I think the twist may be that Arnav sends Khushi back to GH after her wedding. This puts her back in home with a bad name; so she is going to face all the 'societal' pressure, with no support from her family... hurt and humiliated in front of society.. but not exactly by him, though he is the real reason...

Once she knows the truth behind the wedding, she will understand him and love him more, but will take some or long time to forgive him...

Arnav loves her silently still. He can't stop it... So hence the 4th promo...

For khushi..no matter its only 6 months..for ehr MARRIAGE IS MARRIAGE..she will be of arnav's forever

Khushi may not be everyone's ideal of a modern woman but she has some qualities that are irrefutable:-

1. She is not capable of hating anyone. Even with Shyam, she despises his actions but still strongly believes, however naive, that he will reform for the baby.

2. She has never meant ill for anyone, least of all for Arnav. She will struggle and fight to redeem her marriage, even if it has an expiry date. She believes in the institution of marriage and she will do everything that is expected of a devoted and faithful wife.

3. Arnav will probably not send her back to GH, because, if he does, he cannot monitor the comings and goings of Shyam or khushi. This way, he keeps an eye on both of them and can intervene at will.

4. Khushi will suffer because Arnav will be distant and she will feel that to him marriage is just a deal like any other. She will come to believe that Arnav is not capable of love and can only make deals. But somewhere along the way she will find out about his past from Anjali and then she will decide to heal his wounds of the past.

These are of course, my predictions, and they have never known to come true :-))

As for khushi writing a memoir of "Sleeping with ASR", not happening. She has too much self respect and shame to reveal such intimate details for public consumption.

Khushi is a very positive character, she always sees the good in people and no matter how much life brings her down, she bounces back with more determination. Its not in her to hate anyone, and Arnav...not at all. She will be hurt, but hate is a very strong word. Once she finds out whhy Arnav is doing what he's doing, she'll even stop hurting.
