In Shakespeare's play Hamlet, "The Mousetrap" is Hamlet's answer to Claudius's inquiry about the name of the play whose prologue and first scene the court has just observed. The play is actually The Murder of Gonzago, but Hamlet answers metaphorically, since "the play's the thing" in which he intends to "catch the conscience of the king."

An episode that had all the fascinating elements in it...A episode about love, about conscience, about truth, about Bait and about moves !!

The episode opened with CONFLICT, Conflict between a lover and a Man, Conflict between Husband and Brother , Conflict between Truth & Trust !! ...

Khushi informs Arnav that Silence will be her weapon if he continues/thought so cheaply about her and her tribulations, Goaded by his contempt Khushi narrates the whole sordid saga Arnav now has first hand information on the depths Shyam could plunge, Khushi pours vitriol over shyam, quashing any notion that she might even be remotely interested in a creep...Arnav listens intently , his mind sifting the words, searching for the off key note which will pull down the claims of Khushi .

Khamoshi hi hamari Jawab Hogi and aapko shaadi karne ki ithni jaldi thi ..These were the lines that resonated in me when this segment was airing ...Here then we have got the reason why Khushi will be leaving the relationship and walking out ...It will not be bec of sacrifice alone nor will it be due to love ...It will be bec the relationship has deficit in trust, lacks dignity ..When Khushi comes to know that Arnav chose to trust Shyam over her character will eb the day Khushi will break , That will be the she will walk out, Silence being her weapon which she will use to unleash on Arnav's torrent of abuse, his misunderstanding ..

Aapko Shaadi karne ki ithni Jaldi thi ...Kyun Ithni jaldi thi?? if only Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada ponders this question ...Alas!! Thinking has never been her forte and she never stops to wonder that had Arnav Singh Raizada wanted to, he could have simply used Payal as the pawn and kept her away from Shyam by the simple expedient of threatening to throw Payal out were she to cross the line, If Arnav Singh Raizada was so inclined, he could have found many indirect ways to make the Gupta's life miserable ..But he chooses none of this option and marries her... Why ?/Bec the lover in him does not accept rejection, will not take the refusal meekly, The possessive lover does not believe what ASR has seen and trusts , There is still a residue of trust within him that hopes for captivating Khushi's heart, that believes Khushi might be innocent, he seizes on that , gives a benefit of doubt to Khushi but the demons sometimes overpower him and he falls prey to the cleverly designed lies of Shyam !!..He is a man tormented, wanting to believe , refusing to believe , veering between a desperate love and contempt ...He is a man floundering in murky water, a miasma covering his mind , fugue slowing down his thoughts ..A man unable to comprehend the truth, believing the truth is a phantom out to deceive him...

The Ghost reassert themselves, Arnav eschews Khushi's version and remarks that Taali ek Haath se nahi Bhajtha , He demands to know why she chose to keep quiet and allowed the 2 faced man to flourish, Why did she never reveal the truth to HIM ??Khushi launches into her defense saying that her words would have destroyed Anjali's world !! Chap gaya hai mere Dimag main woh pal ...Apni Di ko ithni si takleef bhi nahi dene doonga ...

Indeed You cannot clap with one hand , but Arnav did trust the information from one source and did not even pause to seek clarification from another source, the source which would have fulfilled the requisite criteria for forming the sound of Thaali ... So again the stage is set for the reenactment of the "TAALI BHAJANA "...This time Arnav will hear both the sides and will understand the truth in its singularity ...

Arnav is a man beset with the recurring image of Khushi in Shyam's arms, Much though he believes her innocence , the vision of her lying quiescent in Shyam's arms and her subsequent passionate demand of breaking the marriage is permanently imprinted on his mind ...The Poison of that incident cripples his outlook ...Such a strong imprint can only be erased by another equally strong vision, enacting the same scene but this time , the words and deeds revealing the truth and not a version of it.. Arnav needs and will have his exorcizing done for him by Khushi who will replay the same incidence with devastating effects on Shyam !!

The Motif of Anjali and her doomsday looms stronger day by day ...Arnav has confidently stated that he will not even let any danger within touching distance of his Di , but he has not reckoned on his Di and her ability to self destruct ... The danger has already entrenched in her life and the ticking of he clock has begun ..Anjali will be brought face to face with the truth, a truth from which she is hiding ..her carefully built world of illusion will collapse but will she acknowledge it or will she feverishly try to cling on to the chimera ..Will the harm to the child be the final nail that will force her to come out of her shell ...

How difficult will it be for u to let go of the Raizada Tag, wealth, luxury ...

A growing affirmation that Khushi will choose to let go of being the Raizada tag..Arnav who sets store by wealth , by position will have to be brought to heel, Arnav has to realize the purity of love , he has to understand that Faith and Trust are the anchors of Love ..Khushi will walk out not in anger but to teach him that Love comes with no tags attached... Mrs Arnav Singh Raizada will move out of the lap of luxury to strengthen her relationship and her bond ...Mr.Khushi Kumari Gupta will have to woo her, win her back without the armour of wealth, status, power ..he will have to be the mechanic who will repair their life, retune it and start it again giving a new lease of life to their relationship..

Arnav walks away from her but does not leave her stranded , he waits and leaves with her by his side..

CHESS MOVES

Arnav and Khushi reach home safely and are immediately greeted by the sweet innuendo of Shyam , Khushi who has been brought into the loop casts an anxious eyes on Arnav, who maintains a impassive face, His eyes unreadable.. He walks away from the assembled gathering claiming to have some work..His stride takes him past Shyam and into upper levels while a confident Shyam stays put , his eyes fixed on Khushi...

I just Just loved Barun and Abhaas here ..The contained, implacable Arnav who has understood the innuendos , He does not throw a fit but is calm , almost dangerously so ..He says that he has work to do, his gaze and his reply to Khushi and he begins to make inroads towards Shyam, pausing when they are almost shoulder , A unfathomable look, a look passing judgement , A remote man who has already made up his mind and who has decided on the course of action ...Arnav leaves the side of Khushi, apparently exposing Khushi, leaving her vulnerable which delights Shyam as he thinks his prey is left unguarded ..but he had not conjectured on two factors , one Anjali who leans forward becoming the roadblock in the way of attaining Khushi and Arnav who is making inroads into Shyam's territotry ,,,

The Image pasted above reminded me of the chess moves, when two pawns are making their moves , Arnav who has begun to make his moves has now come so far that his next move will take him into enemy territory , while Shyam whose eyes are fixated on Khushi , the attractive Bait is left unawares that his sworn enemy is entering his fortress while at the same time the bait is being guarded by Anjali and Payal who has slowly begun to awaken..

Khushi is bothered by the accusation thrown at her by Arnav, more than the words , the thought that Arnav holds such views about her pains her and she resolves to straighten his opinion about her ASAP..her mind immediately begins to cogitate , computing the pros and cons of involving, Bauji, Amma, Bauji, Payal and she finally hits upon Shyam as the means of her road to salvation.. Living up to her character trait, she plunges headlong into her mission ..She is met by Shyam, who as usual tries his fork tongued flattery which falls flat on Khushi who is on her own agenda ..She asks Shyam to reveal everything to Arnav, to accept his fault in the scheme of things ,hints that Arnav is the only man in her life...While the ever resourceful Shyam seizes the opportunity presented to him and uses Khushi to get his black deed done...

A scene where things begins to fall into place ..Shyam is looking for a way into Arnav's barricaded fortress when the bait walks in all by herself ...This is the scene where Shyam's real self comes through when he reveals himself as a worshiper of Money and will not do anything unless it is beneficial for him ...

