Hey guys!

First up - I request all members ESPECIALLY THE OLD MEMBERS - to participate in this thread so we can increase positive activity here. We know you're reading so drop in a comment - you know you end up bringing in the others, too😆 So help us out here :*

So though I don't visit the forum as often as I used to (I mean I practically lived here about a year ago 😆) but it still hurt LOTSSS when I saw that our forum had dipped to number 3 😭 I mean it didn't sit too well for the bacha-kucha fan in me 😆😆

Anyway, long story short, I wanted to create a thread where we could all be happy and discuss our favorite couple POSITIVELY and not fight for once.

So here's what to do. Ive made a 10-point sort of "best of" list or a "top moments" list if you will - to discuss what we've LOVED about our lovely couple, things that left us heart-broken and things we could change. Everyone's supposed to pick a moment or scene or track (really just whatever you choose) as an answer to each point.

You can put in pictures, gifs, videos, or whatever you wish to illustrate your answer (do I sound like a 5th grade teacher?) 😆

Oh also - for people who don't want to do the list thing - just drop in a comment for scenes/tracks that stand out for you. Really, anything goes.

This is supposed to be like a celebration of our beloved couple ❤️

1) The first ShivIka moment/scene/track that made you go ''AWWW!"

Personally, has to be during the punch part when Shivaay says "tum mujhe irritating, annoying, badtameez lagtee ho... par... *billu face* cute bhee ho"

I mean how totally adorbs was that? Had me melting into a puddle.

2) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that made you teary-eyed

I've honestly hardly ever cried watching the show but I just COULDN'T stop the tears from falling when Shivaay was shooting his confession video. I think that one right there will always remain special for ShivIka fans who've stuck with the show since the beginning.

So many gems that I loved:

"Uss din mann kia ke iss pooree dunya ko aag lga doon"

"Toot tum rahee thee Annika lekin bikhar main raha tha"

"Uss din jaise pehlee baar tumhain kareeb se dekha... and I realized... you're so beautiful"

"Sirf teen shabdon main un saaree feelings ko capture kerna... feelings ke saath nainsafee hai. Par main yeh Zaroor kehna chahta hoon... ke tumne mujhe ishqbaaaz bna dia hai."

3) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that broke your heart 💔

I'm pretty sure this one's going to be the same for many people - the time when what little had been built up between ShivIka was slaughtered at their own wedding mandap - the forced wedding. I don't think I've EVER EVER felt so depressed watching something on TV. Also, the epicness of that track has never been done again in the show.

4) Your favorite ShivIka nok-jhok moment/scene

God there're so many that I don't think I can pick one. Nok-jhok main inn se koi nahee jeet sakta but here are some favs:

-The first time Rohit made an appearance during the ML track and Shivaay murdered the phone he'd supposedly called on.

- The entire jungle track where I honestly found them SO SO realistically annoying 😆

-Billu kee shadee song

Many many more TBH

5) Your favorite ShivIka ☺️ hot moment/scene/track

The last pool scene - it was an arc we'd waited to close for so, so long. And I honestly think HS had it planned out exactly for a long time in her head. It was a perfect conclusion to the first pool scene. And it was HOT 😆😉

6) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that made you believe in true love

Ask any of my close friends here and they'll tell you how much of a cynic I am in this department (surprisingly) but that Maha Sangam episode where they both engaged left me in a daze. I think that night I went to sleep with hearts floating around my head like a halo and my huge smile was seriously making my mum maha suspicious. 😆 It was the first time we'd seen them acknowledge what it was between them.

I don't think I'll be ever able to forget the look on Shivaay's face and his chantomai smirk when Annika said "pehlee nafrat hotee hai, phir jhagda hota hai aur phir py--" (and they weren't even trying to hide it. EEP!)

ETA: Also Shivaay consoling Annika (the back hug on the bed). One of my fav ever ShivIka scenes and one that's HIGHLY underrated.

7) A ShivIka moment/scene/track you wish you could change/rewrite (pls say what you'd change)

The Pia track. I still believe it was IB's worst ever track. Needless, baseless, pointless and every other '-less' you can think of. Still haven't brought myself to see certain epis. If I could change it, I'd have Annika listening to when Shivaay confessed the first time or have him confessing even when he knew the tapes were gone.

