Hatred track begins later because of Arnav's past

As the promo of IPKKND tells, Khushi is the reason behind Arnav's past and the hatred track begins when Arnav comes to know about the reason for his past and so hatred track may not be there now because of Shyam. 2 hatred tracks wont be there i guess. Now Arnav may speak to Khushi regarding Shyam and they may come to solution of getting married or else Shyam will be behind Khushi and then in future track Arnav may come to know abt his past.

I dont believe Arnav and Kushi's past will bring a hatred track. I mean what can Kushi do for something that happened years ago when she was little and possibly involved her parents. She's not responsible for what happened between her family and Arnav's.

If there is going to be a hatred track it should be this; the shyam-Kushi revelation. I mean Kushi is partly at fault for hiding the truth for this long.

So a hatred track is justifieble right now.

but I dont see how their past can enduce a hatred track when Kushi would not be at fault for anything.

In Promo 4 they will show what will happen when Arnav comes to know about the fact that Khushi is responsible for his past. His past is the key for the story of IPKKND not Shyam i guess.
