Completely agree Shivani as Chandni is slaying it. Barun is so good loving him ..I really love both of them. I too watched First season... people should grow up and out of season one. I really pity the hatred of season one fans. Sorry fans of season one we are loving the current show take your negativity to archive section. This show with Shivani and Barun is growing on me and CVS please keep up the story plot you have fabulous actors in Barun and Shivani. Let us enjoy the show and stay away from negativity. Chandni is portrayed beautifully by Shivani...she is perfect😛

Shivani is performing so well as Chandni. Being paired with Sobti is no easy feat and performing with the likes of him and Ritu. Good going my moonlight. When the news of her being cast broke out, I was curious to see how the new girl performed. Gul has always been good at casting. So for her to cast a newbie (relatively) and in such a franchise with Barun Sobti. There must be something about her that the producers, Gul, everybody would invest in her. And Boy was I proven wrong, she has that certain something, more and a lot more. She is good at acting, has good screen presence and nerves of steel to withstand the 'pressure'. She has a fan in me.

Chandni - I kinda liked how she was unapologetic for his bleeding feet. It was a good balance by the writers, showing her sorry for his bloody feet and and not have her clean the said feet with her copiuos tears by being a mahaan SP bahu. From her POV, this is a man bent on creating trouble for her family, has her would be husband drugged and wants to carry her in his arms. So let him do so by walking on thorns if determined, It is what I would do. I just felt so bad because it was a character played by Barun and I am a Sobti fan 😳

Thank you for this thread. Our girl deserves her share of appreciation. I was blown by her acting in the very first episode. Love the way she says ' don't touch me'. So dignified and poised. Love you Shivani love your acting. ❤️

Andcmg to Shivani.. i just love her voice and dialogue delivery.. and acting wise she is learning by leaps and bounds!!! She has reached brilliance in a few scenes!!
