"You?? Do I know you?" her voice broke his trance, he looked away still holding her in his arms. "Drop me down. I won't fall anymore." She laughed.

Shivaay landed her on the floor when she looked at him confuse. "Do I know you?" Shivaay had no answer of her question, he felt awkward to say himself her husband as he never accepted her as his wife. "Oh silly me..!" She chuckled while hitting on her head.

"You are my husband right? Mummyji told me, you will come to visit me today."

Shivaay was finding words to say to her. "You know, I was waiting for you from 2 weeks but you didn't showed up at all."

"Hmm..! I.."

"Yeah.. Yeah.. I know.. Business meetings and all right?" She looked up at him. "You know today morning, nurse was telling me that my husband is a multi billionaire and handsome too.." He looked at her embarrassed. "But I didn't believe her but after seeing you, I realized I was wrong. My husband is really handsome." She smiled proudly making Shivaay shy.

"Ugh.. Do.. Do you have your medicine?" Shivaay asked trying to avoid the topic.

"No..!" She sat there sitting.

"Why?"

"I don't like to have them." She pouted.

"If you won't take them, how will your wound get cure?"

"I don't know. I just don't like to have them. I don't like to be here even. How long do I need to stay here? I want to go home." She said curling her lower lip.

"I'll talk to your doctor."

"Please, talk to him and take me from here. I don't like the place. They even don't let me watch TV for long times, all time they asked me to rest and rest. You tell me, I was resting from last 2 weeks, how long should I need to rest??"

"Okay, I will ask doctor to discharge you today. Now come inside." Saying this he was going to leave when Annika called him, "Husband?"

Shivaay stood there hell shocked, now he got that how badly she hit her head. That Annika, whom he knew wasn't like this. This Annika is completely different. Seeing Shivaay lost, Annika snapped her fingers near his eyes, "Where you lost?"

"Nothing, let's go in." Saying this Shivaay walked in the room while Annika followed him inside. "Well Shivaay, everyone says I forgot everything but do you also forget everything? Do you forget me?" Annika asked taking her sit on the bed.

Shivaay turned at her asking, "What do you mean?"

"People say my husband is multi-billionaire, but being a business man, he doesn't know manners." Shivaay stared at her as he was confused by her words. "First of all, you came to meet me after 2 weeks and didn't bring a flower bokeh."

"Oh..!" Shivaay scratched his forehead and trying to avoid her gaze at him.

"Okay.. Don't get embarrass.. I know, you're busy and that's why you forgot right?" She asked raising her eyebrow at him while he asked gave a look at her. "It doesn't matter for me Shivaay whether you bring flower or not, you came here to meet me, that's important and SPECIAL moment for me." She said smiling when Shivaay couldn't resist himself and smiled at her slightly when suddenly his phone rang and seeing the ID, he got nervous.

"Shivaay, is everything fine?" Annika asked worried seeing him so silent, she could sense that he had no excitement after meeting her.

As she asked, he got slightly nervous but composed himself saying, "Yeah..! Everything is fine. You take rest, I have to make a phone call." He gave her an excuse and walked out, though Annika called him but he ignored.

As the car stopped near the mansion, Annika peeped her head out from the window with her awful eyes. "Is it our house Shivaay?"

"Hmm..!"

"Wow..!" Shivaay opened the door for her when Annika walked out but due to her weakness, she stumbled when Shivaay supported her holding around her shoulder. "You okay?" She nodded with a smile while Shivaay took her inside.

"I don't believe, we are living here." She said while admiring the beauty of the mansion.

Dadi and the other members welcome her. After that, Shivaay took her to their room and made her sit on the bed.

Annika looked around the room saying, "It's beautiful." He smiled. "Well Shivaay.. I don't remember anything and I want to know about our past. Tell me na, how did we meet?"

As she asked, he looked on shocked. "You should take rest Annika."

"No. I want to know. Tell me please. Was it love or arrange marriage? Okay tell me our marriage date." She demanded.

"It's 23rd July."

"Oh that means, we have completed one year of our wedding but on our anniversary..." She paused while looking at Shivaay when he got nervous. "Wha.. What?"

"I met with the accident right?" She asked. "How did this happen Shivaay? You know.. From last few days, I was having blur vision about some fight and..." Annika said while trying to remember which made Shivaay more worried. "Ahhh..!" Her head ached.

"Enough Annika.." Shivaay yelled when she looked at him shocked, he sighed and calm himself down. "I'm sorry. He apologized. "Why are you giving yourself stress? Doctor strictly told you not to take stress.. It's not good for your health."

"But I want to know..."

"Annika, you shouldn't remember that night. Take rest. Okay?" This time he sternly said.

"Aww..! I never knew my husband loves me so much." Shivaay looked at her. "Yes. You are right. We shouldn't remember the night. It was a fateful night of our life."

"Hmm..!" He just hummed as he didn't want to drag the matter more.

"Okay but you didn't tell me was it our love or arrange marriage?" She asked looking at Shivaay who looked on as he knew well that wasn't arrange nor love marriage, it was a business deal. To merge Oberoi industry with Rana's Shakti and Tej Oberoi forced Shivaay to marry Annika Rana, though everyone was against of that but later when dadi saw Annika, she immediately agreed and Shivaay couldn't drop her words and he agreed.