Khushi by her almost admission professing her love for Arnav has again triggered Shyam into action ...react he will !!

Shyam has seen the desperation in Khushi's eyes , knows her impetuosity and is using her as a bait to achieve his goal , what's more Khushi is falling for the bait, Shyam hands over the papers to the bait offering the cheese ..but here I see a twist happening and that too bec of this image ..both on the same scale, the scale of distrust [ of Arnav] ..Both equal partners in crime ...Khushi seeks assurance that this will not harm Arnav, Shyam says that this is not the 'GADBAD " papers ...Khushi seems to accept but I sense that it will end up GadBad and the baiter will become the baited when Khushi realizes the intent and purpose of Shyam, Why do I feel so..bec of the positioning of the two people...Above I had spoken about chess Moves and said How Arnav has crossed into Shyam's territory and here I am seeing another chess move called 'En Passant"..My memory is vague regarding the actual moves and rule of En Passant and I looked it up and realized that my surmise might turn out to be correct..

If a pawn moves out two squares on its first move, and by doing so lands to the side of an opponent's pawn (effectively jumping past the other pawn's ability to capture it), that other pawn has the option of capturing the first pawn as it passes by. This special move must be done immediately after the first pawn has moved past, otherwise the option to capture it is no longer available. ..Shyam has put two objectives [ squares]..past revelation and Signature ..he has moved seemingly past and Khushi now will exercise her option of turning the tables and exposing him...

The simple and bland statement "Apne Arnavji ka Gussa" clearly reveals that Shyam knows that Khushi loves Arnav even though these duffers haven't realized it and that Knowledge will actually goad him into trying and getting Khushi...

Yeh Kaam Aapki Shubh haathon se ho ..with that one line the powder keg has been set alight for the destruction of the Ravan ...Khushi will be the person who will initiate the defeat of Ravan, just like Sita who informed Hanuman that she will be taken from here with dignity N respect by her Husband Ram after he vanquishes Ravan...it was Ravan's Lust which triggered Sita's decision and It is Shyam who has triggered Khushi ...

Parivaar main, parivar waalon ki madad karna bantha haina ... What a ludicrous statement when u examine it ..Here are two outsiders , who are wedded into the family..and yet are not part of the family one By virtue that the Marriage is time bound and the other ...Arnav has slowly begun to cut the oxygen pipes prior to throwing him out but still he has the audacity to think of himself as family ..it is this overweening confidence, his blindness that will lead to the downfall of Shyam Manohar Jha

### When U got BD cupping her face, get him to wear a ring or get Barun to remove the ring, the sudden Ring/Ringless finger is irritating to the eyes..

Why is it that we don't always recognize the moment love begins, but we always recognize the moment it ends?

One dialogue that made the episode today. One dialogue that defined the IRONY in the belief of love by different people. One dialogue that proved how variety of people have sacrificed themselves in the name of LOVE. One dialogue that proved me people never realize the moment they fell in love but they always recognize the moment they lose their love. One dialogue that portrayed the difference between various thought processes. One dialogue that showed the path of hard reality and realizations. One dialogue that proved the foundations will be shaken in the belief of "what Love is" according to Arnav and Anjali. One dialogue that proved "Trust" comes with understanding the heart and not the eyes. One dialogue that will change a skeptical to believe in love and the believer's faith will be shattered to pieces. Yes, one dialogue and that is -

"Main aachi tarah samajh sakta hoon kitna mushkil hota hain Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada ban ke jo paisa, aaram aur shaan mil raha hain usse jaane dena ... Koi "PAGAL" hi hoga jo isse chod dega".

WOW. Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada you said it. Right??? yeah - "Koi Pagal hi hoga jo isse chod dega". I loved the dialogue writers today for this one word "Pagal" with Khushi; first it was Aakash who defined Khushi as Pagal after Khushi's plan in uniting him with Payal; second when Khushi was listing the holi colors before the Holi episode where Arnav uttered "Pagal" while still on the bed; third it was the Holi episode again where Arnav defined Khushi as Pagal to Anjali and Naani; fourth, in Gupta House when Arnav witnessed Khushi's craze with Salman Khan and today they ended with this above dialogue. Just loved this. Khushi is Pagal only because she will leave Arnav after she proves her innocence and even then also she will love him truly, madly, deeply. Yes, she is "Pagal" and this, he will realize when she will be gone.

"He who tends a fig tree will eat it's fruit ..." as said in the scripture. Yeah instead of blaming the circumstances, one should change one's attitude. Arnav never believed in love and always perceived it as an object which can be bought whereas Khushi have always perceived love as a religion. The same way Shyam has always perceived love as a pawn to acquire wealth whereas Anjali believed love as life. The four characters of IPK and eachone have their own perception of love. They all believe in love but their definitions of the same are entirely different. Anjali believes love should be based on trust and connection whereas Shyam uses love to reach his final destination; same way Arnav fears love because it is never lasting and believes there is no such term as unconditional whereas Khushi believes love is sacrifice and worship and everlasting. Today's episode delivered this message with ease.

Do Arnav and Khushi remember when they fell in love??? No. They forgot. They both only remembered when it ended. They both fell in love with each other in the night of "Diwali" and that is the day Khushi's love ended. It was ended by her prince charming, himself. Actually for Khushi it is ending with installments. For Arnav, his love ended when he saw Khushi in the arms of Shyam Manohar Jha and that is the day he will never ever forget till it gets overwritten by another incident, same way as happened before like I mention always in my analysis. This loop will end on Terrace, a-gain. This is why Arnav said - "Chapp gaya hain mere dimaag mein woh pal" and this is why that moment needs to be over written for him to understand and believe what love is, AFRESH.

Look at the difference between the two characters. Arnav and Khushi took the same actions when they both learned the true facets of Shyam. Khushi wanted to disclose the truth of Shyam to Anjali but she was been blocked by Devi Maiyya when Anjali's MS tore off. She saw Anajli's "Fear" of losing her husband whom she worships with all her trust and life which compelled her to choose the path of silence so Anjali's faith and belief in her little world of love is always intact. The same way when Arnav decided to break the reality to Anjali, he saw her dreams to be a "Mother" fulfilled. He saw her to welcome her baby in this world and provide her with all the love that they crave from their Mom as they are orphans. How can Arnav take away the privilege from this "Nanhi Khushi" when he himself knows the pain of being an orphan??? How??? Today, Arnav asked Khushi the same question that when she knew about the truth of Shyam then why didn't she show everyone his truth??? But, did he ever try to understand what Khushi explained might be true??? No. Why??? I'll tell you, because his mind is preoccupied with Khushi's betrayal and this is the reason he will never believe her. He won't and can't. Arnav said - "Taali ek haath se nehin baajti", yeah indeed like I said before, when he dared to confront Shyam that night then why he didn't confront Khushi that night itself??? He should have looked at both the sides of the coin. I will explain this loop later on. He didn't because he didn't need to. You know why???

Because Shyam was successful to make him believe what he saw is the "TRUTH". This is why I said, Shyam was successful in planting the "Seed of Doubt" in his heart because he saw a "Jilted" lover that moment in the room and not a brother. He is an opportunist and that is why he used that heart of Arnav to reach his goal. But Shyam is not a good player and he doesn't have a presence of mind; he was not prepared to face Arnav suddenly after what happened on the terrace. So, he used what he had on hand and forgot to deal with the other goal of his - "Wealth", the main reason he trapped Anjali in his web of love. Arnav and Khushi both worked towards saving Anjali's life but they both didn't realize that, like all the parallel walks they walk always. They walked towards the same goal with same intentions but their paths are different.

