TRP Kings of the internet?

Hey all,

Im quite a silent member on this forum,

But i thought don't u think IPKKND is the TRP King of the internet?

I mean our show is by far the most poular serial on Star Plus

However trp's don't reflect this because a lot of people watch it online!

I think there should be a way that all of the views get counted including online,

because this is where most of the IPKKND views come from!

I once read about the StarOne actors saying they we're the trps kings of the internet, because though the trps wernt the highest they were still ruling the internet and i feel this also applies to IPKKND!

Also the trp's only reflect India! Im in the UK and here i beleive this drama is the most popular here; and im sure it is in many of the other countries ouside of india!

They should count the trps globally, then our IPKKND would be flying through the roof 😊😃

The only reason i am saying all of this is because when the story gets really good for us, for example more of the leads the Trps sometimes go down because usually a lot of the people who are conributing to the trps don't like that stuff, they prefer the saas-bahu stuff, and becasue of this the storyline changes and starts foucusing on other stuff and we don't want that 😭!

P.S I love this show; its by far the best on indian television!

These days trps is just a joke...people watch it online and also nowadays there are record-able set topbox, how will they calculate trp...

trps is just there to earn from ads..thats it...

I agree with you. trp doesn't really show the actual popularity of this show simply because it does not count the international success it has abroad because I am sure it is the most popular show outside of India and the Internet is proof of this. I feel opinions on what or how a storyline is shown and how popular a story line is, is more to do with where you were brought up because you opinions will depend on your cultural background or which country you live in so therefore no offence to anyone but as you have said usually a lot of the people who are contributing to the trps don't like that stuff, they prefer the saas-bahu drama because of culture differences and also I suppose this show is more popular with younger people therefore more demand on the net.

I completly agree with you...

I was saying the same other day to my friend. There should definately be a way for that as I think IPKKND is among the most watched show onlile.

I stay in India but still can't watch it on TV due to office hours and other reasons but I make it a point to watch it online every day sometime watching the same episodes over and over again or watching old episodes.

There should defiantely be some way to find this out..
