Khushi was walking through the garden to eventually get through Arnav's room where the box with all the props had ended up. She was totally surprised when both her performance had gotten her a perfect 10 and brought the girl's side back in the game. Just as she was about to enter through the glass doors, two very unfamiliar hands grabbed her. Hands that felt rather filthy on her own body.

Khushi turned around to see who it was and it was none other then the creepster Shyam.

Shyam: Khuhsi-ji aaj toh aapne kamal kardia apne dance se. He said still holding her hand.

Khushi: Leave my hand right now.

Shyam: No Khuhsi-ji you will have to listen to me today. He said moving in closer to her.

Khushi: Don't come near me or else…

Shyam: Or else what Khushi ji..? He said pushing her against the wall..Why do you keep threatening me..what do you think is gonna happen someone will see us like this?

Khushi is flustered, she was used to being treated like this by her Laad Governor, but with him the feeling was very different. It was definitely one of fear…but fear of submitting to her own inner feelings when he looked into his eyes. With Shyam she couldn't even look into his eyes for fear of the filth she saw there.

Shyam was creeping on up closer to Khushi.

Khushi had started to get tears in her eyes. While these tears would have made her Laad Governor understand her pain immediately, they were having no effect on Shyam who just kept on getting closer to her and Khushi feared what he would do next.

Khushi: She said sobbing and in anger, let me go this instance, when Shyam didn't listen, she stepped on his foot.

Just then she saw that Arnav ji was in his room, talking on his bluetooth. Shyam yelped from the pain of her heel on his foot. Shyam looked in the same direction as Khushi and when he saw Arnav there he decided to make a run for it.

Meanwhile Arnav had heard a faint sound of yelling somewhere in the background, he hung up the call and turned around to see Khushi by the poolside area.

Arnav walked over to Khushi

Khushi was still a bit in tears out of fear of Shyam but had let out a sigh of relief knowing Arnav was close by.

Arnav moved on closer and saw the remains of tear drops on Khushi's cheeks.

He moved his hands to her face and gently wiped away the tears.

Arnav: Khushi, you were crying?

Khushi fixed herself up immediately and denied his claim.

Khushi: No, I'm absolutely fine.

Arnav: No Khushi, don't lie to me, tell me what happened.

Khushi: I'm telling you it's nothing.

Arnav: Khushi are you crying because you think I'm angry at you poking fun of me.. Well he said smiling..Khushi it's nothing like that..maine bilkul bura nahi mana..in fact your performance was very good.

Khushi just stood there lost in her thought s about what Shyam could have done if Arnav wasn't there.

When Arnav noticed Khushi's lost look he realized this wasn't the reason for her tears.

Arnav: Khushi please tell me what happened? Why are you upset?

Arnav held her hand gently and as he did so he saw red marks on her arms and hands.

Arnav was boiling with anger.

Arnav: Khushi, yeh kisne kiya? he said pointing to the marks. Although he had man-handled Khushi himself multiple times, he had always regretted given her the pain later on and now to imagine someone else hands on her..he just couldn't take it.

Khushi stood there mum not knowing what to tell him.

Arnav: Khushi tell me dammit who did this to you? Was it you fianc? Did he dare show up here to bother you?

Khushi couldn't believe that Arnav had cared so much about her and had figured out the reason for all this but she knew she couldn't tell him the truth not on a day like this when everyone was so happy.

Khushi let go of his hand that was holding her hand.

Khushi: Nahi, I don't find it necessary to tell you anything…Anyway aapko kya farak padtha hai…I think you are most concerned with winning the competition right Mr. Raizada, so I think we should both head back over there instead of inquiring about me.

Arnav: Khushi! He said pulling her back and this time against the wall. Why do you think mujhe farakh nahi padtha, farakh padtha hai dammit bohut farakh padtha hai.

Khushi stared into his eyes which held a softness that she had never scene this close before.

As she stared back she was hesistant to ask but whispered: "Kyun"

Arnav: Kyunki, I can't digest the fact that someone else had the audacity to touch you like this…I can't handle the fact that someone besides me brought tears into your eyes…Only I have that right Khushi..only I have the right to give you both pain and happiness and you know that…

Khushi stood there lost in his words..

Khushi: "Kyun" she repeated again..

Arnav: Because…

And then they heard Anjali announce, and now for out tie breaking performance dulhan ki behen and dulha ka bhai……

Khushi: Humain chalna chaiyay…she ran away from Arnav's grips before he could say anything…

Although Khushi was going to dance with NK in the final round, Arnav went after Khushi and stepped in for NK…and during the Teri Meri dance sequence he made his feelings know to Khushi..through his eyes, through his gestures…through the heartbeats that she felt during their close dance…the heart that spoke out her name in between heartbeats… And during the dance everytime Arnav saw Khushi walk away from him he felt his breath hitch..and then in his mind echoed Anjali's words.. "Jab who door jayegi toh saansein rukh si jayengi"…So Khushi did exist in his every breath and Arnav wasn't going tolet her go this easily he decided pulling Khushi back towards him into a hug as the dance ended…
