I think they just want an excuse to show ASR and Khushi in the same frame...now they cant keep him for ever in the RM so he has to go to office, and now she is following

And I agree both ASR's style and Khushi's grace are being compromised here.

The Cvs are at fault they could have shown some finesse with the track to make it comendable...but in their effort to showcase drama, humor with a different twist...they somehow looked a little lost last couple of episodes...its not been a complete sham...but hopefully they wake up to realize that its the sensible well written and scripted track not OTT drama, romance, humor that has people glued to the show

As to the serial...I appreciate the thought that they wanted to bring accross teh message that Naani gave..."each person should be encouraged if they want to be independant",,,,but its really shot very flippantly and the comedy has compromised the intent

Saving grace was that Arnav's brain has started coming back to life again after long hibernation and he has stopped the money supply to Jeejaji. Looks like he was not completely taken in by Jeejaji's act teh other day after buying red roses.

There is a lack of continuity or even coherent screenlay...so if a monologue could have been used how she got the intial capital to start off it would have been good.

The tracks and execution left much to be desired...As for KKG...its welcome she is working, I much liked it frankly😊😊...at least something good...

And the reason I was less perturbed with what she did in the office is because much more worse things have happened...not just in the past but this week itself..., the sneezing with water effects for example, or the fact that she is not very concerned if thats the word to be used that Shyam is baiting around her or that she knew ASR is upset with her so the natual scees would have been finind out why.

Therefore I feel logic and sense has long left this serial...the emotions too seem largely projected from his side

.and for some reason the makers believe and feel compelled to make her scenes seem comic...

As for her equation, I agree she does not need his permission, but like I wrote above ...if you land in your spouses office ...collect people and tempt them to that will not go well with your spouse...

Had they shown it in a less comic and more emotional way the scenes would have clicked better

I agree, yesterday the way he spoke to the new staff..and especially that "who the hell are you" was totally unclassy frankly uncouth...

I can understand arrogance, one can be arrogant about ones looks or skills...but arrogance does not equate to uncouth actions

You know some of the people I have worked are also bordering on the crossing a line...but they keep themselves out of our personal lives

As for Khushi,...I actually started watching this due to Sanaya's comic timing...and used to quite like it you know...eg the Khushi Kumaaariii Guptaaa

But whats been shown now, screaming shouting, sneezing...is very graceless and unclassy again

Great well balanced post

I said this in another post too that while the intent is noble the execution is so poor it fails to hold interest and in fact makes you pay more attention to what is lacking or stands out for the wrong reasons and frankly there was too much of that happening

Everyone has already spoken about the AR office and it's class or lack of..surprising for someone who thinks and portrays himself as sauve and classy. And what is with the "get back to work now!" every few minutes??!! In which organization would you have the boss screaming and shepherding people that way- so did not work!

And I am all for dignity of labor and showing Khushi as wanting to be independent but surely it can be done in a less brazen way.

The inconsistencies are way too many to dwell on so I won't- most of the times I am able to focus on the romantic aspects, the chemistry, the seriously good looking leads et al. And stay in the IPKKND halo for most of the day. However, lately every few episodes that becomes hard to do..sigh!

Have a good weekend and on the plus side there is the SPA awards to watch out for and focus on what's nice without having to consciously nudge logic into the background 😊

Labour and its respectability

I have always felt that not just Khushi, but Payal too needs to do something with their time and life...Its disheartening to see people who are clearly are in a crisis in their lives...not wanting to do anything about it...So I have always wanted Khushi to study😊...be independant ...be responsible and take charge of her own life😳

So yes its great to see Khushi do something meaningful...rather than decorate her room or sneeze at ASR's face or stop the water supply when he showers.😃👏👏

I feel there is dignity in labor...of any kind😃...I work at a senior management level as specialist...but at my office the guy who gets me my mails every day, my secretary, the woman who cleans by rubbish bin at my office...are also equally precious and are doing something with dignity to earn a living👏👏👏...and I respect that😃😳

So Khushi also deserves that respect and encouragement if she decides to work, educate or simply fend for herself😊 ...I loved Nani's dialogue today that each person must stannd on their feet.👏👏👏

Labored execution of scenes

Having said that, I feel the catering business scenes could have been better scripted😳...and I am not even going to logical or a realistic angle here...because logic and sense has long left this serial😆

I feel the writers and directors must know when to use a comic touch and when to be serious😳...Last week was a great week because they effectively used the comic touch only for some part of the bhaang scenes...but kept the other scenes on an emotional tangent.👏👏

This whole sequence of Khushi wanting to start her business and achieving independence...would have seemed much more relatable had they shot it using a more emotional angle or a realistic angle if you like...rather than an OTT comic angle..

Whichever way you swing...you cannot deny the scenes were wayyy over the top😆...I mean which employees are so desperate to grab food and eat or which person goes to an office and sells food by tempting people to eat. with a comic touch😆😆...

Would I go sell food in my spouses office ...maybe...However would I sell it as in such a gung ho manner smacking my lips, displaying food in front of everyones face and eating it...and all this while disregarding my own spouse's sensitivities...perhaps no😳...

Perhaps she could have gone to ASR's room first told him why she wants to do it ...he would have still been angry...but her actions would have come accross as much more graceful and dignified.😳.

Yes the context and the message of dignity of work is right...just that it could have been projected better.😳😳

Also they could have shown that Khushi thinks about it or a monologue that she wants to do something meaningful.

Secondly, while in my mind Khushi has all the right to decide what to do...typically we would like to inform people close to us why we are doing it...she does not want to inform ASR, hates him...fine...shou dshe not inform Payal? or Anjali?😳😳

The point is not that her supplying food embarrased her husband...it is how she has done it that has come accross as embarassing ...