Anyway, don't wanna dwell on the bad memories too much.

8) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that had you rolling-on-the-floor-laughing-out-loud

The "billu kee shadee" song takes the cake here (mostly thanks to SC's amazing dialogue delivery and NM's "you're mad! totally mad!" reactions), though Mallika track has a huge number of laughs, as well.

9) A ShivIka moment/scene/track you wish had stayed forever

I think the jungle track when they're high on berries. Really have they ever been as care-free, drunk in love and just plain HAPPY as they were during that entire week?

A close second would be the Memory Loss track. I remember complaining to no end while it was on but I keep going back to that time the MOST. (Also because that track I had the most fun on this forum).

10) A ShivIka moment/scene/track you think defines them or made them what they are today.

People are going to hate me for this - but I really don't think ShivIka would have been what they are now without that separation phase. It made them come out stronger. Shivaay finally got over his NKK while Annika began thinking of herself as his family. (Won't comment on this for long, either😉)

Wish I could add gifs but too much work.😆

1) The first ShivIka moment/scene/track that made you go ''AWWW!"

I dont know if it was the first one but its the one I remember right now. So its when Anika comes to OM as Shivaay's wedding planner and there is this scene where Shivaay is talking on phone and Anika is doing some work, he sees her and just cant stop staring 😳😳 Mrs Kapoor also sees it and goes 🤔😆

2) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that made you teary-eyed

During separation when Shivaay visits her chawl. She is by window, looking at moon while he looks at her, his Moon 😭😭 It was so damm painful and then he gets himself beaten too 😭😭

3) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that broke your heart 💔

Forced wedding, Shivaay declaring Tia as his wife, siding with Tia and blaming Anika 😡😭 The whole track until he gets to know Anika's truth. It was as if he wanted to inflict same pain on her that he was suffering from due to Daksh's lies.

4) Your favorite ShivIka nok-jhok moment/scene

Oh god how can you pick just one 😆

Well right now I remember the epic band baja rescue scene one. That whole scene is just soo damm amazing. I can watch it infinite times. And Shivika's nok jhok was filled with so much love and relief in that bit <3

5) Your favorite ShivIka ☺️ hot moment/scene/track

Laal ishq any day. Can write a whole thesis on that scene 😆

Dard hua is also a close 2nd fav though ❤️

6) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that made you believe in true love

Proposal scene was really touching. Shivaay going on his knees for Anika and that too in front of the whole world. Very filmy but so damm beautiful Also the beautiful words he said for her and how proud he is of her.

Another one is before laal ishq how he explains to everyone that he wanted to wait before they take their relationship to next level so that Anika feels secure first. The whole speech about wanting to be her friend first was soo soo touching :')

Tanya track undoubtedly 😆 Ignoring the randomness and the annoyance of the track I didnt like the transition from angst to everything is okay mode. Wanted to see a more powerful scene where Shivaay would have melted and confessed that he remembers her.

8) A ShivIka moment/scene/track that had you rolling-on-the-floor-laughing-out-loud

Ohh soo manyy specially in early days. If I have to say one it will be Malika track undoubtedly. The girls vs boys scaring competition and the epic letter always makes me go 🤣

9) A ShivIka moment/scene/track you wish had stayed forever

Blush lessons probably. That phase was just soo damm adorable. Shy and naive Ani and a flirty yet confused Shivaay. Uff those scenes always gives me butterflies

10) A ShivIka moment/scene/track you think defines them or made them what they are today.

I will pick a scene. Its during Pia track (ahh ik a nightmare of a track 😆) This scene where he catches her when she is about to fall is so cute. But the special thing about the scene is the dialogue, "Jab bhi tumhare kadam ladkhayenge na, tumhe tham lunga mein annika aur tum bhi wada karo ki jab bhi mere kadam ladkhayenge, tum sambhalogi mujhe" ❤️

This unconditional support towards the other is their biggest strength for me 😳

First - rain sequence where Anika was broken and Shivaay was watching her from rear view mirror of his car.😭

Second - When Shivaay was in front of Chanda's house after separation and getting hurt by goons 😭

recently Anika has declared herself as Anika Shivaay singh Oberoi, I always wanted it as a special Anika centric track and special moment between Shivika. but CVs messed it up in group thing.🤢

