I am with you on most of the point except point no 4.
I think that for Meghu's baby more than Chandni its mamaji that is a culprit. He knows the truth yet he decided to go with Chandni, He is the one who knows that his sister has no sympathy with Chandni; that she hates her with all her being. He knows that Chandni does things to please her mother. To get love and acceptance from step mother. Yet he decided to go with her. He should be the voice of sanity, experience and all yet he did not say anything. This is my greatest disgust with that spineless character called mamaji. How is this giving away of child going to give her recognization as the daughter? How will this help her gain love and trust?
Time frame is not clear. It could be before or after her abduction. If its after then she was not in the state to think at all. She just acted in spur of moment that the way she was been treated by others the same way they will treat her sister. So her decision was made in distress.
So i can give Chandni benefit of doubt on this one. 😃

I agree with you and can see your POV, but with regards to Mamaji , I dare to disagree with due respect.
I am rooting for Mamaji, he is the only lifeline Chandini has, the only person who is sympathetic towards her and who provides with the much needed shoulder to lean on. He Is her friend and her confidante.
Like our good friend Sharaa pointed out in her post on this thread, that everyone is trapped under the witch's hat for now.
So Mamaji is trapped due to his sister. See at the end of the day they were all hand in glove to the events that happened 16yrs ago, so they know each others secrets. Also Mama knows that Indrani is diabolical, if the Meghana truth had come out, she cud had killed both Meghu and the baby, that's how messed up Indu is,. So mama must have thought to just go with the flow and support chandu in her plan. This is my POV by the way.
Also I think that mama is a transgender of sorts, in one EPi , indrani does tell him , that if you were a man then you had the right to question my actions, but you are not are you ? and mama ji bows his head low in shame.
SO she has got him by the balls and is probably threatening and patronising everyone to do her bidding.
Also why I am rooting for Mama, is because only mama knows the truth of the events of 16yrs ago, so only he will be able to convince Advay of Chandinis innocence, as well as help Advay exact revenge from everyone involved in the murders.
I think mamaji is weak, but once he gets Advays support, he will be the Vibhishan of this lanka.
WRT to the abduction track , I m not making any comments till the CV's don't give a detailed back story. SO yes you are right, that Chandini cud have taken the decision under a lot of stress for sure.
Lets see how they unfold the mystery.
