way to prove her innocence and proving it, earning his trust have become very essential to her because she cannot bear that the person, her love looks at her with mistrust and hate in his eyes. Thus in his desperation, she made a deal with the devil. Her second big mistake.

Khushi today, again, believed Shyam's words instead of following her instincts in telling Arnav about Shyam's plans. She again believed Shyam, when he said that Arnav does not trust her and will not believe one word she said. She again believed him when he said that Arnav will only believe his words not once thinking that why will he give more importance to Shyam when he thinks both of them are in love. She again believed Shyam when he said that he will come and tell the whole truth to Arnav. Thus in the process she committed the biggest sin of her life. She became instrumental in putting all that in jeopardy which Arnav has given his life to earn, his wealth, which is the result of all his sacrifices, which is the proof of his love for his family, which represents a comfortable life for his sister and which is the only proof of his success of the vow he had taken when he and his sister were thrown out of his house with nothing but clothes and a photo frame.

Khushi justified that she will tell the truth to Arnav and not let Shyam win but will Arnav be able forgive this duplicity of hers, will he be able to trust her words, will he able believe her truth. Will he, for whom it took only one incidence to discredit all those good deeds of Khushi, be able to accept the wrong when it was done with the good intention. Khushi that time too had good intentions but today, it has backfired on her. Today, for that one mistake, she is standing alone fighting for her love, his trust and her values, how far and how big a price will she have to pay for this second mistake which is much bigger than the previous one that she has again unknowingly committed. Only time will tell.

Arnav's mistakes:

Arnav witnessed a heartbreaking scene at the wrong moment at the wrong time. But his mistake was to not give Khushi a chance to justify. His mistake was to believe Shyam's words who had already fooled him once and think of them as the veritable truth. This one mistake of his has led him to commit a series of actions that are unforgivable. But still those actions were justifiable as a brother but today time has changed. Today, he is the lover and today his biggest mistake his again not believing Khushi and not trusting her, her words, and her actions.Today again he decided to trust his mind and that one terrace moment rather than his heart and all those moments where Khushi had silently shown her love and pledged her devotion. Today she bared her heart for him, she begged him to listen to her and believe her but he decided to walk away. Was it his cynical nature or his fear to trust in her love but his rejection today of her love, of her words make him the biggest culprit in this whole game.

Thus he will be the person who will pay the biggest prize out of the three because his actions as lover, his mistrust of her will not be allow him to forgive himself as he choose to believe the devil instead of the angel. He is going to suffer, he is going to repent and he is going to have remorse. Today, she was trying to win his love and tomorrow he will have to win her love, he will have to prove his love, what will be interesting to see is how he going to do that in 10 minutes. Well, you know what they say, karma is a bitch and well Arnav will prove that to us very soon in coming future.

Halosss people!! 🤗

After the emotionally draining out after today's ME - I was not sure how I would even write today.

Since I missed out on the episode analysis of yesterday, I will start off with it first - not in detail because every one on yesterday's thread have explained every nuance of the episode and perfectly so. However, Yesterday after I watched the episode - I was rendered speechless. I don't know why and how but I could not bring myself to write anything like I normally do. When the episode ended yesterday - only one thing that came in my mind and that was ;

"So close and yet so far"

I would not touch on Shyam - even though in totality the episode for me was about Shyam and I am sure all of you know how much I love seeing this man. It was about his over-confidence, his cruelty and how nothing more matters to him than I, Me and Myself - something that I guess I covered in my last analysis.

Why did I think of this persay was because yesterday instead of taking Arnav and Khushi separately, I saw them as two star-crossed lovers who only want nothing but to be with each other - who want nothing but to be able to believe in each other - to trust each other and to love each other. But circumstances are such that it does not let them and that hurts both of them. Physically they are so close - but emotionally they are like 2 different sides of the coin - Head and the tail.

Khushi is in a turmoil for she needs to prove herself to the man she loves madly. She will be able to take anything but not be able to bear that Arnav thinks so lowly of her. Even after Shyam bullies her around, tries to scare her off - she does not deter from her motive and waits patiently for Arnav to let her heart out - to prove herself - to make him understand that he is wrong in judging her.

Arnav on the other hand sees her waiting for him - sees her looking at him in hope and he wants to stop and give her that comfort that she seeks - and he does - but that memory of her in someone else's arms haunts him and he leaves her alone - waiting for him to reach out to her. He sits in his cabin - not able to concentrate on work because he know she is there - waiting for him. He goes to see her and is restless and disappointed with himself for keeping her waiting. He cannot work while he knows she is down there - waiting for him and so he leaves - ignoring her. Khushi - follows him out desperate to make him listen to her - but no - he does not want to - and he goes away - distancing himself from her and leaving her alone and vulnerable to Shyam.

He comes to his room and he sees the wind chime missing and he recalls that - he then sees the lights missing - he remembers that - he sees Salman Khan's poster also missing and he is taken aback - but what infuriates him is when he sees her clothes missing - her symbol of existence as his wife. He calls out to her for he wants to know what she is doing.

She is hurt and she has started accepting her fault in the whole misunderstanding in Arnav's mind. That is why she can understand how much it is hurting him - how much pain he is going through and like he told her once that her presence is hated by him - she goes on to make his life less pain free - she thinks that by removing her presence she can reduce the pain he is going through. What she does not realize is that he needs her presence and he has gotten used to it and nothing hurts him more than her trying to change that fact. If this much hurts him when he supposedly hates her - how much mad will he go when he realizes that Khushi is innocent!? That is when he will realize how much she actually means to him and what is the actual importance of her in his life and that would make his repentance stronger. I have always believed more than Khushi's forgiveness - it is important for him to seek his own forgiveness - he has to forgive himself and that will be the most difficult for him. He will let her go - not because of her - but because of himself for he will not feel worthy of her love. But when he understands his importance in her life - he will bring her back to himself - he will fight for her and that day the lover will win over the brother.

