NK brought Arnav jealousy out and helped him find his true love...ever time it was arshii scene he was there behind them...he made Arnav jealous now after knowing he found his love he helped them take picture next to each other...he don't even ask kushi ji u and e pic...
See the way he is showing pictures and saying to Nanak u look good especially the bangles one...
Arnav expressions said u r helping me...
I knew from the begining NK likes Arnav like the others in the family and he also knew his pain and kushi wad the only one to ease that pain do indirectly he played to get them together...
At the canawala place too when Arnav was talking tensed like he felt he had lost kushi he was there...and helped him out when he is running out of words.by cutting in...
I am sure NK will say while leaving I know u love from day1 itself...