"Shivaay?" Annika shook him seeing him lost.

"Yeah?"

"You didn't answer me."

"Annika, just now you returned and you started your queries, go.. get freshen up first." Shivaay tried to distract her from the topic.

"Shivaay, why have I feeling that something is wrong.." She said suspicious.

"What are you saying yaar? You rest now, I have a meeting." To avoid her questions, Shivaay was going to leave when she held his hand, "No Shivaay.. You can't go like this. Since morning, I am studying you, you are behaving as if I am an unknown person for you, whenever I try to know about the past, you stopped me why?" She asked as a tear escaped from her eyes. "Shivaay weren't we happy together?"

"Annika..." Shivaay was going to say but at the same time he remembered doctor said, any shocking news can be harmful for her. He looked at her saying, "Please don't cry Annika, there's nothing for worry."

She looked up at him and wiped her tears saying, "Okay for once I believe you. Then tell me why there isn't any picture of us?" She asked while her eyes roamed the room.

"Woh.. Woh.. Actually.." He had lost of words but he knew if he didn't answer her, he could get more doubtful. "Yeah. Actually I like simplicity so I never allowed anyone to hang any picture on the wall."

"Lie..! You are lying. I know there's something, you are hiding." Annika said crying and walked to him saying, "Please Shivaay tell me the truth.. please.."

Shivaay stood there helpless, he wanted to tell her the truth but thinking about her heath, he couldn't. "Annika I.." but before he could say, dadi said, "Annika puttar, billu is right."

Seeing dadi, he sighed in relief, while Annika walked to dadi saying, "But dadi.."

"Puttar, you forget everything and it's obvious to get suspicious but believe me, we aren't hiding anything. Everything is fine between you two. Stop crying." She said wiping her tears when Annika looked at Shivaay who said, "Now, you relieved..?"

"Sorry." She said holding her ears.

"It's okay.. Now you take rest now. I will visit you later. I have a meeting." Saying this be was going to leave but again she recalled him, "Shivaay?" He closed his eyes frustrated as he didn't know what coming next but he maintained his look and turned at her saying, "Annika, everything is perfect, please don't stress."

"No.. I am not going to ask you anything." She said looking down when he raised his eyebrow. "Come soon. I will wait for you." Her last word made him gaze at her as she never told him like this, he left giving a nod to her.

Shivaay walked down along with dadi and thanked her when dadi said, "But billu, one day you have to tell her everything." Shivaay looked on.

"What happen mummyji?" Pinky asked once she saw both dadi and Shivaay tensed.

"Nothing mom.. She isn't that Annika whom I knew from last one year." He said as he recalled her every actions since morning.

"No. She is same Annika whom I choose for you, she never changed. It was you who forced her to change." Dadi said.

Shivaay looked at her and was going to say something when Khanna walked in, "What happened Khanna?"

"Sir.. The media..! They are all spreading news about you and madam."

"Damn..! Don't they have other works..!" He said frustrated.

"Shivaay, don't throw your frustration on them, it was you who messed everything. If you didn't bring that Ragini in your life then nothing would go wrong with you and bhabhi and I think bhabhi wouldn't supposed to see this day today." Omkara said.

"Om.. It wasn't Ragini who came between us, it was Anni.."

"Stop it billu.. It's not time to fight. We have to handle the situation very carefully, Annika shouldn't get to know anything." Dadi yelled at him.

"I have an idea. Why not Shivaay take Annika somewhere until this news wrap out. Else if Annika gets to know anything this can affect her health." Pinky suggested.

"Yes Shivaay. Choti ma is right, till then I will handle this." Shivaay looked at them and nodded.

"Great. Then I'll book your tickets for Manali, there you can stay at our farm-house." Rudra said excited.

"Okay as you wish." Saying this Shivaay left from there.

"I hope, this trip bring changes in their lives." Dadi prayed.

"Yes mummyji." Pinky agreed.

Ragini opened the door and smiled seeing Shivaay standing, she let him walk in and closed the door. "You look tired." She said hugging him from back.

Shivaay removed her hand and settled on the sofa. "What happened? Are you worried for that Annika?"

"Ragini, she has changed yaar." Shivaay said dropping his head back on the sofa.

"Shivaay, I think you should say her truth about your relation with her." She suggested.

"NO." He blurred when she looked at him shock. "I mean, doctor said it can affect her health if she gets to know something shocking."

"Then..!"

"Let's go with the flow. And in fact I'm going out for some days." He said.

"Don't tell me, you are going with her."

"Dadi wants."

"Oh c'mon Shivaay.. Dadi wants, dadi wanted that's why you got married with her and now you're.. Shivaay I have waited for you now I can't wait for you. I want to be with you. I scarifies everything for you, my career everything." She said furious.

"But Ragini that doesn't affecting your life style."

"Shivaay you don't understand." She said making sad face.

"Okay then. But you promise me, you will call me every day and if I call you, you'll receive it." She pouted.

