So, looking at the inconsistencies and vagueness in current track, I think CV's are keeping their options open. They surely wanted a real separation and hence all those instagram posts and tweets about crying and angst. But, they also wanted a backup plan because if this real separation fails to bring in TRPs, they need to change tracks ASAP and do some damage control. And that's why they kept dialogues/scenes ambiguous. That's what they did during memory loss track. They kept us in a loop. Till the last moment, we were making guesses whether Shivaay is in the plan or not. Also, the emotional crap they put in regarding "mein bajj hoon" "Shivika aur Ansh". Many of us fell for it, we thought maybe Annika lost her memory for real. But, they were just acting out. This time too, they are going the same way. Keep everything open, so that we can fill it up later using flashbacks IF WE WANT.

Harneet is smart. She knows that the show has two types of audience-
1. Typical TRP aunties- who watches the show, but never go deep into every scenes.
2. Online audience- US who are skeptic about every scene and analysis each & every expression/dialogue/scene.
exactly what I have been trying to put forward out here for all to maybe clue in on because that is what I am seeing...
They are catering to two kinds of audiences and hence need to keep the duplicity in the track to keep it interesting ...
So there is a simple track 'face value' to shoot up the TRP's with all the emotions and drama that the TRP audiences love and then there is the 'plot inside the plot' to satisfy us and make the TRP sudiences clap joyfully at what a clever and resourceful couple ShivIka are ...

Therefore, she likes to keep few scenes open (left at the imagination of viewer). It doesn't matter to TRP audience and to those for whom it matters can imagine it in their own way. Just like the scene where Shivaay asks Annika to come back home after he gets shot and Annika denies, but later agrees. No one knows what happen. TRP audience doesn't care and online audience went all haywire regarding what happen- everyone imagined it in a different way. And that's how Harneet writes.
Bingo!!! that is exactly how I see it as well ... if it is left open, the scene is not THAT important that it needs revisiting and closure but by being left open it also give her room to play with it if needed in the future ... all writers write that way ... they need to give themselves open plots that they can use if needed in the future ... Harneet is not the only one who does this.
The vagueness of scenes are intentional. TRP audience won't catch it. But, we are coming up with all these theories. Agree again
Now coming back to few discussions going on here-
1. What was the purpose of NT?
I'm not sure if CV's really want to go back that far if they decide to go as per our theories of everything being Shivaay's game. They can either choose to ignore this track or they can show this as the start of Shivaay's game. Yes, exactly ... perfect example of the open plot that can be closed if needed in the future to tie it up with the present plot ... that is why we can only make theories not exact predictions because of so many open plots and escape routes that have not been closed
Okay my first question, do you think Shivaay will ignore the fact that Maahi saved his life after what Maahi tried to do with his family? I don't think so. He was investigating as well. Especially when he knew that Mahi bleed for him ... the blood on his shirt was NOT his and therefore the boy risked his own life to protect him
Also Annika asking Khanna to do a DNA test was a huge deal. Khanna would never hide such a big thing from his boss after all someone kidnapped him and he was almost being shot. He surely would have informed Shivaay. or I feel Annika did inform Shivvay herself ... I am sure that she did discuss that with Om when he came to pick her up but they left that part out again as an open plot that can be closed later or be left open
While all these is going on, NT makes an entry. Pinky's slip of tongue about giving number to Paan-wala and over-excitement regrading Annika's mom might have alerted the Shark Singh Oberio. He might have figured out her involvement, but decided to keep going to divert Annika's mind from DNA test and Maahi while he investigate further into it. Agree again
And it worked. Annika was busy with NT. Think about it, what was the need of keeping NT in their house knowing that she's not Annika's mom and constantly telling Annika that bear with this for few days. But, then Sahil got kidnapped and it was a mess. That's when Shivaay might have confronted Pinky because it was her who insulted NT and NT got into revenge mode. Shivaay might have addressed her insecurities and Pinky might have realized her mistakes. ... and here to point out the obvious again ... NT looked shocked that Shivvay accused her of kidnapping Sahil and frankly that look genuine because where did this woman get that much money to kidnap Sahil ?? And what purpose did it serve in the end - she did not even get the money but yes Shivvay, Rudy and Om almost got blown up because of that for sure ... that would have left the Oberoi's without any male heirs (legitimate ones at least) ... that is why Shivvay sent Om and Rudy home that day even though the brothers probably did not know what was happening