Today the same thing happened. Like the other day, Arnav threatened Shyam that he will reveal him to Anjali, Shyam used his "Love" as a weapon and that Anjali will never believe him, the same way when today Khushi wanted Shyam to tell the truth to Arnav, he used his "Faith" over the seed he planted in Arnav's mind and thought process that he doesn't even trust Khushi; so why Arnav believe her in the first place??? Like the other day, the "Baby" was his deal with Arnav, today the "Will" is his deal with Khushi and neither will work anyway for an unrighteous person never succeeds.

Remember my April 18th Analysis??? Where I laid the track ahead as per the creative team??? Where Buaji said - "Kursi ko idhar lagake rakha hain - Kaa faraq padhta hain Garima, Chat oonchin karo toh kono baat hain" meaning "Location change doesn't solve the issues but expanding your thought process will help you see the truth". Exactly, that happened today. He didn't believe Khushi's truth as he didn't expand the thought process of his. He is a man who believes what he sees and hence he will only believe when he will witness Khushi and Shyam again on the terrace like last time. Then he will believe Buaji and Payal when they will explain their version of the truth. He will connect all the dots but for that Arnav needs to have a fresh mind and the imprint of the crude reality of the terrace have to be wiped away. As expected Khushi have started to work towards proving her innocence to Arnav and the moment Khushi will learn the "Actual Reason" behind their wedding she will leave Raizada Mansion accusing Arnav that he didn't even "TRUST" her enough and how in the hell he thought that she is a "Home Wrecker" and having an illicit affair with Shyaam???

"Actual Reason". Yes, what is the actual reason??? Is it what Arnav knew about the affair when he saw them together??? No, the actual reason is how Shyam played the mighty Arnav Singh Raizada. How Arnav believed one side of the coin. Here cometh Arnav's - "Taali ek haath se nehin baajti". Isn't it??? The moment Khushi will learn that Arnav believed whatever explanation Shyam fabricated and that Arnav didn't even bother to ask Khushi her version of the story is the "Actual Reason",Khushi will leave Arnav. He said - "Main tumse jyaada khud pe bharosa karta hoon", yeah, yeah indeed you do. He bothered to confront Shyam abt what he witnessed but where is the other side of the coin??? Because he never even had the courage to ask her for the "Fear" of confirmation from the only person he loves the most. That's why when Khushi said - "lekin aap ko shaadi karne ki itni jaldi thi" is the moment Arnav realized Shyam's "planted seed of doubt". WOW. What Shyam planted that day, have turned into a seedling; how in the world Arnav will believe her now??? It's been 3 months the seed of doubt been planted and it needs to be uprooted from where it's planted. For that he needs a bigger and stronger storm like the earlier one. He needs a Nor'wester.

Finally the "Triangle" could be seen today.

Excerpts from my Analysis on Mar 6th - The Kushotic Moves:-

Khushi:- If you look at the third vertex, its seems to be the most weakest and its Khushi. Right now, Khushi has actually NO ACE to play her cards rightfully. But, her biggest ACE is she "HERSELF"; her innocence, her honesty, her fighting spirit, her positivity. She started out as "Bait" but will end up as the biggest "PLAYER", much like a dark horse in any game. Let's see the jobs in her kitty. Payal issue, resolved as of now at least to stay in the game against Arnav and Shyaam. Then comes the Gupas and Raizadas, it's not going to solve soon. The irony is both the families will be resolved once her battle with Arnav is resolved; hence it depends on the result of Arnav-Khushi battle. Now, the irony here is "The truth" is Khushi's "Trump Card" to gain the "Lover" Arnav but at the same time it is the "Fear" to lose the "Brother" Arnav. Like I said earlier, "Shyaam trapped Khushi and Guptas" will be her saving grace against "Lover Arnav" but at the same time "hiding the truth from Anjali" will be her losing the battle from "Brother Arnav".

Let's see the game plan:-

1. On the contrary, Khushi will try to prove her innocence and that too in Shyaam's presence that I sensed after the car ride today which will leave Arnav more confused and Shyaam more restless.

4. This will lead to another major showdown between Khushi and Shyaam with Arnav witnessing this time also but the outcome will be exactly opposite with Arnav learning the truth of Khushi being trapped by Shyaam and at the same time Khushi learning the reason of Arnav's sudden wedding proposition.

This should make Khushi shocked to find Arnav's low judgment of Khushi's character traits which will strengthen her judgment to leave him for as Mahatma Gandhi said "The real ornament of woman is her character, her purity".

And at the end it will be a tussle between brotherly love and husbandly love for the mighty Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada. Now here comes the "Karma is a Bitch". What a PAYBACK???

The above analysis which I did 2 months back, was effective today. Arnav is the "Weakest" player here and Shyam still has "Anjali" as his ACE and the "Baby" is his weapon which he will use later on. He will use Khushi's "Weakness in losing Arnav" as BAIT for the moment to get the work done but will end up BLURTING the entire truth himself and then, only then everything will be "Aar-paar" like Shyam's innuendo to bubbly about the glycerin soap. This is how the truth about Shyam and Khushi will come in front of Arnav.

Today, when Khushi stated the truth to Arnav, we saw the "Lover" Arnav believed it but at the same time the "Brother" Arnav accused her of making up the story. Exactly the same way when Arnav said why she didn't even inform him when she knew the truth of Shyam??? When Arnav said - "Jo Khushi ke paas har cheez ka jawab hota hain aaj woh kyun chup hain" is the moment "Lover" Arnav pleaded; he pleaded that if Khushi would have opened up the moment she knew about Shyam they today their circumstances would have been different. The moment Arnav was tortured mentally and Khushi realized her biggest mistake that she committed. She had to lower her head for she realized what a blunder she committed. We saw Shyam said - "Ab dekhiye naa Khushiji, Arnav ko naa hum pe bharosa hain aur naa aap pe". Yeah, the brother Arnav doesn't believe either of them but the moment, Shyam will blurt out the truth, both lover and brother Arnav will "Trust" Khushi. Yes, Shyam will blurt out the truth as I mentioned in the same Mar 6th analysis, that he will open his "Big Mouth" himself. This is the moment and reason Khushi will leave Arnav because of "No Bharosa" that means "No Trust". This was confirmed today. For as George MacDonald says ~ "To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved".

Let me come to the message of today's episode. That one dialogue which I stated above will define the word "Love" for Anjali and Arnav when the truth will be proved. This episode reminded me of the episode when Khushi broke the news to Anjali about her engagement where later on we saw the little conversation between Shyam and Anjali. Anjali was pretty upset that night and Shyam was terrified to see her in a crying state which he took as Anjali is aware of his true facet. But, that night Anjali said - "Sab log humare jaise kyun nehin hote, sab ke rishtein humare jaise pyaar aur vishwas ke neenv par kyun nehin tikti"??? and today Arnav said - "Main aachi tarah samajh sakta hoon kitna mushkil hota hain Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada ban ke jo paisa, aaram aur shaan mil raha hain usse jaane dena ... Koi "PAGAL" hi hoga jo isse chod dega".

