not a crappy," I love you and you are so wonderful, therefore all is forgiven" kind of forgiveness...

After today's episode, I can see a major separation coming up once the truth is disclosed ... Khushi forgives Arnav all right ... but the love and trust will take FAR longer to build up all over again ... so like you said ... "I forgive you for doing what you did to save your sister, because I did what I did to save mine - now leave my life" ...

and he has to really move heaven and earth to get her back. That is what I want ... we had better get that, and not the "I love you so all is forgiven" lines.

No wonder BS was a little defensive about Arnav's character today ... you're right ... this is probably the lowest Arnav has fallen ... even more than the dropping Khushi from the office window scene ...

And Star One is defunct now ... Star Plus seems to be taking over all the youth programs ... though with the storyline getting so grim, this definitely deserves a later slot ... it has suddenly moved very much into the adult bracket. But SP has so many shows in its kitty, IPK is doing very well for it in this slot, I doubt they'll move it in a hurry.

And if you look at it, other shows like Pratigya have apparently shown much more regressive tracks ... (I don't watch it so can't comment in detail) ... I don't know what the channel policy is for type of shows and time slots - this show was always touted as a dark mature intense love story - they have taken eight months to get it to the really intense phase, that's all.

just my 2 cents again,
What's wrong with ending the serial in a logical way at the right time?
Pride and Prejudice (and its ilk like say Wuthering Heights, or even Dotta a bengali classic from the same period) was written in 1813 but today in 2012, we are still fantasizing about the leads, thinking about what happened next, enjoying imagining Darcy and Elizabeth in their happy married life and making at least 13 remakes at last count!
Surely that would be success instead of prolonging a story that is really over, unnecessarily? by over I mean once we see the love blossom and revealed, the trust established, the passion shown and they are supremely happy. My voyeuristic instincts will be quite satisfied by that and keep me fantasizing about them for the next 10 years just as I do with P&P and other fav classics.
I would honestly rather not see prolonged and painful scenes of artificially created barriers or Arnav planning family vacations and worrying about the children's school and Khushi struggling with kids homework and activities 😆

^^ I don't think IPKKND will go on that long 😆 Arnie planning family vacations in Disneyland is unimaginable 😆

But they will make sure the show runs for at least a couple of years - or they will want to ... so every time the leads get near confession - one hurdle ... then near marriage - another hurdle ... then consummation - another hurdle ... you get the drift 😆

Hey Diya... Sorry for late reply.. actually was planning to reply in detail asI generally like to do for your posts... but got held up in work..

Last week.. all about heart break.. lack of trust.. agony.. confusion.. and tears... But I liked the way story is moving ahead.. I wanted some progress in Snake's story and it's happening now..
It will be a treat to watch Aranav and Khushi harao Snake .. But in this process we will be missing our Khushi.. I wish Aranv's redemption will bring her back... I want my chirpy-bubbly tigress back... I dont want her to cry buckets.. uske liye Payal aur Anji bahut hain yaar.. and yeah Arnav too got to STOP crying now and take some more actions... Punishing Khushi is not enough.. he has to start on his POA to disarm Snake totally and thrash him.. does he have a POA now ????

Cheers,
Monsi
