Okay...my two cents about the first episode of this week...
The episodes will put all dhobis/ washernen and their detergents to shame! Day in and day out the dhobis lather clothes, then rinse them and the cycle goes on. Same to same is occuring in Dhinchaakbaaz. 😡 Just as watching the daily routine of Dhobis' is boring and irritating,similarly watching Mannat getting insulted daily by Shivaansh and her cowering in a the cornered posture is not only boring but induces severe form of psychological stress which makes me want to throw my tab/ laptop! So now,scenes are being rehashed in Dhinchakbaaz in toto--- Shivaay breaking the glass showpiece on the wall,cornering and intimidating Annika ------Shivaansh cornering and intimidating Mannat...yeah...yawn...whatever...😔...Can we move on?
We know Shivaansh seriously lacks the grey and white matter that fills up the cranial box and is flighty too! I mean look at his flights of interest------ first he wanted his romantic movie to garner public interest and so he planned his own kidnapping;next he wanted to do an action movie and so twisted the arms of his old acquaintance Commissioner Dixit and latched on to ACP Aditi,then he eyed Aditi and sort of flirted with her,then his interest dwindled about the movie and the ACP; he insulted the woman and now he is the brother only focussed on getting his sister married (that too with a lump of flesh who has no personality and with a family as poisonous as a nest of cobras!) and is blindly getting moulded by the same ACP! THIS WEAK CHARACTER IS SUPPOSED TO REDUCE US INTO A MUSH OF HORMONES WHICH MAY EVEN MELT OUR OVARIES!!!!!! High hopes and delusions Gul Khan and Harneet Singh has I tell you!!!! I,who fan girled Nakuul Mehta as Shivaay Singh Oberoi with all his atrocities,his quirks,his strength,his weakness,his love, his passion,his loyalty,his villainy,his heroism is heartbroken that I am not at all liking Nakuul Mehta as Shivaansh Singh Oberoi!
And Miss Death ki knock knock----- why let death knock at your door? Why not show some common sense,some spine to give back and why fan girl the brute who insults you at the drop of a hat? The most irritating part is the child like expression on the face and the docility. Where is the strength of character?
Harneet Singh don't tell me to wait and watch because wait we are not going to. Enough time has been taken to make a story in DIB and if you are not sure of even the skeletal script then how will the actual flesh of the story proceed ? If this exponential hatred leads to a hate marriage of ManSh without developing one iota of irresistible attraction (I will not consider that tangling in dupatta as unvoiced attraction!)then God save this story!
About Varun,the masked villain in a bridal lehenga...Why go into all this hoopla of calling a parlour girl,head butting her,then kidnapping your own wife in disguise of a masked bride??? You can jolly well hold her hand and take her anywhere you want. She is besotted with you as it is. And Where in Mumbai is Oberoi Mansion located? The neighbourhood is lonely and masked men / masked brides drive cars in public places with elan and nobody notices!!!!
So Shivaansh has a holter monitor put on him (as per the dialogue of the doctor friend). Holter monitors are supposed to have wires and chest leads and the man is going to put on a sherwani and dance with a halter monitor in situ ???? ****head desk******
I am so bored to tears with the episode!! I will stop here with my ramblings
PS : Holding the cellphone at another weird angle will not garner much interest Nakuul Mehta. One Shivaay Singh Oberoi had generated a lot of memes for his style of holding the phone but Shivaansh generates only apathy.
