Just not grab but shove her against the wall hard as well and trap her there so along with Kushi all on my wall will be going dhak dhak 😆

I just wonder at the lack of creativity of the Creatives or the inability of audiences to appreciate hate / anger in any fashion other than a cave man act by the lead.. Though factually speaking, I think the cave woman was more likely to throw the man out! 😊
I think anyone who can find excuses for what Arnav did, or only see his pain throgh all of this - I just hope that none of you are lucky enough to get a man like that! Emotional torture and depicting it by glorifying it in the name of entertainment is wretched enough, to read people lapping it up and supporting Arnav through it it stomach turning! And now, whether ASR sleeps by the pool, in the kitchen or even at the doorstep, it really does not take away the fact that he behaved in a terrible manner!
But hey, I guess this is why we continue to get dished stuff like this and the producer / director / actors etc have a good laugh at an audience that is incapable of demanding or asking for anything more!
And this aint ending yet! The Raizadas have invited a whole bunch of neighbours to ridicule and taunt young Khushi and put themselves through the wringer! Welcome to two more weeks of tissue boxes and glycerin bottles!

I read through the last 7-8 pages, and saw the various POVs of Pro & anti ASR/DV in the thread. I would like the members in the forum to think of the alternate situation. Imagine if Khushi was the rich businesswoman and Arnav , the financially insecure guy whose sister's marraige was on the verge of diaster , Khushi trying to protect her brother's marriage with a woman who has been having designs on Arnav.

Wonder what would have been the reaction of all those young girls who are romantising ASR's actions/behavior. Would they take Khushi's actions with a inch of salt? or label her as a vamp, who forced poor helpless Arnav and blackmailed him into a contract marriage ?

This is nothing guys!!!!!!

i remember there is another serial where a real full time abuser is supported and called awww cute he is...still worse is that the person is OPCD person...and when there was post there about the female lead leaving the male lead!!!! gosh there was so many persons supporting it...still worse was the fact even marital rape was justified there!!!! some said such thing happen in every married couples life's...guy wants and girl is oh i am not so in mood...so there's nothing to worry!!!!

i just hope that cvs don't go to that extent to drag drama, create sympathy for the female lead...and still worse hope people don't end up defending even that!!!!!!!

edit:

Lets just imagine that in some freaky accident Shyam dies...and Arnav still does not know the truth and so he continues hating Khushi (awww so cute you know!!!!!)and loving her as an afterthought!!!!

here enters some estranged brother of Khushi who sees that Khushi is being troubled unnecessarily by Raizada man (lets think ticking of Shyam was him mastermind!!!!)...Khuhsi does not know why she is being hated and punished so she will not be able to explain to her brother...so this dashing guy put any guy you like the most her other than BS...Karan singh Grover, Karan tacker any one for that matter he takes over AR industires and takes over ASr's office and then has him thrown out of office and then cries lot saying sorry Arnav i never wanted to do this but for my sister i have to do it...lets imagine even that person acts very well and he portrays all this extreme emotions of hating and liking/admiring ASR very well will we support him... Let say he actually like ASR ways of working and his designs but just to take revenge and close down AR he insults the designs...but puts secret trust for ASR so that ASR can use it when he is penniless!!!!! and keeps probably Anjali happy as far as i can see that is only thing he needs right...so guys would you love this guy...after he does not purposefulness hurt ASR...he just mistakes that ASr is cruel to Khushi right!!! he just assumes that ASR is not innocent so he hurts him...so will he be right for you guys!!!!

Sad that people are so disillusioned that they fight left right and left to prove that what the character they admire is right!!!!!

So sad!!!! and many still do not want to understand want is domestic violence and are romanticizing it!!!!

This is something very close to me, because I've seen my mom suffer (she's still with him). Delusioned into thinking that he's the perfect husband, and he just has this "bad streak that comes out only once in a while". She love this show btw. and finds what ASR is doing to be perfectly fine. I wouldn't expect anything more anyway, the show is an extension of the perfect love story that she never had

Coming to the show, I've found myself giving Arnav way too much leeway for his actions, always thinking that he still had a shot at redemption. but it's all gotten way out of control now...he's shown classic examples of an abuser, and worse it's being romanticized!! I've had enough of this in my life, I don't need to see it on television. To be honest, I actually liked Shyam better for Khushi (BEFORE WE FOUND OUT ANYTHING ABOUT HIM, before you guys think I'm crazy). He was nicer, more civilized, and actually knew how to treat a woman (now we know why he was like that though!). Can we just please get KKG away from the douches...and towards someone more nicer? LIKE NK PERHAPS! he was the sweetest, most kindest, and the best male character on the show...by far!

and anyway, i always found the whole 18year old girl falling in love with a much older man to be very disturbing...add in some man-handling, two beautiful leads and you've got yourself a HOT PASSIONATE LOVE STORY FOR THE MASSES! 🤢 way to go cv's, way to go!

hey mandymeggy, firstly🤗 and kudos for having guts to tell your story and relating it to the show. I myself also have seen much emotional abuse in my extended familly. the guy is an asshole who gets kicks from putting down his wife/ mother in law and reducing the poor woman to tears everytime! and yes, she is still with him.. after 30+ years of marriage and emotional abuse.

secondly, this show.. i cant/wont complain about the story line. that the writers choice. but i can and will complain is that at the end of the day, shows have an impact on the people. so, its the channel/ production house's responsiblity to make sure it doesnt impart any NEGATIVE messages.
how MANY times, have we been influenced to make simple choices like clothes/shoes after we see a movie? as humans we tend to get influenced by everything around us, and more so by the most popular medium of our time.

when shows like IPKKND show abuse even for a short time, its an insult to women who have suffered mild-severe forms of abuse and it DOES influence people. I dont give a flying flip about how ASR himself is suffering- i care about the MESSAGE thats been sent out!
as a channel, they have to be more sensitive towards people and behaviors.

