Howdy y'all... TGIF my time. I'm late to the party again. Had to be at a work dinner for the pati and his ilk. Great food, terrific wine, scrumptious desserts and ... a bunch of uber boring people! Hate to sound like a stuck up ninny, but the high finance crowd I meet -- not very interesting. 😉Anyway had to compensate for the boredom with my quota of laughs and chatter with Sush and the spice girls 😃

Tuesday's epi has been the high point of the week for me and its been downhill from there on. This GH track has been worthwhile so far bcos it's given Arnav a chance to emerge from the ASR persona and we've seen some nice relationship building between Arnav and the Gupta ladies.

The Rabba Ves ---- ho hum and artificial. Never mind the bad editing, shoddy camera work and shaking floral tokri... the premise is just all wrong. The pre diwlai rangoli fall and the fairy lights untangling were electric because of the stage ArHi were in the relationship. It was about the physical spark and awareness of each other. Now they've been married for a bit, are wrapped up in the each other's families, have taken baby steps to learning what makes the other tick ---- at this stage the accidental hug, the accidental physical contact rabba ve simply isn't cutting it.

We need a real hug, genuine and deliberately initiated physical contact to signify the next step in this relationship. This contrived and forced physical proximity is just annoying.How hard can it be to write some sort of scare where each is worried for the other's safety leading to a genuine and elective hug? Like everyone else here, the reason to enjoy that genda phool Rabba Ve was that ArHi showed us that love is ... smiling with your honey!

Given the set up to the saheli's wedding, I'm wondering if we'll see trouble on that front that Mr Fix--It Arnav will step in to resolve - dowry, bade khaandan ke bigde hue log perhaps? Another step for Arnav to Learn how the other other half lives and how the rich abuse their privileges

Tailpiece: All that slippery behavior from Shyam was for that? How does one spell Anti-climax? 27 year old and fine, healthy ASR's will? Never mind Shyam's delusion that his adulterous ways will be rewarded . Why is ASR's death at issue unless Shyam is reaching again for the murder manual of ineptitude? 😕 . This dashed my hopes of resolution of the MU.

Shyam's Murder Manual only has only Failed Nuske's in it...lordie that guy in a lost Villain even before anything begins...Villlain ke naam pe Dhabba!

Ok so I think the guy did finally get a hair cut...again scenes shot randomly...but am fairly certain the point where hes standing under the ladder yelling at her to come down...its shorter...sigh this is the 4th time i am watching this for god knows what reason!

Its almost 1 am...i have a 12 hour day why oh why am i annoying myself with other people hairdo's...😕

Vee please do 1008 mantras to get LM back...Gul gets ARnie but no one in the current CV team seems to get KHushi...She was LMs creation...

Unless they sketch her character and her feelings well Rabba Ves will not have the impact the had before...She is full of energy, optimistic and has child like enthusiasm...but I always felt I knew where she was coming from...her actions were in line with her character...Now her character is far from consistent and makes no sense wrt her value system...that's what is taking away from the scenes...

Did not know LM or any of the other guys before I watched these shows...but even before I heard the news of LM leaving...I could feel the difference in direction and wrote about it...As great as ARnie is...the need an equally strongly sketched KHushis character to keep the magic...

They'll still be doing this in their 60's - when their bones are creaking and arthritic, though by then the Rabba Ve's will include glass, dentures and walking sticks for props...
