Epi Review - Promises

I got over the shock from yesterday and made peace with the fact that we are not going to see Shivika dressed beautifully for the wedding. I'll just be happy seeing the beautiful 'chaand ka tukda' faces of Shivika and pretend the pale blue / black and gold attires don't exist. 😆

Now coming over to episode. Aww...what a Shivikalicious episode today.❤️ Thankfully it did not looked rushed despite the obvious rush, and editing and directing was loads better today.

Shivika looked gorgeous. I loved Annika's look for the mehendi, minus the tassels😆...but they served their purpose.😳 Shivaay looked dapper as did the rest of the boys in the deep blue/black sherwanis. It was simple and nice. Seriously, we have such a beautiful cast here. 😊

Where do I start. I was in Shivika heaven today...all their moments were fabulous.👍🏼 The vows were downright hilarious and so much fun but at the same time it came across as heartfelt. Complete khidkitodness from Shivika. NM and SC were both marvelous.

BTW, whatever happened to the recorded confession?😕 Is it ever going to reach Annika? I just hope the amidst all the rush the CVs don't forget about and Annika gets to see it someday.

Finally we got see Om's POV today...liked the angst and it was good to see Om getting so restless for Gauri. Kunal was really good. This is a smart move by the CVs considering we won't be seeing Rikara scenes for a while and this was long overdue. Gauri's absence is still somewhat unexplained, but this is an unforseen circumstance, so we'll have to see how the CVs deal with it in the next few episodes.

Tej has been turned completely white but I don't want to see Om forgiving Tej so easily. The Tej-Kara-Jahnvi scene was good. I really miss the grey Tej though. But let's see what happens when the Raaz unfolds. Maybe we'll get to see his grey side again.

The way things ended between Ruvya yesterday, was it just me, or it did seem kind of final? 😲 How are the CVs going to turn things around from here? Honestly, what Rudy said to Bhavya was inexcusable and I am actually glad Bhavya dismissed him completely. BTW, Mansi looked beautiful in the red and gold lehenga...why couldn't we have had something like this for Annika?

ShiOmRu scene was good and we saw the brothers once again promising to be together always, but was there a little foreshadowing today? It just feels like the vanvaas track is up next, which I am totally looking forward to.

As of now, I am not really impressed with the new entry.

A lot is at stake for the IB team. Whatever comes next, it better be really, really good.

Yes. The episode was great except the fact that OmRu scenes were shot separately. May be due to non-availability of all actors. But it damped the mood to not see them in same frame with other actors. The Obros coversation didn't have their usual effect with Shivay being shot separately than OmRu and missing the usual Obro hug.

Yes indeed it was beautiful episode. I also have a feeling that they are ending Ruvya. About separate shot scene for Shiv and OmRu, we should understand that this is 40 minutes show so NM can not shoot with all.
