We had some ridiculous tracks in IB before and another level of ridiculous on DBO, but the villains/tracks had a point.Tia and Mrs. K wanted revenge so we got tracks of them trying to make the wedding happen. Svetlana wanted to hide her identity/ torture the them so we got masks, freezers, and Doctor Dang. It was ridiculous, but it made senses on some level. Exactly
The stuff their writing for all 3 brothers is just mind-numbing pointless. Yep
Reboots for everyone, new entries NO ONE wants or cares about, a raaz that was replaced last minute with the horribly written factory track, and more comedy.
Yep!! Suddenly we are supposed to forget the album marked Shivvay that dadi took very hurriedly from Annika .. but maybe that is female entry no. 4 for Shivvay after Tanya leaves because she entered almost immediately after Ragini left ... so this is the new 'So-and-So meri wife hai' coming up next 😆 Aur kuch toh writer cannot spin!
So this was left as the next track with next girl taking Annika's place as wife in his life and bedroom 😉
We got the new entry repeating Shivaay's dialogues, his scenes, and his characterization pasted on him. What is the point of this? Frankly no idea and searching for logic the last time with Samar left us with logical plots that we thought would apply to that whole promo ... so I would suggest think illogical and the answer is that 😆
Last time it was Ragini's brother sprouting poetry like Om. What purpose did that serve in the show? Absolutely nada ... nothing
The guy disappeared and was replaced with VAT in the end. I wouldn't be shocked if the new guy in Rikara's story says Shivaay's dialogues, recites poetry like Om, or makes Rudra's jokes because the writers like to recycle characterizations of their original characters instead of focusing on the original characters. Obviously they need more writers, but that doesn't seem to be a priority. It's easier to copy and paste everything. 🤣 🤣
Since the post is about Shivika. Yes, the KC was cute because they are adorable, but that doesn't change the fact that the writing is horrible and nothing makes sense. again totally agree ... it killed all the magic that surrounds them normally because everything is so unattached from the other thing
I wasn't expecting them to address the 2 week disappearance when the writers didn't think it was important to address the 3 month separation 😆 That will never happen because it means the writer has to actually write meaningful dialogues that will flow with the appropriate emotion. It also means she has to make an actual attempt and effort at writing creatively and that she will not do I am 100% sure by now
Just slap stick comedy and romance gets her her daily dose of ego boost, so why even bother
We got the delayed reaction from Anika, the bad blackmailing from Tanya, and now the random raaz goose chase for comedy. Comedy was always IB's thing. This is what they do. I'm sure NM&SC will deliver because they always do despite the horrible writing. If this is to still SR then what an epic fail 😆 It It is NarBhi that keeps ShivIka alive not the writer ... it is NarBhi that makes the effort and put in their 100% not the writer but there is only that much an actor can shoulder - the onus falls on the writer not the actor to move the story creatively forward. The actor is responsible for acting and they are already doing their best
Stalling SR is not the issue - that is completely fine as far as I am concerned but it is the unrealistic and disgusting way it was brought about is what is hard to digest and ignore at least for me.
I adore the cast and I wish them nothing, but success for them. They all seem like nice grounded people.However, there is only so much the actors can do with scripts like this. They deserve better scripts and so do we. Just saying. Nothing makes sense so let's hope the comedy works out for them. Oh! Yes ... they all are amazing, talented and very dedicated. I too adore them all only because they made IB what it is today just being the talented people that they are but like you said - there is only that much they can do.

It is unfair and disrespectful to the audience and the actors that the script makes us out to be an unintelligent audience.
