Okay so this is my theory...
The jail scene: I feel that was just Shivaay losing his mind and desperate for attention. His family hasn't quite been there for him for the past 3 months; he must be wondering what's going on. From the start every time when Shivaay - Anika had a fight, OmRu were always there to patch them up. Why are they not doing anything this time? Why are they letting him stay on this path to self-destruction? I feel like that jail stint was a desperate attempt to get his family's attention to do something.
Yes... and I am glad they stepped in and took matters in their hands today ... cool O'Bro move
This could be the editing but isn't it quite fishy Rudra got a call from the police station (or was it actually the police station?) BEFORE Shivaay is seen handing himself into the police station? When Rudra gets there he doesn't know all the details of why Shivaay is arrested. He is under the impression that the police did this to him. If the police station called, wouldnt they have told him right away, look your brother is here at the police station and refusing to leave, we didnt arrest him ourselves, please come get him? Why was Rudra called and not the OM landline or Shivaay's dad? I feel this much Shivaay has planned. He trying to get his brothers' attention to do something; bring Anika back into his life.
Exactly ... I was a bit thrown off there as well and went 'Huh??' how is this possible??
But being a part of the plan to get Anika into OM... that I dont think is directly Shivaay's doing.
again possible ..lol he knows how much his bro's love him and that is his way of blackmailing them ..lol 😆
OmRu-Pinky scene: Om did Pinky's OMM so well she was left with her head hanging down in shame. This I am not sure of as it looked like an act for the most part ...lol

Till now, no one else has been able to get to Pinky this badly. If she has any brains, then she should have had the suspicions for the past few days that almost everyone in the family knows what she did. After today, it's dead in her face that the family knows what she did and that's why they've been treating her the way they have been past 3 months. Her game is basically now over.
OmRu say they will fix this and do what they have to do to bring their Shivaay back. Pinky is finished. If OmRu wants to they can go directly tell Shivaay what she's done. If she's smart, then she will do whatever OmRu tell her to do now... that can include forcing Pinky to be a part of their plan 😉 lol .. arm twisting at its best 😆
The next morning: Shivaay walks into the house. The whole family is there waiting for him. It's been 3 months and they are now at their wits end dealing with Shivaay's self destruction. Even Tej shows his concern and disappointment. Note Jhanvi and Pinky standing close together. Isn't it strange Jhanvi is standing so close to Pinky like old times? Shouldn't she be too disgusted to stand near her after what she's done to Shivaay and the baduas she's been giving to her unborn grandchild? Or could it be she's tolerating Pinky here because Pinky is part of the plan?
It was a little strange to see the older DIL's together just like the two older O'Bro's ..lol
Anika makes her entry into the scene:
No one in the family is surprised. Not even Pinky. They're all quiet and stand back to watch this new drama unfold. The Pinky we know would not stand quiet watching this girl she forcibly threw out 3 months ago come back into her house.
Anika claims to be the new owner of OM. She puts her bare foot on the table and even throws an indirect taunt at Pinky. Pinky still remains quiet??? Isn't that strange? 😉
She lets Anika take the lead here. Anika tries to provoke Shivaay to get a good reaction out of him. Shivaay is not reacting enough. He's trying to stay indifferent. Remember one of the things OmRu accused Pinky of stealing from Shivaay is all his emotions, especially his gussa. All he's left with now is khaalipan. Pinky finally steps in, provokes Shivaay to get angry and say something. But alas doesnt work. Shivaay walks off acting like he doesnt care.
Anika-Pinky eye lock:
The way Im reading this is that Pinky is in on this plan too because of OmRu. Like I said, her game is over. Her family members can expose her at any time so she has no choice but to let OmRu carry out their plan. Of course she's not happy to do this but she's probably desperate to get her Shivaay back as well; get him to feel some emotions again as Shivaay is all she has to live for. She's still in denial about Anika being the perfect girl for Shivaay, so she wont be turning a new leaf anytime soon. She'll just put up with Anika for the time being until her old Shivaay is back.
Looks like majority of the family is in on this plan. Tej for sure has to be a part of the plan, or else how would he let anyone walk into OM and stake a claim on his house? Either Jhanvi's blackmail is working on him or he genuinely wants his nephew back too. I think they are trying to redeem Tej or at least start working on it ..lol 😆
I think this is family's plan vs Shivaay. Shivaay has played his card right to get his family desperate to create this plan, so in the end it is Shivaay playing his family and not the other way around 😉 and apparently made his wife desperate as well .. 😆
Edit: forgot to mention about the Pinky - Anika eye lock ... Anika does a slight nod at Pinky. Perhaps that's her saying the plan has been set in place, just do your part?
