the Same reason that Khushi still love him after all hurtful thing he did to her either physically or emotionally ..
She still consider him as her dream prince although he said to her that she is lier, deserve to be in pain, didn't have class, and he said many time that he hate her .. , etc
they both do each other unbearable thing just to try to annoy each other .. but it unintentionally increase their love : )

Shalu was missing your posts like this, yes the teeka scene was too good. It is scenes like this which remind you of what made you love Arnav and Khushi's pairing in the first place. That one scene spoke volumes for what they feel for each other, especially Arnav who just melted. I hope we get more scenes like this tommorow