Now coming today's episode - THE perfect episode of all ME's! The best episode ever! Perfect intensity, perfect emotions, perfect love, perfect feelings - everything perfect ⭐️- sending me off to cry for Arnav and Khushi 😭. I have cried only for Arnav before - but today I cried for both of them. Destiny - always brings them together - but it is what also keeps them apart. How much longing they have for each other in their eyes - but alas - under the cloud of misunderstanding however much they want to read it - they ignore it.

"Hum shyaam ji ko dubaara arnav ji ko dhoka nahi dene denge and na khud denge"

Guilt. Khushi's guilt and regret has begun to happen. She is the one who is the least guilty of all 3 - Herself, Arnav and Shyaam - and therefore her guilt and regret and repentance will be the shortest and it begins today and will end when Arnavs realization happens. Till today Khushi was suffering through all this because of her role in Misunderstanding and now that she has understood it, she is repenting. She is proving herself to Arnav and is also making sure that she does not hurt him and betrays him like she had done when she hid Shyam's truth. She will not let anything happen to him - and neither will let Shyam do anything to Arnav and that is where lies her repentance.

Just like Arnav is standing between her and Shyam - she is standing between Shyam and Arnav. They both will protect each other from Shyam but separately just like they are in their own way protecting Anjali but separately. The day these two join hands and come together to fight the evil force - Shyam Manohar Jha - that day will be the end of all evil in their lives.

"Hum har kaam dil se karte hain - iska matlab humare paas dimaag nahi hain..."

So true! I would still say trusting Shyam Manohar Jha with anything was very lame - because somehow I do believe if properly dealt Garima and Buaji would have been the perfect people to bring out Shyam's truth and more so I am quite sure Arnav would have believed them since he has accepted them and believes that they can do no wrong. However as said many times by me and the rest of the redux crew - Buaji will be the one who will clear the final thread of misunderstanding of Arnav's and that will only be after the terrace confrontation - which should happen anytime soon. And it is for that confrontation to happen - Khushi needs to see Shyam's real face and that is where we are heading.

Today Khushi proved that when it comes to take the situation in control - she knows the right moves to make. She intelligently proved to Shyam that she is not going to take any crap of his - he can quit toying around with her and she will be the boss who will tell him what to do and how to do it. Shyam has seen Khushi bow down to his manipulations - and today he saw a strong Khushi that won't back down because its her character in question and her love for Arnav in the line of fire. Yes - her "dil" again took over her "dimaag" when Shyam manipulated her - but that is Khushi. Again - when it comes to saving the rest of the family from the horrible truth - she will give away everything and she did. But she did not give up on her attempts to prove her innocence.

"Woh sab kuch baant sakte hai par apna dard nahin"

And that line had the reason on why Arnav never confronted Khushi about Shyam and her affair. If only she could understand - that seeing her and Shyam in an embrace was and is like a scratch etched in his heart - It is his 'dard' - that he believes that she loves another man - that she chose anyone else over him. It was that fear that she may just confess to her love that stopped him from sharing his pain from her and stopped the confrontation from happening. No - Arnav Singh Raizada escapes when it comes to sharing his inner most feelings and his hurt - he would run away - be alone but not accept them.

And that is why he went through his own set of turmoils - his own confusion alone - because he was scared to share them - scared to be hurt again. If he wanted he could clear all of it in the first instant - but the reason he did not was because he cannot and could not share it. And because he could not - he let it all out in anger.

"Aap ko sach batana zaruri hai khaskar ke ab - jab aapka dard humari wajah se badh raha hai"

Again Khushi's realization of the pain she has caused him by hiding such a huge secret from him. Like I said before - this is her track of realizing her mistake and her repentance before Arnav begins his. She understands that he is hurt and angry for he trusted her to tell him this before and she also knows that she is the reason his heart aches today just like he is the reason her heart aches.

"Haan zaruri hai kyunki koi aur nahi aap hain...aap hain toh fark padta hai... Humari sansein ruk jayengi..."

Khushi's confession of her feelings - Farq padta hai! The track that opened all loops for understanding of feelings and their realization! Remember when Lavanya and Arnav got engaged - Arnav said to Khushi : "Kyun!? Tumhe kya fark padta hai!?" - When Arnav came to know about Khushi's engagement, Khushi asked him ; "Aap ko iss kya fark padta hai!? - Fark padta hai Dammit! - and since then so many times "Fark Padta hai" has been a give away of their innermost feelings. It is a way of expression of love for them - it is a way of saying - Yes I care! And today Khushi said it to him leaving him stunned - Yes! It matters to me to prove my innocence - because it is you! Because it is you - the person who I love the most - the person in whose eyes I would rather rise than fall - because it is you - that is why I am proving my innocence - Because it is you - I am trying hard to prove myself to you - Because it is you - I am trying to live for. It was all there - he saw through it also. He understood it also - but his mind and heart and the confusion piling on does not let him see clearly. And when that actually starts clearing off - we all know what has happened!

"Main wapas aaya kyunki maine socha - mere dil ne kaha ki shayad shayad tum pe bhorosa kiya ja sakta hai..."

He wants to trust her - believe her - his heart is crying and screaming loudly to him that she is right - that his Khushi is right! But what can he do!? While she is trying her best to prove herself to him - she is trying her best but destiny does not want him to see her truth just yet - or should I say Shyam does not want to give Khushi that chance to be proven right!? Whatever or whoever - Just as much as Khushi wants to prove her innocence to him - exactly that much he wants her to prove all his misconceptions wrong.

Shyam and Anjali :

I have always said that it is Anjali who is standing strong as a wall between all his wrong intentions - and today again it was Anjali who almost caught Shyam in action. 4th time I guess!?

1) When she caught Shyam in Arnav's room the first time
2) When her very name stopped Shyam from going a step ahead - before the Heer Ranjha act

And the other times - (excuse my brain its gone into a halt) - She is the one who is standing between shyam and his intentions. Yes - She is definitely the ace Shyam is playing with but she is also the joker who can change the game around.

