An onion has layers...and layers...u know...ideally just the thick skin should be peeled off to enjoy the flavor...but for the enthusiastic cooks...u can keep peeling...n peelin..n peelin...till the veggie completely disappears...right under ur eyes...no onion!! loss of flavor...

Some forum members love to peel..with heavy duty knives..and lets not forget ...the more u peel...the more u cry...hey for flavors sake..just remove the outer thick cover that needs to be removed...can u not decimate the whole thing!!

A show is just that ...a show...an onion!!
