Shivika have been sunshine and a source of joy for me too and their roller coaster journey can be cherished forever...whatever the channel or PH may have designed their fate as, for me they are everlasting and indestructible...

A lot has been discussed about the makers - their business sense, their intelligent decisions, autocracy and viciousness...so no point in getting into that...But as if killing Shivika wasnt enough ...now what they have done to Saahil is next level of brutality and the final nail on the coffin...

Saumya in RU, Rudy & Sahil in AU - they destroyed so many characters..😕 and now toh they plan to kill Shivaay-Anika(AU wale) and their legacy might hate that! 😕

Kitna bit by bit this liking, this journey was built, yaar...I still remember how long it took me to warm up to Shivika as a pair and I really found Shivaay quite underwhelming for so long before he managed to win me over😆...which is why I say that this was all so painstakingly built...it wasn't like a spark that flashes for a bit and fizzles out...it was something so rare in how it grew deep roots in our hearts and sustained...so it's quite sad to see so many ppl, including the individual fans not getting why you can't just cut off this tree overnight like it seems to happen for other Gul shows.

Agree with you, they were unfair to all the characters especially Annika. I cannot believe they reduced her contribution to the role as that of an extra in the last month. Should have guessed her departure from the show was coming up when her picture wasn't among the female stars of Star Plus.

What they were churning out in the last month too was horrible. Cannot connect with any of the characters

@BW: we haven't really interacted much but I have read some of your discussions on AY's threads and enjoyed them. This thread took me down memory lane reliving so many wonderful Shivika moments. This is a journey I shall always cherish because it was so rare to find this on ITV. Shivika has so much - fun, a zaniness, depth, substance, growth. Many shades to cherish. It was truly a exhilarating roller coaster ride. Ekdum appu ghar type. Shivika came such a long way and battled their way through so many things. It didn't deserve to end this way though both for Shivika and us.