The whole airport sequence

The most beautifully shot scene! The pain, the agony, the anguish, the hurt - everything so brilliantly portrayed. Sanaya and Barun - take a bow! Fabulous scene! 👏 👏

He hears her one 'Arnav ji' and he halts - he knows HIS Khushi has called him and he turns around to see her and his breath stops for a moment as he sees her in tears - crying out to him - begging him to stop. Just for a small moment - a minute smile plays on his lips and he is happy to see her - but just as soon as that smile came - it disappeared and anger and pain took its place. Her cries fell on his deaf ears as he ignored her pleas, her phone calls and all her attempts became futile when he walked away from her leaving her alone to face herself and his unspoken words.

She had given up on any hope - when he came back - He will always come back - no matter what - He came back to give her that chance - that chance that he wished proved him wrong - that could prove all his assumptions as an illusion - while she held on to him - confessing her love indirectly. They both understand each other's pain and they both know that they love each other - the only thing they both want is to hear those 3 magical words and no 'fark padta' hai would not do it. And nothing else would because - these two are the most deprived in love and till they feel it and hear it - they cannot believe the other.

She saw he cares - when he stood against her protecting her from the bustling crowd. And he will be the one who will be her shield when she will be socially stigmated because of him - when everyone will point fingers at her - he will be her shield - protecting her. She tries to approach him and his inner wounds - but he escapes them. He cannot face them and not with her Yet! He taunts her - ridicules her - tells her about the belief that he wants and hopes to have on her while she confesses her innermost feelings and despair to him and his importance in her life. He is left stunned just like she was. But he is getting late - and he has to go - she tries to hold on to him while he leaves her and goes. That is why I feel that his forgiving himself will be more important than Khushi forgiving him. The day he forgives himself - that day he himself will be able to tell Khushi that he loves her

He leaves but the holi confession, her behavior with him, their passionate moments and the just now confession haunt him - his heart wins over his mind and he decides to go back to her again! But alas ! Destiny has some other plans - No Arnav Singh Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada - It is Not going to be easy for you!

Pointers

1) Arnav does not distrust Khushi completely - little ounce of it is there or he would not have signed the papers so easily

2) Arnav missing Khushi's smile and not being able to take the change in her attitude. He misses her probably more than she misses herself! Small things of her matter to him and he cannot escape his feelings and the fact that he is concerned and she makes a difference. Wonder what will happen when she leaves him and goes - How will he be able to live!? 😭

3) Was I the only one who thought that Shyam could be perfect in a hotel!? He was so fast with the cleaning! 😆

Beautiful episode - left me emotionally drained! Cried so much in the last 10 minutes - cannot even say 😭 😭! I do not think this write - up can do Any justice to what the actual episode was! Barun Sanaya Abhaas and Daljeet - Just Fabuolus!!

The epi started with Khushi still contemplating about the signatures of the file...when Arnav wakes up, she quitlely passes him the

towel while talking on phone to Shukla ji and refusing to do the dabba business...Arnav who stood there with memories of her chirpy and fiesty

demeanor and is somewhat missing it...is further shocked to hear about her decision but stays silent and goes to shower...On the other hand khushi goes through the papers given by Shyam but is unable to find anything suspicious...and while keeping them back in a hurry drops one paper which enables us to have a closeup shot of Arnav's worn down shoes...I am sure they are pure leather and everything but CVs a business tycoon can afford a number of pair of shoes and definitely an Arnav Singh Raizada who believes "hamare kapre hamian banate hain" (initial promo anyone) would or should not wear wrinkly ghisse hue shoes...

Well moving on Arnav is in constant Khushi happy memeory haunt mode...whereas khushi is contemplating how to get Arnies signatures on the file

when she overhears Akash needed some initials too she seizes the opportunity and makes Arnav sign all the papers...My question:: there is a major difference between initials and Signatures...does Akash not know that because he was mighty happy with signatures on each page...Another question to those in India...isn't there a differnece between normal printer paper and stamp papers?? Couldn't Arnav tell...??😕

Khushi is a smart cookie but a blind one...why you will ask...let me explain my theory...Smart because knowing that the papers are suspicious she takes

pictures of them and hides the original documents to bargain with Shyam...blind because when taking the pictures couldn't she see a big bold WILL written

over the front page...she had read the papers previously couldn't she see a format change...anyways sorry for going in nitty gritty...😳

No matter what I still loved the episode and used my share of tissues...

Anaconda enters like a true cartoon maggu today in Khushi's room...looked left and right with a hunched back and entry but he is in for a doosra (cricket lovers will understand) when he orders her to give

the papers... on khushi's refusal and stating that she is not dumb the way he looks at her and says I know your qualities that is why I love you...ewww

cringeworthy...Kudos Abhaas for making me feel actually sick with your stare...he is one good actor 👏

Khushi comes to know of Arnav going to London and she rushes to the airport to tell him the truth meanwhile shyam goes on

Mission..challenge your abilities to clean Arnav's room in 2 minutes flat...well done Shyam if you ever run out of career options..I am in a

perpetual need of a good cleaning person...Anjali being Anjali catches him in Arnav's room but maintains her fused bulb status and walks away

...why oh why cannot she think that last time also he made the same excuse...why cannot she think that if a file is so important why didn't Arnav

give it to Shyam himself or if not why doesn't she question her brother ke tum mere pati ko importance nahin dete and kabhi unki file time per return nahin kerte...her baar waoh bechare khud dhoond rahe hote hain...and why is she forgetting that Arnav hates anybody touching his things let alone go through them in his room in his absence..

Khushi reaches the airport but is unable to go inside..she calls out to Arnav and we have the return of the long lost wind..Arnie feels her presence and he turns

around and RV...a tiny flicker of a smile...*drools* but then angry young man...no matter how much I hate to create scenes in public...I do not mind

if you scream, cry and beg in front of entire airport attitude comes back...

