A very light hearted episode yet the message is delivered. Kudos to 4 Lions for rethinking the storyline last weekend and designed it in a perfect way. No, the episode was not a "Dhamaka" as we term in hindi but it was an episode of sheer brilliance and acute thought process of the creative team. An episode where you can judge what will steer up in the future and why there will be tranquility after the aftermath. Yesterday's episode and today's episode were designed with complete finesse and if yesterday, I had salute the Script writer for the "honey and fly" dialogue then today I salute their storytelling. If yesterday was all about Arnav's character justification then today it was Khushi's character justification. See the thought process that went behind the storytelling - they used the "Office" premise which is Arnav's comfort zone to define his character attribute and today they used the "Home", Raizada Mansion, which is Khushi's comfort zone to define her character. As I have always mentioned that we are currently progressing towards strengthening "Arnav-Khushi Equation" so also we are establishing Arnav and Khushi's character in the eyes of the family members.
I agree there is hate and also there is love at the same time between Arnav and Khushi but the story doesn't consist of with only 2 main characters; it also needs all the other characters to weave a story. If you see from bird's eye view then you can realize why Anjali was absent today (logically she was on leave, but the question one should ask why she was granted leave today and they could have used Anjali's BD???) and why Aakash was present yesterday at the office and not in the home today. Normal answer would be Aakash won't know the truth at first when it will be revealed. NO. That is not the answer. Yes, he will be kept hidden of the truth IMO but the main reason lies somewhere else. I'll explain later. Then Shyaam's presence by the Pool was shown and Maami-Payal relation building up has already started long back. We have Naani observing Khushi's tension and Payal's behavior strengthening infront of Arnav. We have Buaji on the phone and helping Khushi to help Arnav heel his throat. All these scenes were nicely woven in last 2 episodes and please one request never judge any work of any PH with the theory ' "take what you see". No. I don't know about other PH's work but I can vouch for 4 Lions and their work to be deeper than what meets the eye. Yes, you have seen me ripping them off last Friday but today, you will see me defending them. Contrary isn't it??? Yes, it is as that is the situation today. That day I was unbiased and today also I am unbiased. By now you all have understood me.

As I said above today's episode gave me the vision of what is going to be in the future and how the characters will justify their opinions then. The development of Arnav-Khushi Equation is a step closer but the message that today's episode delivered is about Khushi, Khushi and Khushi. Yes, today I will talk about "Khushi and her Righteousness".
"If you don't have a righteous objective, eventually you will suffer. When you do the right thing for the right reason, the right result awaits" ~ Chin-Ning Chu
The above mentioned quote by Chin Chu says all about any story, even IPKKND, it's last two episodes. Yes, did you remember when I always said that Arnav is "Just" and Shyaam is "Unjust" and why they are different??? Both have used Khushi in their own way but still Khushi will be with Arnav at the end not because he is the love of her life but because Arnav Singh Raizada is "Just". Both Arnav and Khushi are righteous but the means of getting things done are different. There lies the difference between them. But today the episode didn't permit me to talk about Arnav rather to talk about Khushi. Khushi is righteous and we all know this and this is the reason she will win as the right result will wait.
Today the day began in the car parked in the "middle of the road" and she noted down "aaj bhi main ne Arnavji ko galti se chot pounchayi hain". Yes, she is righteous and she knows it's because of her unknown mistake Arnav's throat is not in function. That is the "chot" she talked about today and much "lesser chot" than the one she is completely ignorant of. Unlike many I loved the moment where Arnav made her do sit-up and I know even though I am a feminist, I loved it. There are some reasons behind it. Haven't I always said that Arnav and Khushi are equals and they have this connection in the middle of the road??? Well, I will prove that again today. Allow me.
That day in the Temple when Khushi was thrown out of GH and she came to be alone for sometime in her real Maayka, Arnav came to pick her up. What she did??? She denied in front of the crowd and that made him declare in front of the whole world, which he basically admitted to himself that "she is his wife". Then he wanted to take her home forcefully and the crowd interfered between; in return he very firmly voiced his opinion that he came to take his wife home and is there anyone who objects??? What he did then??? He lifted her up and headed for home. But, logically I'll ask, did Arnav respect the argument??? No. Even without her permission he lifted her up in from of the crowd. That time why anyone didn't say he was wrong??? Yes, logically it was wrong and it showed his dominance over the relation but if we see from the "Arnav-Khushi Equation" and the story POV then it was needed and that is how Arnav's character is. He was sorry that time as Payal's call made him guilty; he knew because of his impulsive action Khushi is facing the world alone. Arnav never is expressive in words rather he always puts forward his opinion with action. Why Khushi cried that day even though when he didn't obey her in front of the crowd??? The man who said he'll never admit her as his wife has just admitted infront of the world that she is indeed his wife. That was his way of admitting and his way of asking for apology for his guilt. A small one but a very valid one.