WOW. Whatta IRONY??? Sister and Brother, one who believes in love and trust whereas the other who never believed in love. One who has the belief that her married life is based on "Love and Trust" while the other had founded his married life based on a "Deal and Mistrust". Anjali who worships her husband, who lieves that her husband loves her and not her wealth, who believes that her husband had made her the luckiest person in the world, will soon be devastated when the reality of her husband will come in the picture. Her love that was based on trust will crumble and all her beliefs will fall apart. Whereas on the other side, Arnav who always accused Khushi of being a gold digger, who constantly have broken her faith from the very first moment, on the night they fell in love, misjudged her as a home wrecker, have no faith in any of her statements, will be equally devastated when the reality of his wife will come in the front. His love never had seen the trust, but that day this love will be his "Religion" for his Khushi will leave him alone and his reaches and all the shaan and name. That day this loop of calling her "Pagal" will be closed and that day he will make all the efforts to bring her back to his life for his life revolves around her, for he will never let her go as he will realize "their love" is their "Religion".

Today's this dialogue and scene reminded me of post diwali episode where Arnav accused her of dreaming to trap a rich person like him and then he walked away declaring - "you don't mean a thing". The story started with Anjali's belief and Arnav's disbelief in love and will end with Anjali's disbelief and Arnav's belief in love.

Hola people!! 🤗

Again what a fantabulous episode!! ⭐️My My - what a come back of intensity and drama in the past two days. Brilliantly done creatives - not only that congo shongo to all Reduxians for all present here are doing a Fab job and when the episode is Fab - everyone's analysis and write-ups are also one notch up!! 😳 👏

Before I start my analysis today ; I really wanted to shed some light on Arnav and on his trust issues - on why trusting someone does not come easily to him.

Who is Arnav!? Arnav is a tormented soul who still let's his past experiences define his life. His lack of the ability to trust anyone is not new - but it is what forms him. His trust was shattered by his very own uncle when he and Anjali were thrown out of their uncle's house at a very young age and were left to fend for themselves. More so, from whatever I understand its not been very easy for him to forgive his father for something that he had done. We have seen that pain in his eyes when Nani compares Arnav to his father. So trust is something that has been lacking in him not from now but since he has fended for himself and he has learnt to trust himself first and then others.

Now comes what he saw on the terrace - He saw Shyam his brother in law hugging the girl he had fallen in love with. What broke him that day!? What shattered him completely that day!? No - his love for Khushi did not shatter much than his relationship with Shyam broke down into million pieces. Shyam was not just Arnav's brother in law - Shyam was a father Arnav never had, he was the man Arnav trusted, relied upon, took suggestions from, listened to and looked upto and that night on the terrace - everything that he had trusted was broken like a mirror into shattering pieces. His belief in love, relationships had broken down. And what added to it was that it was Khushi who was the one breaking it. Shyam the person who he had trusted for 2 years had broken his trust - his di's trust who loved him blindly - where would that trust come for the girl who he had known for 9 months and only 3 months of understanding!? It would not and It could not. Khushi had done nothing to earn his trust persay - and as long as the trust was not earned - why will he want to believe her!? He will believe what he sees and at this moment all he can see is Shyam and Khushi in an embrace and Khushi's haunting words.

Now when I guess that I have explained why its hard for Arnav to believe and trust anyone - I will move onto the episode which was good and again Barun, Sanaya and Abhaas were brilliant! 👏👏 Sanaya shines in emotional scenes and that is where and how I would like to see her.

The confrontation continues - All loops of communication opens

The road scene from yesterday continues - Khushi keeps screaming at Arnav for his distrust in her and stops Arnav from saying anything. She asks him the valid question that - 'Why did you not ask me when you married me for 6 months!?' - Arnav has no answer and that is because he has not come in terms with the realization himself that he is scared to admit that she could love another and it would hurt him. Before he can answer she begins her story of Shyam and his cheating everyone in her family as well. Arnav looks at her in belief and connecting everything in his mind - It was there in his face that he wanted to believe her and understand her. Barun Sobti rocked with the expressions here. She finishes her story off and looks at him with hope that he would have understood her. His face lightens up for a moment when he hears her say that Shyam does not mean anything to her - that she hates him more than anything else - that she would rather die than see her name associated with him and that is where Arnav wants to believe her.

He wants to keep that hope alive - he wants to believe her and that is why he wants to understand why she did not feel the need to express the truth. He makes her realize that if she knew the truth then why did she not tell him or anyone - why did she let Anjali live a lie in the name of marriage - WHY!? This is where we see Khushi lower her eyes with guilt - she has understood that she should have told the truth and maybe this all would have saved her - but yet she fights back when he cups her face asking the same question back again.

She tells him that she did it for his di - she did it for her life - to keep her faith alive. Arnav does not believe her explicitly- no but sub - consciously he has believed her - what is left is to acknowledge that belief and that will happen with the terrace confrontation between Shyam and Khushi He then tells her what He saw on the terrace. I do not think Khushi has connected it - but she could understand his pain when he said that - he has seen her and him in an embrace asking her to leave his di and that is a memory etched in his heart and mind that refuses to acknowledge any sorry and any story that she may tell him. He has seen it all with his own eyes and its like a black patch in his heart that he cannot forget and ignore. He will only believe what he will see - no stories from her will change his thought and nor will he let anything happen to Anjali. He has the last word and leaves in finality leaving Khushi shattered.

The family scene

The uncomfortableness is there between the two - while the family jokes with Arnav. Then comes Shyam - openly taking a sarcastic jibe at Arnav and openly speaking to Khushi - infuriating Arnav further. What is important here is Payal's reaction - she has sensed Khushi's uncomfortable stature in Shyam's presence. Arnav gets up and leaves - he and Shyam share an eye lock - shyam smirking while Arnav angry - The war is ON! Shyam thinks he has gotten everything in his hand to win this game and his over confidence will make him lose and how. He has missed out on the Arnav Khushi equation and that will lead to his downfall. If at all Arnav has believed Khushi today - For shyam it spells DOOM!!

"Aur badle mein hume kya milega!?"

Shyam's basic selfish character - I, Me and Myself. No - nothing matters to him - not Anjali, not Khushi but his own self and at this moment he needs money for himself - the money that Arnav made sure does not reach him - the money that ensures that his luxurious lifestyle stays intact - the money that keeps him going - the money which only one man can put a stop to - Arnav.

So he goes ahead and makes a will - and wants Arnav's signature on them but he knows that no matter what happens he cannot expect Arnav to sign the papers easily and that is when Khushi enters the scene.

Khushi Is desperate - she needs to prove to Arnav that she is right - that she has been right all along and that he is not seeing what he should but is blinded by his anger. Yesterday Khushi did not think behind why Arnav was angry - but today she has realized that it is all for Anjali - and that in his anger he needs to see the truth than hear it. Her desperation leads her to seek help from Buaji and Garima but she realizes that they would get to know about the 6 month track and she steps back! So she conviniently AGAIN forgets Payal and to confide to her (which is the biggest mistake she continues to make time and again and that is why its difficult to relate to her ) she forgets that she can take him back to GH and get the whole thing confirmed - but she decides to go and ask Shyam for help (wow! How intelligent! 🤪).

So anyways Shyam in really happy to see Khushi come to him and he welcomes her. But then he gloats when he comes to know that she seeks his help to prove her right in front of Arnav. He realizes that she has come to know the reality of her marriage with Arnav and the reason behind it and involuntarily Khushi accepts her feelings for Arnav in front of Shyam sending him into shock and frustration. But she as usual again underestimated Shyam - and that is where she always makes the biggest blunder of all times - she keeps thinking that either shyam will change or that he will help her. That is where she keeps making mistakes and suffers. When will she realize that Shyam is never going to change and that he is the most selfish person on the planet!?

