no i don't think it will happen that way. i guess anjali will see the thread first and then will ask shyam, what was he doing in arnav room again.. i guess this is gonna happen!!

Dat will plant a seed of suspicion in anjali's mind which shyam can easily dodge...so I think this time I think it's either arnav or khushi.
