..😭 I am totally dependent on IPKKND... I feel like I have nothing else in life except to think of ARHI... Now I no why people do drugs.. Probably they feeel high all the time like me when I think of IPKKND... I am not able to accept hat its just a fiction... Its ruining my life😡... BUt its so beautifulll I feeel like I am falling in love again... It gives me that same feeling... All the heart beats... All the confusion... 😳 ... I hope I Can be normal. again.. I pity my poor hubby.. He is being royally ignored by me.. N poor chap does not even no why... Its like me having extramarital affair LOL>> only its not real... Thank DEVi MAyya for that😆

I think we all need to visit a rehabilitation center for this addiction cure.No IPK for few months and we might be saved. But we might get panic attacks without IPK...😉

Seriously, when this happened to me for GHSP, it was something I had never experienced before

I'm 33, a professional, I like books and movies, I've got friends and family

For 8 months, from early May 2010 till the end of Jan 2011-- it was as if nothing existed except GHSP

I had some major exams, which I pass only thanks to God's grace-- I revised probably only 40% of the time I should have been revising.

This type of addiction I think happens to us all at some time

I wasn't the only one like this-- I've made some amazing friends who ALL experienced this for the first time with GHSP

I am sure here on this IF, there are many people who are experiencing this for the first time with IPK

Find some good friends, make some connections-- God works in myterious ways, and its possible that He's using IPK to introduce you to people/ ideas that you might not meet in other ways

Don't be alarmed

Do limit yourself to staying away from IPK at work

Do look for help, either here or in other ways, if you find it's taking over your life

That's such sweet advise. I am going to take it. I am going to take some breaks at least from IF visits and see.

Me too...Sometimes I wish wish for the episodes to be mediocre..so I loose the addiction😉

Me too. My husband and children are complaining but I can not shake the addiction. My work is piling up too.

But it will pass, don't worry. Once the show starts to deteriorate, it will pass

don't worry-- you will get your life back at some point

It took me and my friends about 9 months when we did this with GHSP, but IPK has been much better at keeping the quality high, and I think that you'll probably be this way for at least another 4-5 months

In January 2011, after the GHSP wedding and then the subsequent decline of the show-- I felt like I got my life back. I had lost contact with family members, friends and even the world over the past 8 months-- i realised how obsessed I had become

My llife has since come back to me.

Funnily it fills a huge void in life. Like since I am abroad away from cherished people, I feel lonely. Being in IF and IPKKND fills that. So I sometimes lose myself in the vortex. But when I get mad at myself is when I am not myself. I am usually very attuned to people around me and help them in my own way and try to be with them.
