1-One child in Anjali's lap,one tugging the pallu of her Saari...*imagination*. She's free from that responsibilty.The responsibilty that comes with being a mother.

2-She think her husband is so loyal that she simply keeps no check on him.Now that's what i call TRUST😃.Hubby bongio pe bongia maarey,Patni Sahiba ko Shakk jaise bemari bhi na ho.Wah bhaye wah,kya kehne.

3-She isn't suffering from Financial crisis,hence she ain't supportin her hubby by doing some job like most women in real life have to do.

4-She gets to live in her Maika even after her marriage.Every girl wishes for that😳

5-No saas,no sister-in-law-No in law responsibilities

6-She gets to wear pretty saris every now and then and remains tip top through out the day.

7-She has a younger brother who does not teases her like usually lill brothers do..They make u feel like u can bang ur head to the door lol(sometimes that is..)

8-If her younger brother tells her "its my house" she leaves the house & then her brother brings her back through one piece of poetry.If my brother uses the same dialogue and am like i am leaving the house.he's like Finallyy...Go already😆

9-She doesn't has to cook food.In our culture,its usually a women who cooks but whatta say,The servents r a blessing😳

10-One job that she has to do.Remain present in the "Round & round"..I could take that responsibilty😃

After all this,i only have one question!!

How many would want a life like Anjali's?😆

*sigh*if only life was suchhh a drama😆

haha great post meepha..yess i'd looove a life like that..man i fight alot with my bro,and he keeps saying *yeah you guys are gonna soon go away to ure sasurals and this house will be mine* every time we fight..so id love to lead a life like anjali does..no tension of pati,coz u have money,a palace like house to live in even though your hubby's a jerk without any proper salary..the best part is no in-laws ka pressure,that's what every girl frets over after marriage..lol

We see all the good things in her life right now!! When one gets to know wat she had suffered in the past not many would want to be in her place. Not that I know wat happend, but it sounds quite tragic! betrayal by her own people! must hav been so bad that she has gain the disablity on her leg 😭 but ofcourse she is also lucky she has a capable brother!!! :(

N With all the good things that u mentioned in her life she is a lovely sister!! And a lovely wife!! Except poor thing doesn't know her husband is cheating on her!! But I m sure her wrath and prayers etc will bring him back one day!!

I too wish life is like a tv serial.. I love how Anjali Di lives but I hate the fact that she's showing too too much loyalty towards her husband when he's being disloyal to her.

Great post!!

I wouldn't want the life of Anjali... it's well, Boring! Yes, not worrying about finances one bit, or getting to wear pretty new clothes is always nice, but aside from all that, there is no productivity what so ever. We don't get to see her wanting to "become something in life" or get to hear her goal/aspirations- she has a limp, but thats really no excuse for not working-even if its just for fun. I wish they wouldn't portray her as a trophy wife. ( I'm not hating on her, but as a young modern woman, that's just what i feel. I know shes playing a character, so no offense)

I just had a a 2 month vacation where all i wanted to do was sleep watch tv , and well do nothing but chill out-- accomplished! :) but secretly, i really missed college, and the whole having work to do and being productive. I couldn't wait to go back. Yeah, we all complain about how we hate hw, test, our professors, our bosses, our work... etc but the fact is without all of it, life is kinda dull- beside the festivals and occasions we wouldn't have much to look forward to.

TV serial life tho definitely cool hoga...

you do bring out some parts of Anjali's life that seem okay...

But, it would be quite a bore not to know what hubby does??, or who are his friends?? etc...I would not like that at all...in many ways she seems too dumb for the real world😕

i agree.She doesnt acts like a women of this century.
She seems to come from my dadi's dadii zamana😛
but i hope after Shyaam truth comee out,th CV's will show this side of Anjali.
