Until today I was just a silent spectator and use to like the posts posted by all of you, but today watching the episode and reading all the bashings for the Gul Khan and Harneet Singh, whom you'll start to call as "Gulneet", I want to share few things.
First of all, we are forgetting the basic concept of the Shivaay and Annika's life and that is "Naam, Khoon, and Khandaan"
We all are seeing Pinky as a villain but the truth is she is a catalyst. To make it more dramatic, Gul and Harneet used her.
I mean, seriously just give a look to the whole serial. From past one year, we are just watching one episode and start judging the characters. But guys, did ever anyone have the seen the growth of the characters?
Shivaay Singh Oberoi, for whom lineage and bloodline matter more than anything, never questioned Annika when he had learned her mother is a bar dancer. In fact, he even went up on to touch her feet. He loves her just the way she is! Yes, initially he was not. But see the growth of his character.
Ok, did ever Shivaay said Annika to change her lifestyle? Never. He never said to learn English or try to socialize the way elite people does. He even accepted when she threw water, coffee, and whatnot.
If you see, he only lost his control when he misunderstood her at the time of chip, because he has seen Om committing suicide. Later, even at the marriage also, he did not ask Annika to marry first, he had selected some other girl. It is herself who landed upon and for his family dignity he forcibly married her which is truly bad. I agree completely.
But today's episode literally showed how much he is guilty of doing that! Everyone are writing Annika's side of the story and saying she try to touch Omkara and Rudy feet for Shivaay's sake.
Guys Annika is an independent girl, she never trusted upon anyone and today she is trusting Omkara and Rudy and sacrificing her love.
More than Annika, Shivaay will be the one who will have major heartbreak. Because if you see, Shivaay said Omkara that, he will never able to live when anyone questions on his bloodline and he is not strong as Annika.
And doesn't want him to get a break because, once a wall crumbles, everything falls down. And she is leaving him so that he can live with his own beliefs.
Just see Shivaay's life, his biological mother tried to kill him and his foster mother trying to use him and the only women who been his shield are the Annika.
This lapse is important because it makes them feel more pain than before. Shivaay's life will be changed because he will get to know what he lost due to his beliefs.
See the Shivaay on the marriage day and see him today. Did you expect him to change in such a way? Redemption track? Do we need one? Because it's not about who is bending before whom, it's all about how you stand for your love.
Shivaay is the one who did everything for Annika. He uses to make everything right. And this is the first time Annika is doing something for him. She too knows it. She has taken decision independently and she knows somehow what is the future of their relation, but Shivaay...he is completely unaware. So his heartbreak will be more than anything.
Yesterday's episode clearly deciphers that he turned into an Ishqbaaaz and his heart is going to break now. So yes he will break but he is Great Wall of Shivaay, he will rise and now this will be the journey of both "Shivika" of rising in the love but not falling. As they already fell in love with each other.
And to make it happen, you need characters and those the are the new edition people to the story. See the growth. Wait for a month. Don't send hate emails. Love them. They know about their characters and how to shape up to them. No one wants to kill their own baby.
As a mother takes herself time to learn how to nurture the baby she wants, even we need to give the writers time to nurture their characters. Lapse may be will be starting from Monday. So give them time and see.
At the 300th episode, Shivaay turned into an Ishqbaaaz, may be at 500 or 600th episode we can see both arising in the love and standing for each other.
Guys, patience, every character will have an arc. It should reach there. Shivaay beliefs should break and it will only happen when such a storm should arise in his life and Annika leaving Shivaay is just a beginning...there is much more to this.
I don't know how well I put, but this is what I completely believe and yes, I trust the makers. Sometimes tracks may fail, but characters drive the show.
Shivaay and Annika are the couples who are iconic and they are because they have gone through so much. And every love is not a fairytale.
If it should be, then it needs to pass the tests and have the courage to fight against all odds. As Gul Khan said, "Yeh Ishq Nahi aasan, it samaj lijiye, ye aag ki dariya hein aur doob ke Jaana Hain".
Now Shivaay is a fireball, as he is not unaware of the truth. Did you guys observe Annika always throws the water on him? Though nhok-jhok mein huwa, but it symbolizes she is the one who will make him always calm. As only water as strength and power to stop the fire. Nothing else.
Everyone will fall in love but the love which stands out will become into a fairytale.
So guys, as I said, wait and have patience. We are going to see a beautiful and intense love story ahead because Shivaay is in pain now. And it will take the time to heal the pain. So, back pain to love that would be as more intense one.
When he took 300 episodes to turn into an Ishqbaaaz, just imagine what he would be doing when he truly rise in the love with Annika as only her Shivaay but not as Shivaay Singh Oberoi.
