A lot of people are unable to accept that ASR is so much concerned about Anjali at this point.

A lot of people feel ASR loves Anjali more and doesn't love Khushi enough.

Anjali is his sister and a 'mother figure' for ASR.

Love for Mother/sister and love for Wife/partner cannot be compared. it is completely different.

You cannot ask a man who he loves more...his wife or his mother?

You cannot ask a woman who she loves more...her husband or her father?

It is not so difficult to think realistically about this. Many members are married here or have bf / fiance.

Ask yourself...who do you love more?

Your dad or your hubby?

Your brother or your BF?

All these are different kinds of love. They can't and shouldn't be compared.

So why is ASR's love for Anjali and Khushi getting compared?

Sandy, it is two different kinds of love as Dee said!

This is what I wrote:

For me the moment, when he screamed for his mother and immediately thought about Khushi was a defining moment! It showed his love for Khushi and how he needed her in a very different way, compared to his sister! He cares for and protects his sister and his sister is his world, but he needs Khushi's love to complete him!

That is true is true, I wouldn't personally choose any man...I would choose a friend or my mum😉

But to add on to your point, from the beginning of the show they have showed us viewers the close and strong bond between ASR and his Ji, just because his realised his fallen in love in the past few weeks, it does not mean the bond is going to disappear.
Remember he has the thought of his Di and Jijajis betrayal and also Khushi having an affair with the maggu all running through his head, he feels betrayed and angry and sad (I could go on with the emotions)...so the love for Khushi has disappeared for now, the concern for his sister is priority...this is a man on a mission. We just have to wait, watch and see what happens next.😊

Arnav is the protector in the family... for Anjali and also Khushi...
He needs Anjali to watch over him like a sister/mother and he needs Khushi to share his pain!
Since when we have to pick one or the other in the family...Which one would you choose... your right eye or the left?
Lets not forget that Arnav thinks Khushi betrayed him, so he is not in the mindset to shower his love on her right now... as per focusing on Anjali... the girl is an emotional wreck from the start, on top of a cheating husband, she is now with child... ofcourse, she deserves her baby brother's full attention... am I wrong?

True...the two cannot but be compared...

One thing we have to remember is that ASR at this point supposedly thinks that Khushi doesn't love him back...if there was no misunderstanding...he wouldn't have chosen between the two of them...but protected both of them...

Seriously Fari...why don't people get it...I am so disappointed with the topics out there...I am this close to losing it...

Just in one day...People have turned ASR to a monster...HOW IN THE WORLD...??

It cannot and should not be compared. Each has its place. You explained this very well. I feel the point that people are making and it is not coming across is that his love for his sister has blinded him but to his defence it is his emotions that is fueling his anger. People feel that he is a Tycoon, people do not achieve this level of success being onesided, they look at the entire picture before jumping to conclusions, ASR has not done this, they feel his heart should have given Khushi a chance to explain and if she did the Production Team felt we should not be privy to forgetting why we tune in to this everyday, this is not someone's personal matter, it is a what we tune in for, so if people are venting it is because we are dissapointed and we feel betrayed as an audience as well.