So Shyam plays his game - he asks Khushi what will he get out of it - what will be his gain in helping her - stunning Khushi. He convinces her to take the file - the will to Arnav and get his signatures on it. Khushi is confused - she doubts his intentions but he throws at her face and gloats that neither does Arnav trust him nor her - so if she can do what he wants - he will help her out and tell Arnav the truth. Khushi again confirms from him - and after he reassures her - she takes the file from him.

So Shyam has again managed to play his game well. He will create the rift between Arnav and Khushi using the file - she will give him the file and he knows Arnav would not sign them before he reads it - and when he does - instead of anything getting cleared, it will just increase his distrust in Khushi. Again - if Arnav has believed Khushi then Shyam is in for trouble and as Sathu put it - trap for Shyam Manohar Jha is laid.

However if the file is a bait as we have been predicting at Redux on and off then Shyam is going to be caught in his own game and I am guessing that it will be Khushi and Arnav both who will catch him and understand his intentions.

Note to Khushi : Khushi before taking any decision please realize the severity of the situation. One can understand that you may have wanted to believe that Shyam would confess in front of Arnav but don't you know Arnav!? If u understand him then also understand that an intentional talk between Shyam and Arnav will look nothing but a conspiracy to him. THINK - That is all I ask! Think from Arnav's POV and you will know what move to make. This is the time where you should use that Brain. I know you lack far-sightedness and you do not think before carrying out any stupidity but This is the time where you actually HAVE to think!! Your character is on the line of fire - if you do not think now and still behave stupidly - then you cannot save yourself!

Prediction :

Khushi takes the file to Arnav and he sees the whole thing and again misunderstands. I saw because I saw a spoiler pic. Lol!😆

Pointers :

1) Please don't do this to Khushi - I understand her desperation but really - Shyam!? The person she claimed to hate beyond her existence is the one she seeks help out from!? I mean WHAT THE!

2) Payal can read write and speak English but if Khushi gives the file to Arnav and it is shown that she has NOT read it because she cannot read it - what are we trying to say that Khushi is illiterate!? Seriously!?

3) I am not much disappointed with Arnav here because his character has been kept intact for not believing Khushi (however much he wanted to)

4) LOVE that Khushi has started coming in terms with her feelings!!

Favorite Character of the day

Arnav Singh Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada and only in the first scene because they both told each other everything.

I loved the episode in its general sense but I cannot understand Khushi. Her stupidity is what pisses me off most of the times like the one today. Why can't she just confide in someone!? Nevertheless the story has moved - I can see another reason for Arnav to doubt Khushi and this time it will be totally Khushi's fault - completly 'Aa bail mujhe maar' situation.

Love ;)

-- Edited --

Nia,

I love you and I love you loads for expressing my sentiments. I thought I was the only one who thought that Arnav believed Khushi - I could see it in his face and his reaction that he believed her - it was all there. Thank you for penning it down so beautifully! *claps*

And do not go round and round - If the file that shyam has is wrong then its a TRAP by Arnav. And he is just not expressing it explicitly because he wants to hide his and khushi's equation from him and keep him in darkness.

Thanks for the dedication! Loved ur post!

Truth truth truth...it is all about truth ..are there different versions of it.. My truth , your truth , their truth??? Not at all.. Confused .. Noneed to be...truth is just the same but deciphered according to the package people see it wrapped in.. Some it is shiny like a gift ..some bitter like the medicine... But alter it does nots...like people say ..."woh atal hai ,woh satya hai"
Arnav and Khushi 's truth
"for darkness, blotting out,has come
Near me,black and palpable.
O dawn, dispel it like my debts."- hymn sung to usas ,the goddess of dawn

The episode continues from yesterday in quest of the elusive satya.. Arnav asking Khushi to spell it out... The slur on herparent's memory lingering...the "blot" on her character corroding her insides..Khushi spells out the truth about to Arnav about who really Shyam is... About how he cheated her family .. how he lied his way in to their house as a Pg ..how he emotionally bent them into submission for their engagement...atlast how she found out about his marital status and broke all her relationships with him...and finally how she hates Shyam with every breath of her being that any link to him is demeaning to her as a human being... Does this truth satisfy Arnav?? No.. It does not as he is still caught up with the wrappings...what are these wrappings?? The lies that Shyam fed him deliberately... The information that Khushi withheld frm him with all good intentions ... lastly the terrace scene which he witnessed -the wrapping which hasgot stamped in
his

brain, his heart and entire system.. He wants to believe her...the lover in him fighting a
battle with the wrappings or trappings that the truth is covered in...he softens but the battle is not easy ..the wrapping cover on the truth -that of scarred chotte makes it even more difficult for him to
believe her.. He questions her at why she didn't come to him when she knew the truth and as to why
she aided his sister's false belief that her husband is god... Khushi realizes that her silence (done for the larger good) has come to haunt the truth in her statement..he spews venom with his words that
She is a gold digger again..he hurts her once more calling her opportunist who married him for his money , name and now covering her tracks as she is reluctant to let go of the same.. Her disbelief and anger towards her strengthens the urge to prove herself ... But unknown to her is the fact that Arnav wants to believe her and had in fact believed her for a nanosecond before the doubts had closed the
absolute truth from his vision

Shyam's truth-deceit and lies
"though you feed him
with care from a golden dish
A dog will prefer carrion
Though you deal with the base as you would with the good
Their deeds

will always show them up."-aphorism from naladiyar ..Tamil book on value systems

This is
the trutht of Shyam manohar jha.it is so ironic to talk about deceit and truth in the breath..but that is
Shyam's asliyat... He is false ,evil and selfishness personified... He married Anjali for money, coveted
Khushi for pleasure, stayed at RM to stay in the radius of wealth, lied to the raizadas and the gupta's to
Achieve his nefarious goals.. Then he was caught by Arnav and was given a chance to repent and change... But did he???? No, ...why didn't he change... Because that is his truth that he can live only
for himself and his selfish pleasures..he cannot change... How many ever chances he gets ,it is just a
waste ..yesterday he was at it again.. Plotting...meddling...needling...manipulating Anjali's ,Arnav's,and
Khushi's feeling to achieve his desires. Khushi is asked to barter her husband's signature for his truth ...will Khushi do this?fall for shyam's manipulations once more?it is the like the quote I quoted
Above ...no... Even if shyam fails in this endeavor , he will try some other trick in the book to achieve his Goal because that is his truth...

The absolute truth -
I wrote that truth was the main theme yesterday but the absolute truth is that arnav and Khushi love each other... The truth is that it
is love without trust which is open for manipulation .. but the wrappings on the truth are slowly coming
off , when it is completely off the absolute truth will shine in front of the necessary people... Want to
end this analysis with
"not gifts of land nor gifts of gold,
Nor gifts of cattle nor gifts of food

Are said to the greatest gift.
Of all gifts greatest is the gift of love and trust..."
-panchatantra

P.S..satya.. This post dedicated to u who we missed yesterday... Satya the truth ...

Tanthya,

What an episode and what a performance by Abhaas, Barun and Sanaya!!! 👏👏My initial reaction when I saw Khushi going to Shyam was "What the", then laughter at her naivety and later it was just amazement at the track that CVs have planned.

