DADDY-KARA

"Hair, soft like mine.

"I am glad.

"Smile, also like mine.

"Acha!

"But eyes like yours, just angelic like yours.

I smiled widely looking at Omkara admiring our five hours old daughter. The whole gang, erm... our family, was here to meet the new member and only now we have got time with our little angel.

Om walked towards the bed crooning to baby and sat near me. I immediately took her in my arms.

"I can't believe we are parents. I said

When I didn't get any reply from him I turned to look at him looking at both of us intently.

"What? I asked

"I can't believe how I got this lucky. He said, " I didn't have any hope for my life. Love, marriage, family all felt like a far dream. But, you made everything possible for me. Now, I am a father. It is all overwhelming for me, Gauri. But trust me I will be the best father in the world. I will give her everything that I was denied as a child. I will always keep you both happy.

Seeing tear escape his eyes, I couldn't help but feel touched, but I didn't want him feel all this way, especially at happy moment like this.

"Baby, looks like your father is going to give you competition in crying now. I said looking at our pink angel

"You are complaining about me to our baby already? Don't forget papa and baby will always be in the same team. He said taking the baby from me.

"Unfair! I cried. Then I want a baby to be in my team.

"That can be arranged, Mrs.Oberoi. he said winking

I wacked him playfully. "Before thinking about next child, decide a name for this one.

"You have not thought of anything?'

"Well, not after you rejected hundred names I suggested. I know you have decided the name already.

"I have a name in my mind.

"Yes??? I prompted.

"Diya, a light in our life. he said

" Diya Singh Oberoi I declared

So, yeah thats the end of the series...but,

I have a surprise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
