Seriously man! I have never understood the way these people think. Why do these serial people think that if they give us a happy track people won't watch it? Why do they think only rona dhona works with the indian audience. In fact people love it when there's a happy smile on their face after watching a lovely episode. Few twists, A lil bit of drama, some crying scenes are fine and are even needed to make the story important but never getting rid of such scenes is so not done. The most annoying part is that the sad track are always dragged. CVS try to drag them as much as possible and when the happy days are finally here you see within a blink of an eye they are gone and we are forced to see the gloomy ones again. Sigh. Why does the indian television work like that?
I got attracted to IPKKND because it was uniquie. No rona dhona. no saas bahu.no prolonged nonsense misunderstandings. no villian who is on the face and irritating.
But gradually I see we have it all In IPKKND too. We have the cliches. ARHI arenever allowed to be together or happy. Shyam is plotting most of the time. The heroine is the ever smiling all bearing bakhra. Now I think IPKKND is not unique. May be it is a little different. But definitely it came down from the pedestral i placed it on.
