Awesome analysis Tanths.

You have explained it all so well - Arnav's out of character actions, chess and 36, description of Khushi and bakariyaa, and you found something positive in Payal wiping the mirror. Maybe she will help Khushi wipe the dust off her brain cells and see things in a clear way.

I still do not understand the Mami and bhoot track.

I know! I saw it and for me it was lightehearted and a basic setup! But I did know that "36" was something huge - but I could not decipher it except again relating it to 36 to 36 thingy. And then what they showed on TV fitted perfectly for me on Arnav Khushi and Lavanya as well! I just did not think of Shyam ! 😕

They need to change the projection style because this confuses us and nothing else.

Cant believe i am on a roll today ... but " WHAT THE !!!!

After reading every1's comments & analysis i am more confused about this show then ever ... wish any1 of you regulars can just answer my queries & if the almighty PH wants to then pls go ahead ...

bear with me guys ... they may seem really trivial but will help me understand the show better

1. My first issue ... why should Khushi be devastated at all after she knows the truth ???? she has a worse reason that Arnav has given her when she married him ( he hates the sight of her) ... once she knows the truth it should be liberating any normal woman should go about clearing the misunderstanding ... I mean she knows his whole life is his sister ( thats the reason she withheld the truth from him)

2. Aren't khushi & arnav even in all the pain they gave each other post marriage ... he made her sleep outside ... she made him sleep outside ... he manhandled her she practically got his voice box shut off ... she made him faint without food ... god alone knows him many times the poor guy had to carry her around ...

3. being a woman i don't feel any sympathy towards Khushi at all .. i don't think her plight is bad ... she has just gained from the marriage ... & whatever the reason be she loves the guy & she is married to him ... make the most of it ( at least she doenst have a B***** of a mother in law ;) )

4. Arnav's apparent wrong doings ... apart from the fact that he has not given her a fairy tale Sooraj Barajatya wedding he has not really harmed her ... So why should Arnav feel any repentance ... her engagement happened on her fathers sick bed so she can start to feel bad from there ...

5. The biggest conundrum can't understand the villain at all ... I mean apart from twitching his face he has done nothing since the love of his life married someone else ... i mean if u remember when during rakhi Anjali mentioned that khushi should tie him rakhi he went berserk & bashed up some poor guy on the street & now Khushi is apparently lost to him forever & he is just standing there twitching his face ...? The most imp thing in this whole equation is why did he openly challenge ASR during their confrontation ... ASR is richer ( he supports the guy financially) stronger ... smarter & for a lawyer he knows what he was doing is legally wrong then why do u go & take on ASR ... i have never understood this ?

6. My biggest confusion lies in what everybody talks about here ( its not happened on the serial though so don't know if i should be worried) the so called separation track ... how do they justify this ... if Khushi leaves ASR then the whole 200 episode characterization of Khushi will be down for naught ... she believes in marriage why should she end ... even on the eve of her wedding thats what she shouts & tells ASR that for her all MS & sin door mean a lot ... then why would she break it off post knowing that her husband married her for a logical reason ... ASR not trusting her has never been in question ... when has he ever trusted her ???? The other thing is Khushi comes from a lower middle class family ... a separated daughter is the biggest stigma they can carry why would her family encourage or support her in this ... what about the 2 Raizada babes nani & di who profess to love her why would they let her leave when they know the extent she has gone to save their family ???

See it doesn't matter how many times u look for logic in fiction ... the fact that it is fiction leaves room for illogic to step in .

Shyam did not cross my mind except - that he was missing from the scene as usual. For me it was a light hearted episode and I will say I definitely liked it when it aired and I love it now after your explanation.

Now for example to the TV promo - such things happen in reality to poor girls in UP. Girls with middle class background do fall in traps of rich men (I know of one such girl sadly) - and I could easily relate to that and hence to Arnav Khushi and Lavanya - but at that very moment Shyam did not cross my mind at all till I read your update.

Between I loved the file thingy - I do have a feeling that the actual file is with Arnav now and the one in the drawer might just be a bait!! 😛

Cannot help but ask - Did the writers REALLY have Shyam in mind when they wrote the script? I mean you have touched upon every little detail with respect to Shyam do the writers also think of it this way - isnt it too time consuming!?

See, its easy for the writers to think. They know what they are doing this and then they have to only find a way to fix the puzzle and connect it logically. It's like setting a math problem or designing a riddle. So, they can do it s they know the result isn't it???

Like they know what Shyam will do and then they had designed the chess, then the dialogue, then the scenes and they did fit in the number also. They could have thought of something else but 36 fitted even with the no.of days left for anniversary. If they could hint on "one" thing then they can create the flow.

Like when I watched I knew 2 things:- AR 36 K and chess. but linking up needs brainstorming and then I started playing on the 36 and various things came to my mind; then the moment I figured file = diary, it all fell into place. Why Diary and why laptop bag... see it's all connected. Hai naa???

It's easy to design than to decode. 😊
