Pathetic. Ridiculous. Like, what the hell??? I'm speechless. At least think up some believable excuses?? I get that it's a business at the end but they could at least try to do justice to the story and the characters na.

well, what do you expect from the stellar writer ?

From redux itself it was pretty clear about HS's writing...the way she handled the whole of redux with characters was too bad...

yes I see how ppl always say keep logic aside for daily soaps...but atleast have a little believable ness in what you show...not expecting some Einstein type logic, but atleast don't write things that are laughable at...

Obros had such great bond and Obahus too and Annika/Gauri are sisters...so when Shivaay is killed and Annika dies in accident, who leaves their 8 yr old son and a 3-4 year daughter to be taken care by 70+ old Dadi/nani and top of it leave your own kids here in India and live in London..I mean isn't this W*F writing ? 😡
But nah when fans point out the flaws in her writing or troll her writing, she just blocks them...

You know, I remember in a video on YouTube Gul was talking about how every story will come to an end in it's own time and that we need to move on with it or something along those lines. I think it was because fans were making a fuss about the next leap and Surbhi C leaving.

But like, if the story were put to rest peacefully, and not a messed up completely unbelievable ploy to try and increase trp, we wouldn't be so unhappy.

I mean, again, I understand money matters but do you really have to sacrifice the story for that? It's just upsetting. You get so many people invested in these characters and the story. So to just play with them like this is so dumb.

Its not about taking a leap or not...but do give a fitting end to the characters right ?

I mean Shivaay and Annika had a wonderful journey and did u see how they ended their characters or journey ? I thought neither their characters nor their journey deserved that ending and I dont mean death here...Saahil kills Shivaay and then Annika while driving a car gets into an accident and gets killed ? really ? 😡🤢

Shivaay and Annika have been celebrated for their characters and their journey in finding their love and being soulmates should they have a fitting end even in death ? What kind of rubbish was that death sequence ? I felt it was more of a joke rather than a story ! And our beloved writer said she breathes and lives Shivika ! Uff such a joke it is...🥱
And please no excuse that Star has terminated their contract and hence an abrupt ending for the Shivika murder mystery...that is the lamest excuse if any one mentions about that...bcoz the whole premise of leap was built on Shivika death...

The hell? I didn't know that! Sahil kills them?????? W*F? Seriously? Like I said, I only checked in occasionally once redux started. I know they made Sahil evil but not that he killed them! Like seriously? What? I mean come on... It's like they didn't even try to give a reasonable ending for the show.

From the time writers have started working on leap Saahil was shown to be evil .. and eventually be part of Shivika death...I think Jai was also to be part of the whole conspiracy...but Jai was not introduced at all in leap...
And only Shivaay was killed by Saahil and Annika receives a phone call of Shivaay death and she runs from OM and then drives a car and she has accident on the way and is killed...
Annika death was shown like 10 sec FB and Shivaay I am yet to watch as I didn't have stomach to watch...

So, the whole reason I fell in love with this show at the very beginning was because of the Obros. I absolutely love them. Their love is just delightful! I remember getting so excited when I first saw the promo on Star plus. "Ek doosre ke zaroori hisse, ek kahaani ke teen kisse"

And then Anika came along to just seal the deal. The show was magic for a while. The characters, the relationships. The great Wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi, Eccentric Rudy and Intense Om. I loved seeing them together.

Something I would have loved to see on the show would have been how the Obros became the Obros. How little Shiv, Om and Ru came together and stayed together in the midst of the madness that was their family. How they grew up. Not an extremely long track, but a handful of episodes to show that would have been nice do you think? Am I the only one who thinks so?

The burgeoning relationship between Shivaay and Anika, the small glimpses we got to see of Anika with her future devars. It was beautifull. Dadi was amazing. Sahil was adorable and the dysfunctional senior Oberois were nuts but not evil. Like, messed up characters with so much potential for both good and bad. So much room to explore.

I remember thinking while watching one scene, it's going to be so amazing to watch Om fall in love. I've always had a soft spot for him.. He doesn't do anything in halfs and Kunal did such an amazing job portraying all that emotional depth and intensity Om had within him. Honestly, I think Om's love story was very badly handled. It could have been so much better.

And I don't exactly know what the word is on the street, but personally, I really didn't like the DBO spin-off. Some characters completely disappeared from the shows! Om was hardly ever in IB and Shivaay in DBO. They lived in the same house but the stuff that was going on was vastly different. I was delirious when they brought the shows back together. Honestly, the Crux of the show was the brothers right? So making two shows where they hardly ever interact just didn't sit well with me.

I stopped following the show when Redux began. Haven't payed more than a passing glance since then. I know the gist of it though. Kind of at least. Here and there. Anyway, the point of this post was not to rant about my dissatisfaction at how this show was carried out but to actually ask a question.

What the hell happened to OmRu in this Dhinchaak thing. Where are they? And Gauri and Bhavya? Why aren't they still with Dadi and Shivaay's son? What happened to them? Cus if they aren't dead or something equally drastic, I don't see why they wouldn't move heaven and earth to raise and love their Shivaay's son. What's the story behind their absence? I really want to know.

Every viewer knows very well what was the other two couples status in pre -leap. And they can realize how these actors were treated and how their skills were wasted. Might be the makers realize it finally and decided to leave their lives as a question mark . So still their characters are in viewers mind to know their status.

I was aware of the show IB after the spin-off. I think spin-off was the best decision by the makers. Because the actors kunal and matoo are very good actors. They deserve the leads roles. So many supporting actor are here in this industry to act in Omru characters for a few seconds scenes. The first mistake which was done by the producer is the merging decision to save the parent show. She wasted the talented actors potential by showing them as the supporting characters. I am watching kunal's web series and I am very much attracted by his small gesture and his expressions etc... If the makers of IB used them perfectly in this show it might not be meet the tragic situation.

The spin off didn't do well in terms of ratings. They merged it back because at that time IB was doing better.

I'm guessing if they focussed on the normal, lovely story as it was at the beginning rather than the ridiculous plots and saazishes IB could have gone on for years longer with top ratings.

As it stands I think all of the original IB cast will do well out of this show. Surbhi especially as this was her first big female lead role. I can't wait to see her in her next one!

I'm not a good writer to write (make) good jokes. I have written what I had read from the interview of this show producer. I like to believe the show people interviews rather than the fans assumption.😆