**Will wait for your analysis**

Below is my analysis

Shyam -Khushi

Khushi is a person who had always lived in a dream world and believed that the world is filled with happiness. She is an innocent girl who believs that world is a wonderful place filled with good people.Even though, life has put her through tough situations, she never for a moment has let the smile disappear from her face. She knows that there are only two people who are responsible for all the sadness in her life but she never blamed them. Any other girl would have never looked at them but not Khushi. In fact, she forgive them for all the wrongs they have done to her.Was it her naivety, her innocence, her compassion, her big heart or her ability to always only see good in other people? I am really not sure but whatever it is, it is that quality in her which decided to give Shyam a second chance, which believed that he will change and which today made her think that he will help her out of goodness of his heart.

How wrong she is because she really does not know what kind of a person Shyam Manahor Jha is. He is a cunning and a selfish man who can go to any extent to achieve his objectives, be it a money, object or woman. He is a man who likes good things, unique things and cannot bear it when that thing eludes him. He is a master in mind games and has no conscience.Yesterday he wanted Khushi, today he wants Arnav signature and he can use any means without any realms to obtain them. Yesterday he was using Guptas, today he is using Khushi and tomorrow he will use Anjali and her baby, it does not matter to him, The only thing that matter is obtaining, achieving and winning. It is thus very important for Khushi to see him for what he is. In a war, it is one of the essential things to know the strengths and weakness of your enemy and it is high time, Khushi stops seeing Shyam through the tinted glass. She has seen his lust but she has really not been a witness to his evil side. Today her move in her desperation was all wrong but this move was important because this move will make Khushi realize the role Shyam has played in her current situation. This move will make Khushi realize what a bad man he is, she will understand that he is a man who does not have an iota of goodness in him and she will know that he is a man for whom the only important person is he, himself. This realization, this understanding, this knowledge, this move will thus push her towards that anger, that fight and that confrontation which will be the proof of her innocence that her love so desperately wants and demands, which will clear the blur on her character and which will clear the images that have been stamped on her love's mnd. This move will lead us to the terrace that, I for one, have been desperately waiting for.

Note: Since Friday from the moment I saw SBS, I have been lamenting and complaining to Doods that we are not getting the terrace, they gave us the terrace but they misunderstood what we wanted and she patiently kept explaining that we will get it, logically we should, she also explained the whole thing through loops and I agreed to all of it. Still there was that 1% doubt that the CVs will mess it up, CVs will give us something else but today as soon as I saw the episode, the first thing I wrote to her was "Yes, we are getting the terrace, its confirmed". The confirmation was not only because of Shyam-Khushi convo but also because of Arnav dialogue, "Chaa gaye hain mere dimaag pe". Thanks Doods, for patiently listening to my ranting these past few days.

Two dialogues which confirmed the fate of Khushi Kumari Gupta-Singh Raizada.

Apne Apne karan, apni apni majboriyah...ab dekhiye na khushijee, Arnav ko na humpe barosa hain aur...nahi aappe

Loved this dialogue and loved the way Abhaas delivered it, it was awesome!!!👏

For Arnav, Anjali is on the highest pedestal, the person who he loves and trust the most, and Shyam at the lowest, a person whom he hates and will never trust or respect again. What a slap to a girl to know that her status in the eyes of the man she loves is same as that of the person he hates, distrust and disrespects!!!

Today, Khushi finally realized the mistake she has committed in not communicating to Arnav. Today she realized that it was her silence which have played a big role in her current circumstances and which is stopping Arnav from believing her. Long back I had written that the day Khushi will realize, what the love of her life thinks about her,she will not be able to bear it, it will keep eating at her insides, it will suffocate her and she will use any means to prove her innocence. Today we saw her going through that phase and we saw her searching for means to prove her innocence and she will keep doing it till she is successful, till she proves her innocence to Arnav and till she clears his misunderstanding. One day she will be successful because the truth always wins and the truth is that Khushi is innocent. That day she will win his trust, that day she will be at the same level as Anjali and that day she will the other most important person in his life who will trust more than himself.

Mein aachi tarah samaj sakta hu, kitna muskil hota Mrs Arnav Singh Raizada, jo paisa, aaraam or shaan mil raha hain usse jaane dena. Koi paagal hi hoga jo isse chod dega.

But Khushi will leave him,Khushi will be that mad girl because Khushi did not marry him for his riches, for his status or for the comfort. She married him for her sister Payal and she will remain married to him for his sister Anjali. But the day Anjali realizes the truth, the day the threat to Anjali and the baby are mitigated, Khushi will leave Arnav because he did not trust her enough and he did not respect her enough to believe her. Arnav will let her go because he will realize that for her it was always about self-respect, values and family and never about money, status or name. Arnav Singh Raizada will eat his words, he has too because he will have no choice.

PS:

CVs,Arnav in the past has heard that Khushi's fiancee name is Shyam, why didn't he connect, why didn't he remember or is he again suffering from selective amnesia.

The finer the bait, the shorter the wait!
-Frank Gorshin

But for every man there exists a bait which he cannot resist swallowing.
- Santiz Friedrich Nietzsche
First it was clear to me that Khushi is going to use Shyam as bait. And Shyam will use Khushi. I got so entangled in my web of thoughts that could never conclude anything. Will wait for Doods and Satya to bail me out...
1.I thought for once Khushi has used her brains very well and she is going to trap Shyam in his own game. What I thought is she will tell him I have got Arnav's signature and Shyam should come clean first and then she will hand over the file. First off its too cliched and this is Khushi... never has she used her brains to this extent and her thought process is straight forward. So its not this.
2. Shyam has got his bait and prey in one go!! What more can he ask for.. Khushi has fallen on to his arms like a flower. He must be counting his blessings...
3. I always thought Arnav to be shrewd. Some times his brain has gone off mode recently. But I still believe he is shrewd. So he is bound to put 2 plus 2 together. He needs help here to clear that fog and to erase that imprint of the darn hug scene. That is one big barricade here. (Rute Rute Piya Manaao Kaise... Khushi you better practice this song a zillion times and open your mouth to sing.. Its no mausam song I tell you)
4. At this point I so wish Payal picks up some cues... (I absolutely have no hope but a wishful thinking).
When they were in GH, Khushi was leaning too close to fire and Arnav notices it and saves her. So might be that is this fire. Shyam will trap her badly and Arnav will come and save her.
I am crossing my fingers and toes this time for CVs game plan. I am hoping that they have a solid bound script that has all the sketches. My fear is after marriage how their script fell flat, that should not be the case here. Because Khushi has been already shown in poor light once again. She is trusting a person whom she should very well maintain the biggest distance possible. Her plan is going to back fire.(Unless CVs are going to surprise us).
Side Note:Arnav that last thing what you said to her.. just think about it... buddy its going to come back and haunt you like hell...

@doods: The only reason I reserved a spot today was to write about the most beautiful dialogue of the day and how I so knew what this will lead to. And you have started your analysis with that. Yes, she will prove herself "Pagal" leaving him alone with all his so-called comfort & riches. That was, too me, the last nail Arnav had to place. I will not further elaborate on it ' you have said it all.
@Anna: Pointer no. 1 - it is confusing! why Shyam? I will wait till CVs explain it for me.
@Nia: You are such a great read dear. I just love your writing style - simple & flowing. Again, I believe we are sharing the same feelings about Arnav believing Khushi. 😊
@tanthya: Waited the whole day yesterday for your post .. Loved your taken on the pawn movement! 👏 lets see!!

Both Arnav & Khushi failed to answer two questions and amazingly both were related to their heart. Arnav could not answer why he did not ask Khushi that night because he did not want to confess that it was because he feared confirmation of his heartbreak. On the other hand, Khushi could not answer why she did not tell him because she could not bring herself to say it was because she did not want to break his heart. This is the twist in their love ' they both cared about his & his heart only. The day the lover Arnav will completely rise he will care only about her heart.

