Khushi's interrupted his meetings before but that was because she had a point to prove after he had insulted her but today was wrong. They're compromising her character for comedy.

First, they make her do crazy, childish, immature but harmless antics. but now, with ASR fainting due to lack of food, which is KKGSR's fault, Cvs cant claim all of her tricks are harmless.

@ firebolt...which other show is messed up...they have their own story and they are keeping in line...continuing with each and every theme properly...Ek hazaro, dia or bati, rishta, SGP...none of the other shows jumped of thier storyline to make room for IPL...its just IPK...they don't know where they are going

Character development or story moving fwd needn't be huge--- subtlety works. Baby steps. And saying there aren't enough ideas to keep a 20 minute daily soap going before an year is up is not a great excuse---it only shows inconsistency in creativity.

I think the problem might be budgetary--- they can't afford to pay a big cast all the time, so Guptas have been missing (though it would be nice to have Khushi confide at least in someone about Shyam's escalating lust), and Shyam keeps disappearing every now and then and NK vanished altogether. We get comic episodes when Shyam isn't used, and more intense ones when he is.

SARUN having been saving the show post marriage track when the story got lost somewhere and have been doing a splendid job till now. The question is how long will they succeed ? 2 months and counting.

I'm wondering what's up with the writers. Is there any one core group that is consistently in charge?
They seem to sizzle and fizzle alternately.

🤣What are we watching? One character in anger can let the other sleep outside on the stone cold floor and only decides to let her come in once she gets a cold (wait, maybe because he's worried his pregnant sister might catch the cold) and the other drives him to starvation and dizzy spells because of her suffocating love. They're sticking to their love/hate theme it seems😳😆 How their "diametrically opposing" loving and hating natures can drives us views to despair.

But honestly, this is bordering character destruction stuff again.

@OP Budgetary can't argue with that hon.. we have piss poor sets and extras... With that said i am willing to give this filler/OOT track a couple of more weeks to decide if the show is truly going down hill or not...

@showstruck I am so not going to take names... But my mom watches some other shows and i find them not that great.. Maybe that's just my biased attitude towards IPK😆.. But yeah...
