But I guess in the long run ASR to may change to an extent...

I will like the change in the sense that he becomes more smiling and positive about life,he has a different type of sense of humor,no need for him to go the KKG way.

I like the broody ASR ,, watched a few epis of BHPH but was not moved to raputres . I for one would not want ASR to become all sanguine and comic.. The beauty of AS lies in the brood for me!!

I think a non broody ASR can be interesting too,just imagine him smiling and being positive,of course he does not need to be all jumpy jumpy and hyper.

He is not going to be broody always,he can't even be.How can he be unhappy for the rest of the show?Also there was something like KKG will change him in an article.

He can influence KKG for the better too.He should.

Okay he can continue to be so pessimistic but wouldn't you like it if he stops hating his life.

Wow Anchal you just gave a simple opinion,you have every right do so.There's no need to interpret it in a different way.

Barun is just fine as ASR,he might have been good as Shravan,I haven't seen him in BHPH.

And earlier I felt Sanaya was an average actor,but now she has grown as an actor and IMO she is better than Barun,at the moment.

And we don't want Barun to get replaced,where did that come from,I am surprised!😕

Yep I hope the broody quotient remains there ..I am not averse to him smiling and being positive but what I referring to being another Shravan..It is hindi telly after all..and each to his own

Thanks for you earlier comment. I am glad that you see that bluntness doesn't always bode well in a virtual environment. Those people who are blunt in the forum often come looking to cause divisiveness -which I am sure was not your intent. I am also a very blunt (actually have been told by numerous people young and old, and my hubby) that I am overly so, but I tone it down on line because no one can see my body language or facial gestures and no one really knows me.

This is an absolutely fine criticism and I don't think would have opened such a pandora's box. I just think this point got lost in translation of your initial posting. But what is done is done. No worries. It's Monday - on with the show.

This way we keep going back in circles. Sure, you can feel ASR isn't portrayed well by BS. You all are entitled to your opinion, let me have mine: Barun Sobti's acting is flawless, in my opinion.

Anyways, why do I feel that members can bash BS but no one can say a thing about SI acting? It works 2 ways you know. They're a lead, a pair and yes each have their own style when it comes to acting but they deliver their part together, you know, ArHi??? They create chemistry between ASR and Khushi.

And, this has gotten out of hand. This show has 2 leads, each lead has their share of fans. Let it be that way?

Oh , may be you all think her acting ability is of the same class as say Reese Witherspoon or Meryl Streep . It is unfortunate that Bollywood did not recast her after Faanaa and thus lost a chance of getting an OSCAR .

And how could even filmfare ignore her and not give her the best supporting actress award in 2006 !!!!

Sanaya's fans DO criticize her! Let us stop being immature and pointing fingers at the other person's favorite actor when our favorite is being CONSTRUCTIVELY criticized. You are getting all worked up for no reason. EVERYONE is saying that Barun is perfect for ASR. He just needs to improve a little. No one can deny that sometimes, his eyes do not speak AT ALL when it is necessary. But of course, his expressions ended up making up for it. We all just want him to do the best he can.

In this show, I definitely think Sanaya is doing amazing...even better than Barun...RIGHT now. Hopefully, that'll change. And do not get me wrong. I'm not Sanaya's biggest fan. In fact, I didn't like her as much in Miley Jab Hum Tum...but in this show, she has really outdone herself. Her eyes, expressions, gestures, walk, style...everything seems great. When I see something that she needs to improve, I def. will say so. I am not biased towards anyone...especially because I think everyone has been cast perfectly.

So take a deep breath, move away from the hostility and sarcasm and see that people are only laying out things in a very positive way. and that everyone should take all of it positively since no one here hates Barun Sobti. 😊

hey ipepe, in case you remember me, i think we both should start re-watching the show with a fresh perspective... maybe just maybe you are too blinded by MS, that you cannot accept barun...thats what i strongly feel after seeing so many of your posts..
and i should start off with a fresh perspective too.. coz BARUN SOBTI(and ASR) is the only reason i actually watch the show..😆
i've heard you say, you don't like the show coz ASR is the soul of it.. then the forum draws you to go against all those who think so?hmm quite an interesting reason to visit the forum.. just out of randomness... anyway, not the intention to get this up again and instigate negativity, but accidently discovered it when i searched on someone..😊