However he does come to meet her...gives her 10 minutes to explain...the fark padta hai comes into play...the airport one was a very nice and emotional scene...I loved it...😃

Khushi told Shyam to meet her there for the explanation but Anaconda has some other plans and he delays his arrival saying hum abhi aagar aajayen ge to aap donon ka waqt kaise basle ga? oh yes thankyou Anooo...hum bhi yeh chate hain ke inka waqt badle and we get to see some happy romantc scenes..lage raho shabash..

Oho sab se important my story...

A brother and sister went and bought themsleves bright pink shirts to wear to the airport. Sister adorned a pair of black tights and a stole to accompany it and brother wore the shirt casually with jeans. On reaching the airport the sister saw Arnav and went flat like a normal female and happily followed behind him from the airport entry probably hoping to catch the seat next to him in the plane...the brother however lost his entry ticket and is stuck outside...the poor soul runs haywire goes left to right and right to left in its search as can be scene in most of khushi's scenes...but he doesn't know that his ticket has been

stolen by the guy who is standing right next to the entrance with dark glasses...he apparently knows his crime and tries only to give his side profile by looking the other way from the camera to avoid recognition (lest he be recognized by the pagal fans as one of the dancers from preeto's wedding)...meanwhile the sister who is happily following Arnav is in for a diasppointmnet when ASR goes outside for 10 minutes but she is smart till he comes back she jumps on the treadmill right next to Arnie's path and carries on walking in the same spot...so that when Arnav returned and was on his way inside she was right there following behind him again... 😆

Moral of the story...Cvs please give your extras less bright clothes to make them less conspicuous and if you are re-using them in scenes at different times then please make them change shirts to at least give the illusion they are different people...😃

The real one for you guys...

If you love someone with all your heart and give them all you have there comes a time when you are rewarded and are loved in return...we saw Arnav's heart win over his mind in the end when he turned to go back...though not now because he will be kidnapped but we will see him go back to her...see her with utmost respect...she who has fallen beyond measure in his eyes will be placed back on the pedestal she deserves...All she has to do is wait patiently and keep her efforts on...keep nurturing the love she has for him...for she will be rewarded

She planted the seed and waited. After a while rain came down from the sky, pelting her skin, chilling her. She shivered but didn't leave, not yet.

The sun came out, warming the soil, driving the cold from her bones. She waited. Clouds scudded by overhead, in a hurry for some reason. The moon rose, stars wheeled, and then the sun rose again.

She didn't just wait, of course. She prayed, she sang, she read the old stories, the myths and the legends. On the seventh day she snoozed under a cloudless sky, waking only briefly when a dragonfly happened to touch down on her nose. She observed its cathedral-window wings, irridescent with refracted sunlight, and drowsed once more after it left her.

Rain, sun, moon, stars: she endured them all. The seedling broke the soil with a questing green curlicue, looking for all the world like a question mark in the Old Tongue. She sat on it and waited more: days, months, decades.

A boy came along and asked her why she'd climbed to the top of the tree.

"I didn't," she said.

Khushi and Arnav can go to any extent for their love. The two of them are deep inside, lonely souls, waiting for the fresh sprinklings of love to quench their hearts yearnings. They are both generous givers, selfless people who do everything to keep their loved ones happy. They ask for nothing in return - the happiness on their loved ones faces is all they require. But is this enough? Khushi and Arnav were at the brink of confessing true love, but just because that love story was cut short doesn't mean that the love story is over! It still exists, amid the shattered pieces of their broken hearts, the love still seeps through and calls out to each other through their tear-filled eyes, the unsaid words, the sound of silence and through thoughtful actions.

Khushi opens the curtains, drawing the rays of the sun to fall on Arnav. He wakes up to this light after the night's darkness which he had submitted them to.Just like Arnav brought dark, turbulent times into their lives by the marriage, Khushi will be bringing truth and innocence into the light. Arnav will soon wake up to the truth, that Khushi always belonged to him, and no one else. (He knows that she is clear of the faulty character he ascribed to her, but he just won't admit it until he hears and sees it from her. For now, he just needs to hear her say that she loves him to get him going!)

Their marriage has started on mutual hatred, hatred is too strong a word, let's say, dislike. Khushi went into OTT mode to deal with circumstances she was pushed in to, while Arnav chose his favourite seething anger mode. Now, seeing Khushi's drawn face, her soft voice that echoes the hurt in her heart and her move to rid him of her painful presence in his life hurts him and escalates the guilt within him. It doesn't help that he wants to reach out to her, soothe her, tell her that he doesn't mean half of his retorts toward her, that he deeply cares for her and that he wants her by his side.

She even stops her 'dabba sevice' plainly out of love for him. She has come to know that her actions, intentional or unintentional, hurt him, and she is doing everything possible to minimize his pain. She has seen his pain reflected in his eyes, she has heard his voice laced with heart-break, she has sensed the tumult raging within him, she can see he finds it difficult to live with the burden of seeing her with another man, she knows that until she clears this matter with him it will keep torturing him. Everyone thinks that Khushi is out to prove her innocence for herself, but no, that is not the case, she is out to prove her innocence for him, for them. Her lines say it all "Shyamji ko dobaara Arnavji ko dhoka nahi dene denge, aur naahin khud denge". All she wants is to eradicate the misconception of herself in arnav's eyes, for his sake, for their sake - unfortunately, due to Arnav's stubborn attitude of not listening to her explanations and disbelieiving them, she is left with little choice but to get his signature through a backward way. She says it too "Agar Arnavji humaare baat ko sunte, toh humme yeh sab nahin karna padta."

