i wonder how two will sit and decide on what further plan to do.

Hey Sush.. Yep, a good episode, though a bit absurd in patches, but you can never take that away from IPK right?

Everyone's already said the main things, so not much left to comment. But what I loved the most was Payal, that girl was so amazing. The fact that the CVs decided to bring up the issue of her broken marriage shocked me, cause I felt they'd just ignore it. And most importantly, the fact that they brought up Arnav's realisation on how he was also responsible for it was another unexpected thing. And though the rest of the scene was comic, Payal's outrage was done well, Deepali really deserved an applause.

Now coming to ASR, I think what he did is for Aakash. Yes, he does realise he almost destroyed someone's sister's life, but the main thing that led to him agreeing was seeing how shattered Aakash looked. When ASR sees Aakash proposing to Payal, his first reaction is his usual aukat argument, saying that his brother will not become a "halwai", cause he saw that she's Khushi's sister. But then later on, when he actually sees Aakash sad, he realises what Payal means to his brother, and then comes the decision to get Payal for him. At this point, he doesn't even know whether Payal loves Aakash or not, cause she'd just refused Aakash. But since Aakash loves her, he has to make the deal, as he said himself. Then the aukat and all doesn't matter, cause his brother comes first. And yep,, probably the aukat doesn't even matter to him deep down as we've seen him in mami's case too... He just uses that for Khushi.
I think the fact that ASR realises he was responsible for Payal's broken marriage, and the sisters having to shift to Delhi will be used now, cause ASR-Khushi will be having more scenes together. So maybe we see another apology or something? But yeah, inside he probably feels responsible for Payal's suffering, and hence takes it upon himself to set things right.

Another bit I loved abt the epi, which I spoke abt in another thread was the Arnav-Aakash scene, and the subtle touches in it... The way Aakash just opens up to Arnav, and then he goes, "Sorry bhai, kuch zyaada hi bol diya.." reflecting that they don't really share the typical brothers relationship, they're both kinda formal and uncomfortable showing affection. Yet the concern which ASR has is so evident.

The bit that put me off was the public show at the cafe. Typical OTTness. And then the public laughing and watching the tamasha...

Sorry for my rant...Guys...I think I am feeling that he is making the status difference a non-issue for Payash...but for Khushi he has made it a big issue...As much as I loved todays episode...I think I am saying...NOT FAIR!!!

ASR CAN and does have double standards for the Lucknow siblings simply because one affects him and the other doesn't...If Akash is determined not to regret his decision for the rest of his life...then fine...he will get his halwai, I mean candy...