Today, we saw the same situation. She had just admitted that because of her today Arnav is not able to speak. Yes, she did a mistake unknowingly but a mistake is a mistake, right???Arnav is suffering from pain, isn't it??? Then the traffic cop came and asked for her driver's license. But, when I saw the scene then I found something interesting that took me to the temple scene. Correct me you all if I am wrong here. Till date she always calls herself as "KKGSR" but today for the first time she admitted Arnav Singh Raizada as "Mere Pati". Yes, whatever it might be, in the flow of her speech she uttered "mere pati" but even if it's slip of tongue then also it justifies that deep down in her heart she admitted him as her husband. Here no family member was present but she still mentioned it. Then when Arnav came he denied Khushi's request much like she did in the temple and he indicated that he can't talk as because of you "my throat has stopped functioning". Khushi understood his game and immediately stepped in and asked for the apology. He signaled situp and she acquiescesed. Yeah, situp in public I also don't like but Khushi gave in to Arnav's request like much she did in the temple. It had no ulterior motive but just a beautiful scene between two love birds and only "ruthna manana". It's just that these two didn't realize it but it's exactly that. That's how Khushi is and she will do anything to clear her name. Place and situation never mattered for her. Here also the crowd (read: cop) objected and she justified that it's not for him but for Arnav. Arnav triumphed on that and in the car again the same bickering between them which happened that day too; do you remember Arnav's dialogue??? "Sadak ke beech mein scene create karna chod do". Now look at the irony in both scenes??? Arnav's admittance happened in Khushi's comfort zone, "Temple" and Khushi's admittance happened in Arnav's comfort zone, "the road". Yes, this is "Arnav-Khushi Equation" that I always have mentioned and today we saw the continuation of the loop which was opened on "grihapravesh episode". It will occur again when next time Arnav will learn the truth and he will repent and Khushi will bring him back.
Now let me elaborate on the other message of today's episode; "Righteous Khushi". Yes, the rest part of the episode belonged to Khushi and Khushi only. This feature of her character was witnessed by each and every one of her family except Anjali. Yes, I know Aakash was not present today but he had already witnessed the righteous Khushi in the office with "Khushiji jo bhi karti hain uske peeche kuch na kuch karan hotein hain". So, I'll leave Aakash here and move forward with the analysis.
In the beginning of the episode we saw Khushi admitting that it's because of her, Arnav is in pain. Now, knowing Khushi we all the viewers know that she will rectifiy the mistake anyhow. That's Khushi's nature. But the story doesn't run with the viewers rather it run with the charcters. The characters need to know that Khushi is righteous and when she feels guilty then it is her nature to correct it and until she does it, she will never sit quiet. She made the "Kaadha" instructed by Buaji for Arnav but that was Arnav's prank on Khushi reg his throat not yet heeled proved this facet of Khushi's character infront of all. The the main message in the story is due to Arnav's prank, Khushi's self righteous side came in front of the family. Naani, the matriarch of Raizada, witnessed the entire worry of Khushi Kumari Gupta- Singh Raizada. What a BRILLIANT TOUCH by the creative team. When naani asked why she is worrying, Khushi replied with more worry ' "nehin naani, sab humari galti hain". She witnessed the "most important" facet of Khushi's character; and not only Naani but Arnav also witnessed the same thing. May be he enjoyed at the moment with his prank but when the time will come in conencting the dots, then this character trait of Khushi will be her "Saving Grace". Arnav will realize one day that if she were ever at fault then she couldn't have even sleep peacefully in the night. That is NOT Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada.
The message of today was completely Khushi's character ' she is a righteous person and if anything goes wrong due to her actions then she will move heaven and earth to rectify it. Arnav has to understand her righteous nature and the day his vision is cleared he'll know that she was never wrong.
IMO, there is a loop opened with Arnav giving Khushi all the "CREDIT" for saving Anjali's life by not disclosing the truth to her. Yes, this righteous Khushi was observed by all except Anjali. One day this true character of Khushi will be her "Strength" when Arnav and the family, both will realize why Khushi had hidden Shyaam's truth from him and all. Yes, Arnav didn't wanna give her credit today as currently his vision is still blurred but the day when he'll accept Khushi had inturn saved Anjali's life by not revealing the truth, he will give her the "Credit" and later on the family will also support Khushi's decision, may be not initially but eventually, they all will. How they will treat the Gupta's I donno, but today Buaji's name suggested that she will be there to justify Khushi and Khushi's this righteous nature will definitely be her saving grace. The loop is definitely opened today.
The same way one of the most important developments was "Maami-Payal" bonding. Payal's gaining confidence in Maami will prove when the truth will be out, there will be strain between Aakash and Payal relationship and the entire truth will be hidden from Anjali. Somehow last two episodes confirmed me that it will be Arnav who will justify Khushi's action to Aakash as he already witnessed what ever Khushi does is for a purpose and Maami will justify Payal's action to Aakash. Yes, that is the reason Aakash was present at office and absent at home today. As I said there is a reason behind the message the author conveys and we need to decode it. See the irony here???Payal's first wedding was informed to Aakash where as it was supposed to be told to Maama-Maami and Payal knowing Anjali's truth will be hidden to Aakash with Maama 'Maami's insistence when it should be told to Aaaksh.
P.S. I got many PMs asking me the symbolism behind the dirt after the cleaning act of Khushi. I will say I never believe in symbolism but logically all I can say is that isn't it Khushi's nature whenever she clears a mess she falls into a new one??? The moment she came to tell Anjali the truth, she fell into much deeper mess. That's Khushi and her destiny. When the MU will be cleared and confession will happen then the truth will be revealed in front of the family leaving her in more mess. So, cheer up, it's a story and if there are no problems then how will the story move forward???
Edited to add:- Refer to the picture where all the family members present at the pool I posted above. Did you see the "Triangle" that I always mention in my analysis??? Yes, all the three vertex are by Shyaam (at the apex), with Arnav and Khushi at the two vertices down the base holding the triangle. The family standing midway looking at Arnav and Khushi and have their back towards Shyaam and will have their support indirectly to them. Anjali, the reason of the triangle, who should be at the center is missing and the deciding factor with which way the the track will be. When the apex (read:Shyaam) leaves these two came closer. Logically, with Shyaam leaving, Anjali will bring them together eventually.