It was easy for ASR to believe that Khushi was at fault because 1) it supported his lifelong belief that love is nothing and 2) he was right about her from the very beginning. This is where it fits when Khushi says he saw & understood only what he wanted to. It was easier for him to stick to his old beliefs than to give love a try. Then again, like I always say, he did marry her because he wanted to own her. "You were in such a hurry to get married .." Yes. Arnav Singh Raizada himself said decisions taken quickly are wrong and he did it himself. If he really thought about it he definitely could have found out some other way to solve this problem. But the lover in him messed with the brother and led him to act on the spur of the moment. He knows it and he will not confess.

Who says Arnav did not believe what Khushi said? He did. And he did remember Khushi's engagement & could connect the dots. But then again, the moment he again remembered his self-declared ever-imprinted image of Khushi & Shyam in each others' arms, he chose to mistrust her. He chose to believe the engagement story but not to believe when she said there is nothing between Khushi & Shyam. The only thing Khushi needs to prove to Arnav is that Shyam does not matter to her.

Many people are disappointed that Khushi went to Shyam for help. On the first impression, it is shocking because how could she ask for help from someone who she knows is very shrewd. How desperate she can be? There are theories flooding around that this might be part of some master plan or there is some major twist in the whole thing. I choose to find it out as the story unfolds. The only reason I am not unhappy about it is because I have always thought that Arnav will only believe in Shyam. He started this whole misunderstanding with believing him and will end it believing him too. I don't know if Khushi realized it but this is exactly what is needed to remove the blindfold from Arnav's eyes. During the awaited Terrace scene when we expect Arnav to know the truth, it will be Shyam's words that will be important. What Khushi will say will hardly have any impact on Arnav. So getting Shyam to speak the truth, is the right thing to do ' knowingly or unknowingly.

First, would really like to thank all of you who keep appreciating my posts. If I am good at helping you relate with the show, then the first credits would go to Tants and DB - they keep teaching us so much with every post of theirs, and the valuable information they keep passing our way is indeed a bundle of treasure! Besides that are the other Reduxians with their diverse views - keeps one on ones toes all the time 😊 Really really am touched with your feedbacks! Thanks!

==================================================================

Oh good Lord, Arnav! You and Khushi are two amazing pieces for psycho-analysis. You guys have a track record of confusing people in every alternate episode! But your psychosis is a great lubricant for our otherwise rusty brains.

After yesterday's "Khushi, mujhe explain karna zaroori nahin smajha?" to today's total disbelief at the truth from her (after you badgered her for it) - your reactions today just didn't fit! All this time, you wanted to confirm that she was in the clear, that you had mistaken her character, that she did not love you BIL, that your mind was wrong in judging her. When she finally told you the truth, when she finally cleared those cobwebs, when she mentioned about Shyam living as a PG (paying guest), and her hasty engagement with him, and her breaking off the engagement with Shyam once she knew that he was married to Anjali - what was that look on your face?

Skepticism? No... Mistrust? Naah... Hatred? Uh-huh... Annoyance? Pass... Disbelief? Nope... Realization that she's telling the truth?
BINGO!

Every word she spoke about Shyam, every little fact that fit so well, every essence of truth in her voice and eyes, every yearning for you to believe her - all of them connected somewhere within you, probably on a sub-conscious level.

Why on a sub-conscious level Arnav? Your inner childhood demons still have a strong hold on you, don't they? How does a person like you, who has faced emotional pain early in life, with no time to reconcile with them, learn to come out of the dark abyss? Where was the time for you to nurse your emotional scars? There was no time, was there? Whatever time you did have centered around supporting your Di, and getting back on your feet after being chucked out by your uncle from your own home.

How could you be so selfish as to take care of your own emotional wounds when your Di was clearly broken and fragile? You couldn't and you didn't. You resorted to the one way you felt was right at the time. You were always an angry little boy, and that anger now expanded to the world in general - that anger, the coldness, the ruthlessness, shrewdness, detachment and an iron spine made up the stern facade of ASR - who spread fear and awe in everyone who approached him.

Trust, belief, faith... those words no longer held any meaning, worth or value for you anymore. Your father caused you to cast his name far aside - you didn't want to identify yourself with him. Your mother died before your eyes. Your family portrait was ruined, damaged and broken - as were your trust, belief and faith in people, in love, and in emotions.

Trust - a small word, with a heavy value. This simple sounding word carries hidden complexities that can make or break relationships within a fraction of a second. You learnt this at a very young age, didn't you Arnav? It is the same way you learnt about the value of Love, the worth of belief, in fact, you understand the sacredness of the most intrinsic values and emotions. You keep them close to your heart since they are precious. You don't hand them out like sweets at a Birthday party. No, your worth is stamped on each of your values and emotions, and you will share them only with people who are equally worthy of them, and who equally understand the sacredness of these values.

When you realized that Khushi was worthy of your love, that she appreciated the value of love, you wished to share it with her. After so many years of people licking your boots and approaching you in trembles, this girl challenged your ASR personality, charmed her way through delicately and left you hopelessly in love with her as she remained her true character whenever she was with you. The little Arnav in you peeked out again, after being hidden in that dense ASR closet, Khushi was a breath of fresh air. You went up to show her Arnav's love for her and then little Arnav got to see the two of his most valued people in his life ripping his sacredness of trust, belief and faith into tiny, little bits of shreds!

Your heart's values were torn once again. Once again your emotions faced a lashing by two people who you thought the world of. One moment, fraction of a second - the worth of your trust was discarded, just like that. One hug, an embrace between your BIL and your love - your trust, belief and faith faced a second death (or probably many deaths in this instance).

And, this is where your sub-conscious plays a major role. Yes, getting back to today, you realized that Khushi was telling the truth, but you didn't accept it. How could you? Accepting someone's truth means to believe that person. Believing the person means to Trust that person. But when Trust itself isn't there, when trust has been murdered, how would it be humanly possible to accept the truth?

The lover that you are
, senses the truth in each syllable Khushi utters, the lover that you are connects everything that she says about Shyam, the lover that you are are disturbed that your trust in her was terribly weak, the lover that you are saw her guilt of keeping this a secret, the lover that you are understood that both of you were at fault, the lover that you are wished that she had spoken up earlier about all of this.

The lover in you believes Khushi, trusts Khushi, has faith in Khushi... but after the terrace scene, kid Arnav needs to be drawn out, just like Khushi drew him out first.

But the lover that you are is right now in the clutches of your sub-conscious. It is ASR who rules your mind, just like before. But why do I feel, that even though ASR is present in shades, Arnav too is being let out? Wait, let me rephrase that... when Khushi said "Aapne wahi dekha jo aap dekhna chahthe the, aapne wahi samjha jo aap samjhna chahthe the.." why did you turn around so suddenly like that while walking in a rage toward the car?

She hit the truth that you yourself acknowledged (sub-consciously), didn't she?
You knew that you had seen and heard everything according to your way. She hit the right spot when she asked you why you never questioned her about Shyam before you hurried her into marriage. You knew it then too Arnav! You knew that Shyam had poured poison into your ears - you got to know his true character today from Khushi (not Shyam's whole character yet, the rest will come from Bauji and Buaji).

Apart from this, it was the lover in you that disliked getting the truth, because it showed you how far off from the truth you were. Not only that, you were hurt that you were so deeply in love with her, that the image of her in someone else's arms is etched in your mind, imprinted in your mind in such a way that they drown out the voice of your heart expressing the real love and belief you have for this girl.