TO all the OTHERS out there: rape and bitch-slapping ARENT the ONLY forms of abuse. so, yes, whatever ASR did, in many people's mind is abusive... i am SHOCKED by the CRAP people spew out sometimes.

coming to the show; manydmeggy, i COMPLETELY iagree with you in regards to shyam. I would even go to say, EVEN after the truth came out, he only once/twice lost his cool. the obvious one being on the night of Sangeet. he has been more of a gentleman to Khushi than Arnav ( leaving aside the bigamy crap, analysing just behavior). that is something that has always struck me when i see these two men: ASR: hot tempered, tempermental, unpredictable, rough; Shyam: cheater, but calm, gentleman who shows basic respect to women.

PS: i am not saying Shyam is a better man; just comparing their behavior towards KKG.

Serial junkie,
Some one had blasted "middle aged aunties" wanting to see such male dominated abusive crap. Unfortunatley I havent met even one such female.
Its unfortunate and inappropriate to blame the middle aged women.
Though I have met 1000s of teens, pre teens and 20 somethings that glorify crimes as being "hot" and romantic.
So called well educated teens and pre teens dont have a clue what abuse is😭😭😭😭
I have a female friend, whose hubby threw her out of the house BARE FEET when she was 8 MONTHS PREGNANT, after a fight, in Michigan in 1 foot of snow!!!
He did not hit her or or punch her
Just verbally abused her like our "hottie" ASR
BTW one important point he happens to be "hotter" than ASR and Hritik Roshan or any other screen "hotties".😉😃😳😳😳
I am sure the drool factor and "heat" of that kept her warm and sizzling all nite long!!😳😳😳😳
Just as the thought of ASR pinning Khushi down on bed with his "masculine" arms will keep her "hopeful" and "gushy" and "feeling romantic" all nite long by the pool😳😳😳
The fact that he has a wooden expression sitting on the wooden recliner might help a lot too😃😉😳
Afterall, this is what marriage is all about, "getting a high" from being insulted and manhandled and then romanticizing it.
I heard something on NPR last week about the soaring teen pregnancy rates and was told most teens "believe" drinking bleach the morning after or being romantic during those certain "days" will not make them pregnant!
There is truth
AND there is what you want to make of it!😃😃
I rest my case!😃😃

Since we are so focussed on staying true to "real life"🤢

How about Khushi calling the cops on him?
Even that happens in real life😃😃😃
I would love to see the "sexy" "brooding" man locked up with his blue tooth in place!😆😆😆
Nah!
I will just take a "romantic" SBB or SBS
OR
Khushi following him faithfully like a puppy dog calling out "Arnavji" 😳😳😳😳Arnavji" "Aap hame kab maaf karenge?"
Wearing two boxes of sindoor and three dozen glass bangles to celebrate the sham marriage!!
Yep!
I think I will take that...
She has NO reason to be in that house.
There was ZERO reason for the marriage
Akassh cannot throw Payal out
She should have walked out "stoically" "strong" with the grief of the "deep dark secret" buried inside her!
But then we wouldnt have had a bare chested ASR pinning her down first on the bed😳😳😳, then calling her a ---- later😳😳😳!!
So I guess this is just appropriate

if people are comfortable watching a fictional character being abused on screen , they are comfortable watching abuse(mental /physical/emotional) around themselves in reality. Wonder how many of them actually enjoy such situations in real life as they are enjoying in the fiction. IF love in whatever form represents the behavior of the protagonist in the show, then what will be his hatred like??

PS : No one hates the character ASR because , may be subconsciously, the line between the actor(who is much adored) and the character has been blurred...

Just wiat and watch. Kushi tearing ASR's shirt while wearing it, will be called domestic violence by the you know whos. They will say, she should be banned for spoiling his shirt. But what they wont realize is Kushi is trying to make him shirtless so all of them can faint.
Sorry couldn't resist. Such is the mentality here, that I almost think SP hires people to write such posts where it is mentioned, the heorine chose to be the victim and the saas / pati are just playing their roles and they will change. I wouldn't put it past them. They have the top rated serials and everyone of them have about this kind of glorification only.
Edit - Yikes shirtless was missing the R. 🤢

I read some place recently that
"Instincts of self preservation and self defence are the very FIRST thing a child learns, in the first year of their life"
Only Desi TV bahus are wired differently!😆😆😆😆😆
Their instinct is to protect the langda baap, andhi ma, selfish narcisstisic badi behen lecherous pati of honey waali nanad.
Such characters should be "manufactured" for real life, we could solve all the world problems in a week
Then we can abuse and dump them😳😳😳
"It happens in real life"😳😳😳😳
