I think the problem might be budgetary--- they can't afford to pay a big cast all the time, so Guptas have been missing (though it would be nice to have Khushi confide at least in someone about Shyam's escalating lust), and Shyam keeps disappearing every now and then and NK vanished altogether. We get comic episodes when Shyam isn't used, and more intense ones when he is.
a billion% yes. specially in blue. they have major financial issues. its very glaringly obvious. lack of a decent washroom, ASR repeating clothees/shoes etc. And at the alarming rate Anjali visits the doctor and shyam's mysterious clients all point to lack of money.
but instead of bubbly, why cant we have shyam instead? th only crappy reason i can come up with is that bubbly is cheaper than shyam...
also, lack of consistency in writing, editing, precaps, and promos really point at the lack of monetary funds.
but the question is that,why doesnt a successful show have money?
