Why he asked like that.

I start reading between lines too much.

Surely he will say after marriage if Kushi continues with the same style.

He did not have any expectations from lavanya, but had expectation from KKG, that she will understand his lifestyle, Y? seriously? gud mudda!!!!!

She is just ean employee, she is not going to stay there with him, than y did he expect this!

Arnav understood that Khushi's way of thinking is because of how she was raised and realized that he was expecting too much of her to understand his lifestyle. He is the complete opposite, he doesn't believe in marriage. The part he didn't believe is the fact Khushi did not back off despite being told to, instead she continued to meddle which only angered Arnav.
