You see, earlier I and Doods used to write and we never bothered to give it any name ..but later the thread began to assume an Id of its own and a feeling arose, the thread should be given a generic name and several were thrown like tants-doods , Tantdoodastic etc etc.. I did not warm up to the names and neither did Doods, as it implied that only we two will be doing with others restricted to commenting ..we wanted a name that would be meaningful, all inclusive and yet have a stamp of its own, it shud reflect ourselves, serve as a platform for the writers both established and new and will be a place for unrestricted discussion on the show and it shud be a place where divergent views shud be welcomed and respected instead of bashed ...REDUX came about when I was reading a book and there was a talk of iteration going on, Iteration or REDUX is nothing but bringing or reviving the same old episode each time with a fresh perspective ... Doods was OK with it and REDUX was launched !!😊