Dignity of labor

More importantly its equally uncouth to ask people "who the hell are you"...the scenes again were in a bad light😳

I love ASR...but when he is out of line...he is out of line😳

But all is not lost even when it comes to him

That said credit must be given to him for one instance...he did attempt to ask her why she was doing that...in a civil manner...she of course was in a comedy mood😆😆😆

As to why he should get embarrased...sure he has done many embarrasing things himself...but at the end of the day...lets face it...a lot of us would be embarrased if our spouse turns up doing something which we are totally clueless about...wont we😳

As to why should she bother ...she should😊😊...if you keep all likings aside, she should😊...because when it comes to outside world ...and when all is said and done...ASR has still increasingly largely respected her...whether in front of the ladies who insulted her during the "muh dikhai' ceremony...or whether in front of Shyam...or whether today when he asked her to be referred to as "mam"😳

So in summary...welcome point that Khushi wants to do something, all for it😃...that said it could have been projected better as the comic scenes are taking away the grace...if not vis a vis her relationship with ASR, then at least vis a vis her relationship with Payal and Akash😊

I always wanted her to be financially independent (that too in this case of forced marriage)..i eexpected that she will do something like this witin the week of marriage...
she must maintain her dignity ..she must not be dependent on her husband who married her forcefully and is not ready to tell the reason..
financial independence is a must ...i too felt that it is not projected in a proper way..scenes were not connected...

These are logical tracks and its high time the CVs focus on them

Im all for working women as i and u are one of them😆 we aint women stuck to kitchen ..

Hasnt kushi been working even before marriage?? wasnt she the sole bread earner for her family??

She always has been a working women with dignity.. And u know what this is what i loved loved about kushi until diwali track..

And if u remember few days back in ur thread i myself had voiced out bout kushi and payal both need to work and be independent.. But i never expected this track to be followed this way

let her be a caterer or a supplier or anything that she wishes or will's to do, im just nt the one who thinks of dignity of labour.. let me explain where i find a problem in this track!!

totally forget the husband and wife scenario, think about ASR and KKGSR as two unknown people, imagine a women going with dabba's to ASR's office without even the consent of the companies head, be it a office of a millionaire or a small firm , who allows anyone to enter and gate crash at someone's office and behave as per their wish.. Is she Independent here?? Nope.

She used his name, his office knowing he wouldnt push her out, used his resources, made use of her MS claiming she is his wife whom she hates, and damn she is independent ,

tel me how😆 use ASR's resource, money, name everything and claim to be independent 😆

And now considering them as hubby and wife, i find out absolutely insulting and humiliating to him to find out what his wife is uptio from his employee's.. Im sorry this left a very bad taste in my mouth.. While im all for her working independently but her execution sucked..

I felt for ASR here, it was seriously cringe worthy scene for me..

Had she worked away from his office or away from him then i would cheer up for her but na she made use of his own resources to earn, and it is shameful to learn about what ur wife is upto frm other's. he even spoke about his image which totally went unheard..

If i can thrash and participate in a thread which is aginst ASR for his inhuman nature and domestic abuse though im a BS fan then i have all the rights to call kushi insensitive and inhuman when i find her wrong.. And i hv no regrets to say this...

But heck see now i dont see a single post about this mental abuse on ASR but when iys the other way round , we have a serious discussion and line up of petitions now its all fun..

IMO JW she is very insensitive towards Arnav.. I see no care and love at all from her side.

Its like ASR loves kuhsi, kushi loves laxmi, shyam loves kushi, loop closed..

Now if people say she is 18, 18 years women after being forced to marraige, after having an obsessed man behind her, after knowing that her hubby is hurt with her would nt be just bothered to earn Rs 300, where are the priorities ??

What about the 25000(car damage) + 100000 + 30000(hosp bill) that she has to pay Arnav, conveniently she forgot about it??

Arnav never hurted klushi intentionally, but has hurt her many many times, but never once he gloated on her pain or never laughed at her pain, he was always their to care for her, even after diwali fiasco he hurted her, but when he saw blood drops he went behind to tie bandage (temple bandage engagement), or even paying her father's hospital bill, he was nt even in love with her then why did he pay the bill?? its merely coz of humanity

Kushi also always had humanity, but now it has been missing..

Today her gloating bout him enjoying her food killed yest's happiness that she had when he enjoyed her food.

Arnav had said few days before to kushi that " Tumhari tho koi kaam nahi hoti meri bina" after she sung jeeji tera jetji dewani, and now she is proving that right time and again..

All the dabba ve's they are throwing at us are one sided from ASR and its annoying me now, how many times do we have to see him care for her, how depth his love is, what about her, will it never go beyond dhak dhak..

The inhe meetha mana hai, what the is getting too repetitive and has lost its charm🥱

The story in itself has lost its charm..

And ASR's office people why did the act like hungry dogs who has never seen food for days??

His office and staff they look so low life i tell u, why did they even get the office scene..

And i absolutely agree with u about Arnav's mannerism as well..

i hope the HT article from serious to slapstick gives a wake up call to CVs, the writer a few days back spoke so good about the show and said this is most watched SP show which is consistent and now she called Arnav a bland and ineffectual and kushi a annoying brat..

I am hoping the track to get better , otherwise though i watch the show for Barun , the story matter's to me, if the story gets annoying then it wud be time to say bye bye than hello hi..

And now she being called devi Annapoorna, she might as well take over his business and be called devi laxmi and he might be standing in front of her asking for job 😆

sorry for the long rant😆

About time the MU track is addressed and more focus is shown on clearing MU , and showing ASR-Shyam face off, kushi's feelings for Arnav..