Arnav sits at the breakfast table, his conscience assaulting him with thoughts of Khushi in her sankhadevi avatar. His conscience messes around with his head as he sees that today's withdrawn, and almost lifeless Khushi is this way because of all his barbed words at her. She had after all committed a sin, she needed to be shown her place, then why was it causing him so much torment? "Koi farak nahin padta!" he excalims angrily, forcing to convince himself that it indeed did not matter after not being able to successfully answer his own questions of: "Kyun main uske baare main itna soch raha hoon? Uska hona na hona itna kyun pareshaan kar raha hai?" He fails to see that his line "Koi farak nahi padta" is his denial to accept that it does matter, very much so, to a very deep extent!

Shyam is waltzing between impatience and patience. Impatience with Arnav signing the papers, and patience to strike at the right time. He knows Khushi quite well, her thinking, her habits, her ways and methods - so he tails her asking about the papers. When she says that she doesn't need to be dictated by him how fast to go about the deal, he uses Anjali to clear Khushi from his path to exchange the papers in the file. Anjali and Khushi go to get the dried mangoes. Following DB's method, there were probably dried mangoes on the terrace when Khushi's-Arnav's confrontation about the marriage happened. Khushi was broken at that time and didn't notice them then, but this time Anjali takes her there, on Shyam's reminder. According to what I've found raw mangoes (since Anjali says 'ammiya') are considered to be an excellent food for various ailments, and has excellent nutritional qualities. There were raw mangoes drying then, and there were raw mangoes drying this time too - raw mango is known to help in throwing out the wastes from the body, all the impurities are thrown out on its consumption. This signifies that Anjali will help Khushi in drawing out the impurities present in their life. The bad, the evil, the misunderstandings, the fault perceptions that exist will all be chucked away soon, through Shyam of course since he is indirectly responsible for Anjali leading Khushi to the raw mangoes!

Unable to curb his impatience and greed, Shyam demands for the papers from Khushi. Slouching in his over-confidence he over-looked the fact that Sankadevi is one smart-cookie. She did get the Arnav's signature on the papers, she hid the paper in a plastic bag and further hid this in the safest spot she could find - Arnav's gamla (pot). What is interesting here is that, the paper is surrounded by Arnav's plants. Khushi, by hiding the paper within the soil is keeping the secret about Shyam safe from Anjali. She is the one person Arnav takes care of under all circumstances - just like his plants, and Khushi chooses that very place to hide the papers. She will not mess around with Anjali's life, even if her own life is at stake. Let her character be maligned, let her suffer the wrath of the man she loves, but she will not destroy Anjali's life.

Shyam never expected such a turn of events. Who would have thought that the emotionally sensitive girl would walk in the mind of her husband and set about going one up on her opponent! Right now it's just not Shyam who is profiling Khushi, but Khushi too who is profiling Shyam. She calculated much before that Shyam was desperate to lay his hands on the papers, she knew that there must be something in the papers that could result in Arnavji's nuksaan (loss), or why else would Shyam be hounding her about it all this time! She clicks photographs of the signed papers before hiding them in the pot covered with mud, and she shows these images when Shyam doubts that she has taken Arnav's signatures. Khushi resolutely sticks to her deal that Shyam will get the papers only when Shyam tells the truth to Arnav. They agree to meet Arnav outside the home.

While Khushi is busy trying to get Arnav over the phone, Shyam is thoroughly disturbed by this chatur avatar of Khushi and looks around for the papers while mentioning "Bula leejiye jaha bhi bulaana hai, aapko naa thodi na bolega aapka Arnavji" giving out the fact that he knows that there is something going on between these two. "Maana ki hum har kaam dil se karte hai, iska matlab ye nahin ke humaare paas dimaagh nahin, itna akal hai hume. Humaare seedhepan humaare bewakoofi mat samajhiye" she says to Shyam (and to the audience who were doubting her thinking abilities all this while 😆) But the never-say-die spirit of Shyam prompts him to strike Khushi dumb by retorting in his sickly-sweet tone, "Aapke gun humse kaha chupe hai Khushiji, hum aise thodi na aapse pyaar karte hai" all the while with a teasing smirk bordering the corners of his mouth. Khushi has yet a bit of way to see how far this guy can cross his limits. It is important that she learn that sometimes selflessness comes with a price. Her silence on Shyam's real identity have got her and others in a big mess. She has further added to the mess by taking Arnav's signature on the paper. Time will show us how this will bear on the track in future.

Once Shyam leaves, Khushi desperately calls Arnav over the phone only to be repeatedly be cut by Arnav. He sees her call flashing across the cell phone screen - the struggle within him intensifies as he sees her call and fights with himself to not weaken in the moment and give in to her calls. "Stop calling me Khushi" expresses the fact that his heart is fighting to be heard, trying to surface the feelings hidden deep inside.

Anjali sees Khushi frantically trying to connect to Arnav, she takes her aside gently, sits her down and informs her that the next day is their mother's 56th Birthday. I see Tants has touched very nicely on the '56' detail, just to bring in a different flavour here, I found that:the 56 suit Minor Arcana cards in the 78-card deck of tarot cards has the four normal suits: Clubs, Heart, Diamonds and Spades. But more than that is the detail that in the occult tarot, the cards represent features of life and people we meet. So, the suits if divided in the elements - Fire, Earth, Air and Water. Now, if you have read DB's Nor'wester analysis you would have seen that she depicted Arnav as Air, while Khushi was Water. According to the Minor Arcana, Air has the characteristic of Reason while Water has the characteristics of Emotions and love. Do those qualities remind you of anyone? 😉 To add to the interesting digging was that in the Latin suit, the element of Air came from the suit of Swords - which represented power, strength, authority, suffering, violence and responsibility. The element of Water came from the suit of Cups (Chalices) which represented emotionally charged situations, where love affected the person in a large way. Matches our 'star-crossed' lovers challenging situation so well, doesn't it? Arnav stacked with power over his life and others, responsibility toward his sister (mainly) and family, suffering (saving his sister's marriage, dealing with his unworthy BIL, while struggling between heart and mind over the girl he loves). Khushi has always given love to others but has rarely found real love come her way - and when she was within reach of it, it was snatched away, and now she is cast in the midst of earning love, trust, and understanding from the man she loves.