When Anika throws pochhe wala paani on Shivaay when he came to ask for forgiveness🤣

P.S.: I am not a big fan of IB like you guys, I could recall only these😆. I was always a silent member of IF, but now a days I comment once in a while. I love this forum and people here and I mean it❤️. It hurts to see IB at 3rd rank. Though I am really busy for 15 days and thought to keep myself away from the IF but I couldn't when I saw forum rank. I hope we got our rank back in upcoming week. I'll try to be more active after 15 days😛 So that I can help you guys.😊

The track immediately following the one where she returned home after the forced wedding. I wish she had not returned with Dadi, though she stayed married to Shivvay because of the need to file for the divorce after a certain lapse of time as per the laws

I would have preferred Tia stayed at OM and Shivvay discovered both Annika's true worth and Tia's lies gradually
Annika would have found work with Om's help at one of the good business houses and maybe even a competitor of Shivvay. That would have been better than the crap we were put throu

hmmm... I may re write this IF mood and time permits

I have stayed away for obvious reasons but did want to respond to an old member from the 'good 'ol days'

i love the whole transition in sso character after he falls for annika..I'm in awe of annika' bagar billa..the proposal seq the great sso going on his knees and sso's confession seq though it was badly edited...recreating her lost childhood that was just so wonderful

Their whole journey contributes to what they are..

First i wrote seperation track then edited like most don't like this track but it did contributed a lot..i like the fact that sso chose annika over the truth (during the vrikram marriage fiasco) and finally the truth made him got over his obsession for nkk

When Shivaay heard Pinky calling for him, he saw Anika in his arms and then woke her up. Their wide eyes as the whole night flashed in their minds. They looked so lost like kids. The whole drunk fiasco is super 'aww' but the morning is what took the cake. Behind the moons 😆

I go 'Aww' every time I watch those episodes. (Believe me, I have watched it a LOT)

It will have to be when Shivaay was so excited to marry Anika again, wanted to take their relationship a step ahead and everytime Anika did something to shrug him off or make him upset, I was pretty shook. The first time and only time he was in love and this. We knew what was coming and just imagining his broken state is terrible.

Also, just after the separation, Nakuul was fantastic ❤️ I mean my heart went out to his state and brilliance...

Billu ki shaadi because apart from the Fruit punch party, this is one thing I can watch on loop forever. Right from 'Accha... Ab main samjhi ki aapke parivaar wale apki badtameeziyan kaise sehan karte hai...'

To 'You are mad, totally mad' with the added OmRu and Dadi's haww expressions 😆

Shivaay's video confession. By far, something that I'll always cherish. For someone who couldn't express, the video confession was such a development. Made me firm that you'll only believe in that magic when you fall for it. I can't really point out dialogues because that 14 minute delivery was

Even though at that time I couldn't wait for them to get married, the pre-marriage phase is my fav. Of course, the development came after marriage but only if it had been before marriage. There could have been a lot of exploration in it.

Also, Mallika track because by god, I love Mallika as a ShivIka shipper. She did notice how Shivaay accepted what Anika said and stuff. There could have been so much more. Did SSOO have to call SVR so soon😆

Probably each and every track till the separation ended with Shivaay proposing her in front of the media. Of course there are scenes I wish I could completely erase off but every small nuance of theirs makes them, THEM. They have gone through so much, we have seen them going through so much, felt it with them, I really can't choose one scene/track.

But probably, when Anika trusted Shivaay blindly, came to his rescue when his family couldn't (the Gayatri murder, Tia pregnancy)

On second thoughts, the separation as well. Pinky broke whatever remnants of NKK were there in Shivaay's system. He completely accepted Anika.

Even that little bit when Anika was sleeping with Pari and Om asked Shivaay whether he still couldn't see Anika as the mother of his children. Shivaay didn't deny, he thought. It was only Anika's drama that held him back and somehow, he shed a big layer of NKK that day.

Will add the rest when I can. If I actually look into it, I am probably forgetting a thousand things. ShivIka is a Satrangi, saurangi rainbow for me now. I can never hold onto a few things😆

And with 450+ episode, my teeny memory falls weak.😳