"I love you Shivaay." She hugged him smiling and then parted from him saying, "You sit. I'll serve you the dinner." Shivaay nodded.

Ragini was serving the dinner when he got a call. "Hello?"

"Where are you Shivaay?"Annika asked when getting shocked, he checked the caller ID and saw it from home.

"Annika.. I.. Umm..!" He stammered. "I told you no, I have a meeting."

"But how long will you take? I'm hungry."

"Don't you had your dinner?" He asked puzzle.

"No. I told you, I'll wait for you." She said.

Shivaay was shocked hearing her, he looked at Ragini and recalled this girl never waited for him whenever he got late to come. "Shivaay you there?"

"Yeah, I'm listening. Annika, you should have your dinner. Don't wait for me."

"Why? Don't you want to have your dinner with me?" She asked sadly, Shivaay had no words to say. "You have to take your medicines."

"Are you coming or not Shivaay?" She asked annoyed.

At the one side, he doesn't want to hurt her, other side he was confuse what to do now. After thinking a lot, he said, "Okay I'm coming."

"Thank you." She smiled brightly and cut the call.

"Shivaay come..!" Ragini said looking at him when he got up saying, "Ragini, I'm sorry but I have to leave now."

"Why?"

"Ugh.. I.." He was going to say the truth but stopped and said, "Ugh, Mishra called, I need to finish few of works before leaving for Manali."

"Oh okay."

"You please have your dinner."

"Yeah. I already had it." She said casually when Shivaay looked at the table where he saw she served only for him and recalled Annika's insistence.

"Okay then bye."Saying this he left.

Shivaay was standing at the door step and recalled Annika's worries, "God, please fix things ASAP.." He prayed and walked in the room taking deep breathe. Once he walked in, he looked around but didn't find Annika there when he saw his night suit was kept on the bed, he picked up and saw a note along with.

"Get freshen up. I'm waiting for you at dining table."

"Now what's this..!" He wondered and looked at his kurta and recalled how badly he treated her once when she touched his wardrobe and afterwards she never interfered in his matters and today again she selected his cloth but this time he had no choice.

After freshen up, Shivaay went to the dinning space and saw Annika was waiting for him, hearing his footsteps, she gets up from her seat. "Come.. Have sit.."

Without saying anything, Shivaay took sit when she served him the dinner, he kept looking at her and all of sudden he asked, "Why are you doing this Annika?"

"What?" she asked.

"You aren't well and you were waiting for me."

"Shivaay, I like to wait for you. And dadi said, I used to wait for you before." As she said, he looked at her shocked. "What?"

"What?" She asked back. "You are reacting as if you don't know that. Shivaay, it was me who forgot everything not you."

He looked down as he had no idea about that, he never cared for Annika before, he never noticed her, never checked her whether she had her dinner or not.

He silently had his dinner when Annika said, "Dadi told me everything." As she said, Shivaay coughed. "Shivaay you okay?" She passed the glass. He had the water and asked, "Dadi told you what?"

"That we had arranged marriage, she choose me for you."

"Oh this.." He sighed.

"Yeah. What do you think?" She asked confuse.

"Nothing."

"Achha Shivaay, we had arranged marriage, had love bloom between us?" She asked making him shock again but at the next moment, she laughed on herself saying, "What a silly question.. Definitely we are in love, or else why do you care about me so much? Dadi told me, when I was in hospital, you regularly called doctor to get update about my health. Then tell me, do you ever propose me or not..?"

"I... Annika I.." He hesitated.

"Oh I guess no.. Even dadi was telling me you find it difficult to express your feelings. Right? But you express it through your actions." Shivaay didn't say anything, he just listen to her as he had no answer of her questions.

"Annika, it's too late. You shouldn't get awake so late, tomorrow we have flight to catch. Go to bed." He said while getting up.

"Okay, you go. I'll come after cleaning the table."

"Leave it. Maids are there. You come." He said and took her to the room and gave her the medicine.

"This one..? I don't like to have it Shivaay, I feel sleepy after having it."

"But you have no choice, you can't stop having them until doctor says, so have it." Without any other option, she had it. "Now you take rest. I have some works in study room, I will come later." He made her lay on the bed and turned off the lights when suddenly she gets up with jerk.

"Please no.. Don't leave me." She said holding his hand tightly.

"Annika?" He kept his other hand on hers to pacify her.

"Shivaay, I get scare of darkness."

He let the dim lights on, "I'm sorry Annika.. Now see.. I turn on the lights, now you can sleep peacefully." She slowly opened her eyes when Shivaay gave her the water and after having it, he made her sleep. "You take rest now." Saying this he walked out from the room.

After finishing some of his works, he returned to his room and saw her peacefully sleeping when he remembered how badly she got scare of dark and remembered how every night without asking her how he turned off the lights of his room and never bothered to check her whether she got scare or not. Shivaay felt guilty for his deeds but in next moment, he realized what he was thinking..! "Stop it Shivaay. Why this girl affecting on you? She is nothing for you okay. Once her health gets stable, I'll tell her the truth and will ask for divorce." He thought and went to the sofa to sleep.
