I know, it's not really an OS more like a scene but I wish they had at least showed some concern on his part but Arnav doens't really seem to care anymore. Otherwise why does he not care that her fiance onviously did something big enough to make her cry and then break off the engagement.

Exactly, he just doesn't seem to have any concern anymore! He didn't care about her fiance, he didn't care that she'd taken him at his word and initally not come to the party and he didn't care about where she'd gone in the middle of the night without even her phone!
