@bold: So.Much.Word...that's exactly what today was...you serve something on a platter to ppl all your life, they will still complain the one time the dish wasn't tasty enough and blast you for not roasting it properly...The selfishness and insecurity of Jhanvi really came to the fore through this turn of events...trying times bring out different sides in ppl...this is what came out of Jhanvi...a petty and ruthless mother who demanded her pound of flesh from the one person who has always been expected to get anything done in this family...and now he is the only one who must pay the price of failure too...as decreed by the Jhanvi court of "justice"😆

I also mainly felt bad for Pinky compared to Jhanvi...that was the real irony today...lol Pinky absolutely said the truth no matter how bitter it was...while Jhanvi who's claimed to be the fair and "classier" one compared to Pinky all these years proved that she's no less petty at the end of the day.

Ru is in the PROCESS of growing up I'd say...let's hope he gets there this time.

Neither Om and SHivaay can be compared nor Jhanvi and Pinky can be compared...

Om never held the position that Shivaay held...May it be providing financial security or emotional strength...He has mostly been absorbed in his own personal problems...Rising above that to keep the family unit together seem far fetched at this point in time...

Even if Om leaves the family, it is not going to impact the family like it will with Shivaay leaving...And every member knows that...And we see it happening...

There are some people who have the capability to take charge and thats not in Om's nature...Hence Shivaay is the nucleus of the family...And for being that he definitely needs to be given the benefit of doubt, especially when contradictions in his behaviour are so glaringly visible...

again this his frustration him calming himself but then not being able too his pyar wali daant where he isn't mad at rudy really but still and ru knows it too

and ofcourse the hug

he is shaking too while he is trying to still be the shield for ru . a strong support it loosk liek he is giving ru the strength the support but watch him stumble when ru hugged him yeah that is how fragile he is right now and the hug is actually a support he needed in that moment instead of the other way round it was impossible for him to stand another sec he would've collapsed

Dil se, the families have never been united. Its just a physical disintegration now. Iam talking of the ELDERS that make OM a house and not a home.

Were it a home for these four children, Shivay wouldn't have had to be the one to shoulder the responsibility to sort their issues petty or serious, Om wouldn't have had to resort to drugs, Priyanka wouldn't have been the individual lacking self-confidence. Shivay has this Iam the big brother, I'll sort it all attitude. Somewhere he has also grown up too fast beyond hus age and never had the chance to be the young child/boy and act/live his age. He is lucky he can be all that with Anika for she brings out the child in him.

Iam waiting to see an emotional Shivika scene ir hus ultimate breakdown SANS nashe ki effects. Would love it.

ShivRu hug reminded me of Srk-Hr from K3G.

This track's so well-constructed and I love how it's bringing about/will bring about Karmic justice for all characters (whom we care about) - Shivaay (forced wedding) and Pinki - for what they did to Annika. Tej and Jhanvi - for what they're doing to Shakti and esp Pinki (once Om returns) and basically the entire Oberoi clan for pushing all their problems on Shivaay.

As for people looking for logic - what to say? There was no logic to Annika leaving and there's no logic here but it's desi TV. Logic's always going to be a moot point. And people need to stop saying Shivaay isn't fighting. He's been trying to find out the truth - AND FAILING - which is why there's no choice but to do as Svet says. Also here's why I thought he can't tell them; he tells them and they admit to their kaand and then what happens? They're just going to look to Shivaay to fix things and he'll just have to do as Svet says. He won't be able to tell Svet he's told them the truth so the fam will have to put up a show which might've ended in the exact same way it's ending now. So, what's the point in telling jab sab kuch Shivaay ne hee solve kerna hai? 😆

I think family drama-wise, this has been the best week in IB and last epi was probably the best family drama episode ever. Everyone has been so tremendous but would like to specially mention NM and LM. Both have been amazing. MT and NA have been pretty fab, too.

I will tell you why NM stood out for me...he didn't have that outburst like other characters...when you potraying those outbursting emotions with words, actions you can add depth and variations and perform them...

every one who has seen Shivaay has felt his helplessness, his anger, his love for family, his frustration at not being hold his family together and many more...

So many emotions that Shivaay as a character went through...

NM had to perform all these emotions in a very controlled and subtle manner... That's where he stood out for me...

He is one actor who portrays emotions through eyes...he was standing there but his face and eyes expressed a lot of his current state of mind...

I don't think everyone takes Shivay for granted. It's just that Jhanvi Tej Pinky and Shakti have always been less cordial towards each other's children. I can assure you had it been om in place of Shivay Pinky would have done worse and not even because her husband had a heart attack!
