Some clarifications on who is copying what.

This blame game started from someone pointing out that the "moon scene" of Shivaay's proposal was a copy from DBO.

Translation: No one ever saw the celestial body which is an epitome of romance placed in the background ever. Romeo and Juliet's balcony scene died with them.

And so when it is pointed out that random scenes are a copy of IB, we are getting a well written thesis of justifications and clarifications but the initial accusation is a mere mocking reaction to the statement made on the moon scene

Now a certain factual clarifications.

COPYRIGHT (refer to copyright act) doesn't exist for ideas in case of literary or dramatic work especially when the idea is a mere scene.

It isnt the idea that has the magic, it is the execution..

And Magic like beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