They got Sahil back and it started with the wedding drama. By now, Shivaay-Pinky-Shakti would have figured out Kamini's lie being Shivaay-Maahi being her sons. They started the whole drama and setting up the arch leading to separation. Exactly .. all this is just a chess game from where I see it ... in fact I think it is two business houses not just 2 people - Shivvay and Samar
OmRuAni and other family members are kept out of this. They were happy after a long time. Now NT has to go, but at the same time Annika-Pinky has to fight. NT pushing Pinky was also staged by Shivaay. Remember, many of us were like why Annika accused Pinky in front of entire family. She could have waited to go to room and talk to Shivaay. But, look carefully at that scene again, Shivaay was trying to get a reaction from Annika in front of the family because again someone else is watching too. "Meri maa, tumhara bhai". His outburst in the room was real and he regretted too. Annika was blaming Pinky and Shivaay knew his mom doing this for him and hence those mean words. He regretted instantly. Make it up to her later. And again that is what I keep saying ... she is being asked to do this by Shivvay and he yelling and insulting her is part of the act but that cannot make it easier for Shivvay because in the end it is still he who is hurting the woman he loves and she is still sacrificing for him and his Family ... all the makeing up scenes and the 'come hit me black and blue' scenes are probably because of that guilt
Also, when did Priyanka exactly fell in love with ACP. Like fhat the wuck happened there. We don't know. Possibly, Ranveer is with Shivaay and the marriage is real because there is no way Shivaay would have compromised with Priyanka's safety if Ranveer was still with Malhotras. that is again what I agree about... Shivvay could and would accept Ranveer only of he trusts his sister is in good hands and the guy has actually won his trust .. not the idiotic 'suitcase full of money' test, I mean a real test like bringing Mahi to him and alerting him about the Malhotra's ... Ranveer became Family and did the Oberoi Salute - that was huge
Too many loop holes, huh? Are they intentional? Maybe or maybe not.

I have few more-
1. OmRu and other family members were involved very last minute. OmRu promised Annika that they won't let Shivaay know about this. But, they were free to confront Pinky. Do you think, they would have not lashed out at Pinky after knowing that she is palying with their brother's life. They would have and that's when Shivaay might have told them about his game. Point and I agree
2. And look at everyone's expression during the so called GRAND separation. Only slight hurt, shouldn't at least our Crybaby Singh Oberio cry more knowing what his bhabhi going through? But, they were all chilled out a bit. A little tense because it's risky, nonetheless they trust their Great wall. Even Dadi disappointed me. If the separation was real, shouldn't she be saying Divorce is not the solution or "Oberio Khandan mein Divorce nahi hote" or at least ask Annika why is she doing all these. But no, everyone gave so thanda reactions like roz divorce karte hai. lol .. I know!!! ... I was like 'someone show some reaction please !!! only Pinky is doing the honors here 😆
3. Also, Mr. Oberio, who brings divorce papers when they propose a marriage? Something is very very fishy, huh? Just saying. Divorce papers came handy like it was already planned. Yeah! you did not have to rectify it in front of the whole Family considering "Jo Kuch Annika aur mere Beech ... " was said ...lol
4. No just these Oberios disappointed me with the thanda expressions, but no one even bothered to check on Annika after she left. OmRu, I expected better from you. This is only possible, if they all knew this is a game and Annika is safe. Yeah! at least Rudy .. I mean I did not expect the others with Om in coma but at least Rudy could have ... it is not like she did not keep in touch with Gauri and Rudy over the phone
5. I know, I know, we don't look at spoilers for discussions. But, I can't help it. The latest spoiler "Billu ko farak paad raha hai". I understand Rudy, Bhavya and Jhanvi. But why is Dadi suddenly okay with Annika. Didn't she said that she made a mistake in recognizing Annika??? So, if the separation was real, she should be still upset with Annika for breaking his Billu's heart and still playing with it with her drama? Hmmm...interesting!
You do not want to even discuss her weak argument for why she has forgiven Annika in today's episode ...lol and it was lapped up and brushed aside because who cares we have FNP games going on and this is a small hurdle in the way right now that Dadi knows all ... why did she not say that the day Annika was being thrown out?? that I know you are not this kind of a person and I know you probably have your reasons for doing this and being so rude suddenly out of the blue ... that is because Dadi the Don is probably on the plan as well ..lol 😉