To continue, Anjali explains to Khushi that Arnav likes to be alone on this day as, "Aap chotte ko jaante hai, woh sab kuch baanth sakte hai, lekin apna dard nahin... aur ye dard bilkul nahin." Poor Arnav, it's great that his sister knows this fact, but what she doesn't know is that he actually secretly craves for someone to share his pain with. This is also the reason why he hasn't shared his real pain about seeing Khushi in Shyam's arms. Khushi isn't sure what he exactly saw that night, she doesn't know that it is seeing the girl he loves being enveloped in Shyam's arms and not in his that is the real stake piercing his heart.

Khushi knows how sensitive Arnav is when it comes to his mother and she is upset that she is adding to his pain. She resolves to bring the truth in front of him before he can leave for London, again out of love - once the truth is out, his pain will be much lesser and he can go with a lighter heart to London. It is always him in her mind, and she rushes off to the airport to wipe away the hurt that he is carrying around. She instructs Shyam to reach the airport as Arnav was leaving for London.

Shyam in his "Mission to find the hidden papers" in Aranv's room is irritated with the fact that he can't find them anywhere. He wonders if Khushi took the papers with her to the airport, but he immediately discards the thought and is convinced that the papers are still in the house. He ranscaks their room, and hears Anjali coming toward him. He sets about clearing the room when Anjali opens the door and finds him there (for the fourth time). The first three times were: ONE-When he claimed he was searching for his kurta that was misplaced; TWO- HP gave Shyam's raksha dhaaga to Anjali that he had found in Arnav's room, but Anjali thought that the dhaaga was left there the first time she had found him there; THREE- She brings orange juice for Arnav and finds Shyam outside the room, who then takes it upon himself to give the juice to Arnav. When Anjali enters the room this time, it is spic and span, she looks around to see if Khushi is there, and asks Shyam what he was doing there - when Shyam, with his quick mind states that Arnav had to give him a file and that he was searching for it. Anjali tells him that Arnav is leaving for London in a few hours and that she would speak to him from Shyam's phone, but Shyam brushes it off and is saved by HP asking Anjali for some help in the kitchen. He then sets off for the airport.

Khushi meanwhile reaches the airport, gives all her money to the taxi-waalah in her haste and rushes to the entrance to get to Arnav. She is blocked by the security guards on the account of not having a ticket which she is unable to purchase as all her money was given to the tax-guy. Her soft desperate 'Arnavji' makes Arnav halt in his track and turn around to see Khushi standing there. He is happy, glad, comforted that she is there for him, but his face hardens once she calls out to him and he remembers that his mind is angry with her!

The glass doors separate them even as they can see each other clearly. Much like their hearts and minds. Their hearts recognize the longing love they have one for another, but their minds block them from getting too close, losing themselves to one another, and from getting too emotionally involved.

He turns away and Khushi calls him on his phone, he rejects the first call and then picks up the second time only to cut it the moment she mentions Shyam's name. The name brings back the reason why he is deeply cut up within and he moves on further away from a pleading Khushi. There's a massive tussle going on between Arnav's mind and heart, he feels like turning around toward her but doesn't give in to it and continues to walk away.

Khushi gives in to her tears and weeps, only to look up and find Arnav standing right in front of her. Her happiness at him there is reflected through her eyes and smile. "Aap gayye nahin? Aap ruk gayye?" she asks him glad that he came to her. Arnav however replies with an annoyed "Tumne zabardasti roka hai..." but halts as he didn't really like losing his temper on her every now and then.

"Humne kisiko bulaaya hai jo ye saavit kar sakta hai ki hum bekasoor hai" she tells Arnav, not disclosing Shyam's name as that person, as she knew by now that Shyam's name was like hot oil poured on Arnav's head - he would just walk off without listening to her yet again. A drop of hope seats itself in Arnav's heart on hearing this (not that he really needs any proof about Khushi's innocence, it's just his vanity that needs a soothing balm). He however gives in to his mind and starts to walk away, Khushi desperate to clear his mind about her follows him with "Agar aap hamaare baare mein aise sochenge toh hum bardaasht nahin kar paayenge" Arnav retorts saying "Tumse bardaasht nahi hoga? Bardaasht toh main nahi kar sakta..." and walks off toward his flight igoring Khushi's pleads, but he come back again - he is so desperate to hear her out, though he covers it with a brusque demeanour to lay off any suspicions on her side that he is softening his stand on her. He gives her ten minutes and she agrees.

Shyam reaches but hangs around far from them while quoting a hint: "Abhi humme pahunchne main thoda waqt lagaana hi padegaa Khushiji, nahin toh aap logo ka waqt kaisa badlega?" Something is up in his mind, or he has already made his move. However, he doesn't consider the fact that the time for Khushi-Arnav may indeed change just like he said but - for good, and all because of him! (Anjali will probably aid Khushi-Arnav in an indirect way, she has always been the one who interrupts Shyam's schemes, and has always brought these two together).

As Khushi and Arnav wait for Shyam, a string of people come in between them and dash against Khushi. Arnav crosses over and protects Khushi by covering her against the people while being dashed by the people himself. He will be there when society will point fingers at Khushi after the broken marriage. He will not let anyone hurt her and will protect her dignity by taking the insults and harsh words on himself.

"Di ne bataaya ki aap aaj ke din kyun jaa rahe hai, agar app ruk jaate toh..' Arnav longs to share his pain, but his mind binds him again and he tells Khushi that she has just 3 minutes left. The last announcement for his flight is heard and he makes to enter the airport, but Khushi halts him. He tells her that he had given her a chance and he had done that because "kahi na kahi main bhi chahtha tha ki tum apne aap ko bekasoor prove karo... kahi ek hope this ki shayad tum galat nahin thi..." There he said it! His heart is surely taking over his mind or else he would not have wasted time explaining why he waited.