Even then, your heart Arnav, like it or not, is slowly gaining over your mind.Your mind just needs to hit the replay button of the terrace scene to get you into ASR mode. Your heart however, is much stronger and wiser than you believe it to be. You just need to... TRUST YOUR HEART.

I still don't completely buy ASR's mode of throwing Khushi's truth aside
(I'm half and half over my above explanation and the following para). You are a very shrewd person Arnav. You play it close to your chest. You are practical, sharp and cautious. Which is what makes me wonder if all this 'discarding Khushi's truth' is a move from your side?

Throwing Khushi off the track so that you can see how things unfold at RM?
If you had accepted her truth, the equation between the two of you would have changed, Shyam would certainly have noticed it, and then you wouldn't have much control over Shyam. But this way, by keeping Khushi in the dark (or in the shadows, whichever you prefer), Shyam will be pushed to reveal his true character in some silly way, thereby giving you an upper hand over him, plus you get to keep a check over him.(@Readers: mind you, this is just a rough thought circling my mind).

Whatever it is Arnav Singh Raizada, thank you for being such a mind-boggling character. One never knows for sure what's going on in your mind. That is what makes you so interesting!

==============================================================

I would have loved to write about Khushi too, but space limits me to say just this much:
Khushi, I still have faith in you, you might be impulsive, you might be naiive, and you might not think things through, but I know that when required you can be as sharp, clever and intelligent as Arnavji!

==============================================================

This post is dedicated to dear Anna! 😊

Method is more important than strength, when you wish to control your enemies. By dropping golden beads near a snake, a crow once managed To have a passer-by kill the snake for the beads.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Or so I am hoping is what Arnav is following after watching todays episode...I am seriously rooting for doods and sathu's theory that the will file was a red
herring..and signatures or not shyam will not be able to do anything against Arnav...plus his complete disregard of khushi's explanation is also related somewhere...😕

Coming to the epidose today:

Arnav's dilemma

I want to trust you, I feel that you are telling the truth, my instincts tell me to accept what you are telling me but alas a picture etched in my mind so vile and disgusting doesn't let me...this is his exact expressions after listening to the truth from khushi...but little does he realize that the perspective of one's eye is not always what is based in reality.

"The eyes are not responsible when the mind does the seeing."
- Publilius Syrus

Just a little change in perception can alter the whole scenario he keeps re-living like a nightmare...
The eye altering alters all
- William Blake

He will be able to see the finer details in that picture, he will see that Khushi was not a participant in that hug, he will feel that Khushi's anger was for the benefit of Anjali not for her destruction...

The cards are all layed out by Khushi...now he has to go step by step and put 2 and 2 together to reach the truth (like in my short story yesterday...approach it from forward rather than viewing it by retracing the steps) but he has to think rationally and trust his instincts more than his eyes and brain

"You see, you closed your eyes. That was the difference.
Sometimes you cannot believe what you see, you have to believe what you feel.
And if you are ever going to have other people trust you, you must feel that you can trust them, too--even when you're in the dark. Even when you're falling."
- Mitch Albom, Tuesdays With Morrie

Khushi's innocence

"To confess a fault freely is the next thing to being innocent of it"
Publilius Syrus

Poor Khushi though not guilty of any crime ..is in for blows today when she realized that the person she loves the most views her in such low esteem and with such contempt...let alone be loved she has come to know that she is considered a home wrecker a characterless person...she is devastated...for a girl like Khushi whose whole foundation is laid on morals, values, trust and love to be called such names is worse than death...

"To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved."
- George MacDonald

She is desperate to clear her name and thinks of various ways to bring the truth to Arnav...ruling out all her family members for one reason or the other
she ends up with the only other person who is aware of the truth other than the Guptas...Shyam the very person who is at the base of all the problems...but she feels that if Shyam spills the beans about his misdeeds then Arnav might believe her (Why does she think Shyam will help her gain Arnav's trust when he still is after her is beyond my intelligence)

"A man falling off a cliff to certain death will stretch out a hand even to his worst enemy."
- Robert Jordan, Lord of Chaos

But Khushi being the true innocent she is, believes that the creep will help her after she promises to help him in return (and here I answer my own question...stupid me)

"The truly innocent are those who not only are guiltless themselves, but who think others are"
- Josh Billings

So she has fallen in the trap of the evil shyam who instead of clearing her name will simply get the will signed to his name and then kidnap Arnav to activate the will...(last line is my prediction based on spoilers).

Shyam the opportunist

There is poison in the fang of the serpent, in the mouth of the fly and in the sting of a scorpion; but the wicked man is saturated with it.
- Chanakya

Shyam the devious man he is...has prepared a new will and tries to come up with tricks to get Arnav to sign it when opportunity walks in through the
door in khushi's form...trusting him in the hope that he will help her right the wrongs in her life...

"The trust of the innocent is the liar's most useful tool."
Stephen King

He makes full use of her miserable situation and traps her in his clutches...little does khushi realize that once a cheater always a cheater...
and she will be cheated yet again...

Once upon a time, a woman was picking up firewood. She came upon a poisonous snake frozen in the snow. She took the snake home and nursed it back to health. One day the snake bit her on the cheek. As she lay dying, she asked the snake, "Why have you done this to me?" And the snake answered, "Did you not know, that I was a snake."

Conclusion...Shyam is the snake...we have named him aptly...😆

Todays story is dedicated to Khushi...if she (read the CVs) would have read them when she was young..the situation would have been differnet...she would have known to never act hastily on your enemy's advice as they will only think in their own favor

THE WISE CRAB

There stood two big banyan trees, side by side, in a dense forest. In fact, they were at such a short distance from each other that they formed one huge banyan tree. Thousands of cranes lived in this tree. In a deep hole in its trunk, there also lived a big black snake.

The snake used to climb up the tree to its branches and eat the baby cranes from their nests, when their parents were away in search of food.

This had become a daily routine. And the unfortunate cranes were the soft targets. Every evening, on return to their nests, the hapless cranes would find their nestlings missing, and they were so helpless that they could not do anything to get rid of the big black snake.

One day, a crab saw some cranes standing by the side of the lake and weeping bitterly. He asked them the reason of their grief. The cranes said,
"There's a big black snake living in the banyan tree. Everyday he eats up our babies. We don't know how to get rid of him."

The crab thought to himself that the cranes too were crabs' enemies. They ate crabs' babies. Why not give the cranes an idea which not only would kill the snake but finish the cranes also.

So, the crab said, "Don't weep. I've an idea which will help kill the snake."

"Yes, please help us," requested the cranes.

"There is a big mongoose living at a little distance from the banyan trees. You put a few fish all along the path running from the mongoose's hole to the banyan tree. The mongoose will eat the fish one by one and then reach the snake's hole. Now you can yourself imagine, what will happen thereafter."

The cranes became very happy to get such a brilliant idea. They acted according to the plan.

Thereafter, the mongoose ate up all the fish put all along the path leading up to his home and then reached the banyan tree. There he found the snake in the hole. A fierce fighting took place between them and the mongoose killed the snake.

But instead of going back to his hole after killing the serpent, the mongoose further climbed up the tree and started eating the baby cranes, one by one. Soon the mongoose ate up all the baby cranes living in the banyan tree.

After eating a large number of baby cranes, the mongoose became very fat and lazy. One day, while he was sleeping on a branch of a tree, he slipped and fell on to the ground and died then and there.

The only one who benefited from this was the wise crab who came up with the idea...so next time think before you leap happily on your enemies advice...