Khushi begs him not to go and he snaps at her, "Kyun Khushi? kyun yeh sab tumhaare liye itna important hai? Kyun mujhe yakeen dilaana chahthi ho apni baat? Kyun tumhe itna farq padta hai?" He really wants to know what's really in her heart, he knows somewhere that she is doing this all for him, but it always feels good to hear it from the person's mouth and he gets his wish when Khushi answers him, "Kyun? Kyun farq padta hai? Kyunki baat aapki hai farq padta hai! Agar kisi aur ki hoti toh farq nahin padta! Aur agar aap aise hi chale jaayenge toh... toh hum saans hi nahi le pa..." He heard it, he registers it all, he takes it in, absorbs her words, the truth in her eyes, the earnestness in her voice and he believes her. They are lost in the moment until the last announcement for him to board the flight comes on and he breaks off with an effort and goes toward his flight.

Khushi asks him to wait, but he brushes her off. He wants to wait, he doesn't really want to go, he wants to stay by her side, listen to what she has to stay, but he can't be this weak, no he has to leave, the war between heart and mind has just reached a new level, and he tears himself away from her hand desperately holding onto his. She hols on to the tips of his fingers till the very end unwilling to let go off him, but he breaks their connection and walks off with Khushi running behind him. The pain is on both sides. The heart-break on both sides.

"Iss sabke baad hum aapko jaane nahi denge!" - A hint for the future? Will Arnav find it so difficult to forgive himself that Khushi will come to revive him? She won't let him go into the depths of misery after all that will take place?

Arnav relives all the passionate, sweet, moments that they shared as he walks away from the girl he knows is pure of character. He doesn't need anyone to come tell him that, he doesn't even need her to prove it to him, in his heart of hearts he knows that she has carved a place over there, and nothing on earth is going to change that truth. The truth that no matter how dark the situation is, she belongs to him, her love resides there and he loves her for who she is, completely and totally!

"Aisa kyon hota hai, ki jab bhi aap hamaare paas aate hai, toh hamaare dil ki dhadkan tezz ho jaati hai?"

"Jab jo bura kaha, uska koi matlab nahi, jab jo bura kiya, uska koi matlab nahi, iss pyaar mein sahi aur galat ka koi matlab nahi, bas ek cheez ka matlab hai, ki main hameshaa hameshaa tumse..."

It is the heart-felt moments, the straight from the heart words, the deep voice of the heart scenes and the real essence of love flashbacks that ultimately rule Arnav! The heart finally planted a firm step forward and overcame the diktats of ASR's mind. It propels him to turn toward his love from who he needed no explanation about her character... when... he was stopped by someone on his road toward his love.

Neither are going to give up the other. They have always been there for one another, and they will be there for one another even now. Love is a curse, it is a thief, it breaks people's hearts, and a bit of the lover is always there in the broken heart piece, but it can be mended, it may not be the same as before, but you don't give up on your love. This is how Khushi and Arnav will take their love forward. They won't give up on one another! Their love will always reunite them no matter how many times they separate - because their love is 'home' to them.

P.S: A tad bit too long today, but the whole ME was so good, didn't feel like leaving out anything! Please do let me know which font you prefer, I found the earlier font too sharp for the eyes, so changed it to this.

First and foremost, what a Maha Episode that was. Take a bow Barun, Sanaya, creatives and Gul Khan. This episode in essence explains why despite the many dips that we have seen in execution, we still return for more. The heart of IPK is back with a bang on Saturday, the 12th of May, 2012. Indeed a historic day for fans across the globe!!! Hip hip Hurray!!!

Arnav has lost himself to the love of his life. The last scene showed us how ASR finally gave in to Arnav's heart desire of being with Khushi. The bottomline is Arnav already believes Khushi. That is why the chances, the dilemma, the confusion and the frustration. Showing the Heer Ranjha shot proved this to us. The lines below came to mind as I saw Khushi's confession and Arnav's realization:

Kis tarah chheenega, mujh se ye jahaan tumhe
Tum bhi ho main, Kya fiqar ab humein - FOR KHUSHI

Tum ho mere liye, Mere liye ho tum yun
Khud ko main haar gaya tumko, tumko main jeeta hoon - FOR ARNAV

Arnav has seen Khushi's changed behaviour, her imploring eyes, her unending efforts and he wants to believe her, he said so himself. But despite his love, he cannot take her at face value. ASR is a wounded soul and he will not believe till he sees proof. He waited so that the moment from the terrace is erased from his memory but it did not work out. His devastation was so well portrayed (Barun, you are the true Rockstar!!!!).

Khushi is one smart cookie and I thank the creatives a million times for redeeming her character. I almost felt like Khushi was addressing the audience when she was talking to Shyam about being giving. She clarified that she was not stupid. Point taken, Khusi Bitiya

Shyam has dug himself a nice hole. Anjali seeing him in Arnav's room for the third time, Khushi knowing his true face, giving himself away to Arnav and Babuji's recovering health. Get prepared for band, baaja baaraat Shyam you conniving lowlife!!!!

Performances were top notch today. Khushi's perseverance, Arnav's dilemma, Shyam the kameena and Anjali's innocence. I am sorry Anjali but the parda on your husband is going to drop really soon.. Hope you hold on to the dots in order to draw a clear picture!!!

Love you, Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani. I have a few words...

Yes Arnav was mean to her. Yes he made fun of her.

Yes Shyam was nice to her. Yes he complimented her.

The difference is not the mannerisms and behaviour of the two men. Its the undercurrent and Khushi's heart.

With Arnav, she wants to please him and take care of him. She wants to be the centre of his universe, the way he is hers. She wants to feed him good things and things they both love. She wants to look beautiful for him. She wants him. She... she is herself. She is her crazy, wonderful, scatter-brained self...

With Shyam... she doesn't give a damn. Not an atom. The only thing smaller is nothingness. And that's what she feels for him. Don't throw shoes at me, but if she had ended up being married to him, he would have actually given her everything she wanted. Someone to share jalebis with, someone who complimented her, someone who looked after her and got along with her family. And yet... She did not love him. She held back. She was reserved and detached. She did not smile. She was not "Khushi." Why? Because she knew it was a facade. Her heart knew.

Instead she loved the man who was a beast to her.

Some can argue that Shyam too fought of goons for her. He was wonderful to her family. He looked out for her.

She fell for the prince in disguise, and not the devil. She loved the devil for who he was. She looked beyond the hell he flaunted and discovered paradise he had hidden. She found a place where she belonged. A place which was crafted for her, and her alone. It was a place where she would be happy, a place where she would be safe, a place where she would be cherished beyond compare. A place where she could be who she was

She knew she belonged there. She knew she had rights over him which no one else had and she consciously dreamed of exercising those rights. Look where she placed him. On one side Amma and Buaji want me to get engaged to Shyamji. Babuji is ill. And on the other side, thoughts of that Laad Governor is plaguing my heart. It's her family on one side, and him on the other. She knew her family was in deep *hit. She knew about their suffering. Yet, she stalled because of him. She let her family suffer and be mad at her, even if only for a short while.

She gave in, we all know. But only after she lost her rights on him. She lost her reason for holding back. She was stalling. She was waiting for him to confess. She did not want to tie herself to another man, when she she knew the man she loved, loved her back. She wanted to marry him.

Then fate blew up in her innocent face and forced her to grow up, yet again. Watch this.

She goes to him. She kneels at his feet, placing him above her. Giving him the pedestal on which she placed him with her entire being. She opens up to him. She shares with him everything. She feelings, her pain, her anger, her lost love, her broken dreams, every. single. thing. She hid nothing. Who says she didn't have a suhaag raat? Is it not the purpose of a suhaag raat to lay yourself bare to your significant other? Did she not do that? She did. She joined herself in a way she couldn't have with someone else.

She did not need to defend him. She did not need to keep silent. She did not need to get abused. She did not need to get orphaned again. If she revealed everything, she would have had it all. The only thing she would have lost, is him. She would have lost him and she couldn't bear that. Not that. Anything but that.

Notice what she said. "My actions made me an orphan again." She does not blame him because she trusts that he had a compelling catalyst which made him do it. She shared his burden because she loved him. She was free of guilt at that stage. She did not need to put herself through that. But she did.

She complied for her sister yes. But would she have done so if Shyam made that proposition to her? Hell no! She would have whacked him on his slimy head with her sparkly heels. In the ME, she proved that she would not do anything that Shyam said, even if he put her in a very tight situation. She fought her way out and turned the table on him with ruthlessness she picked up from the original ice king, her lord and love, Arnav Singh Raizada. The man for whom she would do anything. Why? Because she loves him.

I won't include a link for the suicide terrace scene as it is fresh in everyone's minds. She looked at her fallen stars.

You know why those stars are so special to her? Because she saw the real Arnav under their presence. She saw the Arnav that wanted to apologize for her pain. The one that understood her, no matter how painful it was. The one who wanted to make it all go away from her life, making her whole again. The one in front of whom she could be herself without any inhibitions. The one who would move heaven and hell for her. She practically stood naked in front of him. All the hurt, the pain, the longing, the loneliness, the fears, the dreams, the facade, she showed him everything. She held nothing back. She revealed the significance of those stars underneath the sky. She told him everything of her own choice. She wanted him to know everything about her, the way she wanted to know about him. She wanted to share her pain with him and wants him to share his with hers. By vocalising the importance of those stars, she lifted him on a pedestal equal to her parents, her stars.

You cannot always see stars. But you always know that they are there.

That is what she knows about Arnav. Her Arnav is not always visible. More often than not, he is trapped behind ASR. But she knows he is there. Always. That's what makes the difference.

She loves the Guptas dearly. Yet, she never shares her pain with anyone. Is she really that different from Arnav? She too doesn't share her pain. She pushes it aside, not wanting to face it till she has to. She hides behind a carefully crafted mask.

The only person she shares it with, is Arnav. And the only person he shares it with, without fear, is Khushi. Yes, he opens up to Anjali and why wouldn't he? But he lets it all out in front of her because he knows he can be the man he is, he can show her his darkest colours, knowing that she is bright enough to overpower them, leaving only the white behind.

Then the airport scene.

Why does it matter? It's because it's you that matter! If it was someone else, than it would not have mattered! I won't be able to breathe if you leave!"

It is only him that matters. Only him. No one else. For him she would willingly jump off the edge. For him she would crush her spirit. For him, anything. Absolutely anything. She has faith. A faith so strong that it can withstand anything. Faith given to her by Arnav himself, when he hoped and vocalised under Ranjha's disguise: Yaha na sahi, shayad kahi aur koyi duniya hogi jahan tum aur main kabhi alaag nahi honge. He promised her, if not in the realm of the living, they will forever be together in the land of the death, where they will never be separated. With each other forever. In togetherness, happiness, love and faith.

It is this promise of his that gives her strength. This is because she was able to take that leap of faith. He saved her yes. But she did take that leap. She made the ultimate sacrifice. She was going to die for him and she embraced that knowledge, ecstatic that she was able to give him that ultimate joy. The joy of being happy with the one he loved the most. Can she love him any more?

Then at the airport, she tried to hold on to him. She tried to stop him. She did everything she possibly could. And she succeeded. She made him love her for who she is. Her love prevailed. Her innocence shone through.

Now all that's left is fate to give them that one opportunity. Just one moment to be together. Just one second would be enough. Even if they are separated after that, it wouldn't matter. Because they would know they had each other. Because they knew that in the end, they would be together. If not alive, then in death.

At this stage, they are looking forward to their deaths. Because it would mean that they would be together. For them, it's a mean to the end. Their death would be their heaven.

You still want prove of how much Khushi loves Arnav? She wrote his name in a jalebi! That, my friends, is a true testament of how much she loved him. Don't believe me? Watch the video again.
